As far as television show titles go Two Guys, A Girl And A Pizza Place was a real mouthful. The new title Two Guys and a Girl is three words shorter and says a lot about what the show has become and where it's headed.

Pete no longer works at Beacon Street Pizza and Berg who is a medical student remains the only connection to the pizza place. As the show goes on, it will become increasingly difficult to justify the amount of time they would realistically spend there. How much could the show really grow within the confines of Beacon Street Pizza? The focus of the show isn't the pizza place, it's Sharon, Pete and Berg. The pizza place is just one setting of many that we tune in to see the three interact in every week. The longer title made sense in the first season when the show included some additional characters from the pizza place. Now the show has focused mainly on the three (to its benefit I believe) and this new title better acknowledges what the show is all about.
