This morning as I layed awake,
Although, my eyes, were blind,
I thought about our times together,
And how you, consume, my mind.
Even in my slumber hours,
Your voice I clearly hear,
It made me feel so comforted,
It makes feel your near.
To love you, even though I cannot see,
Nor feel your warmth against my skin,
I am left to ponder, its simplicity,
And why, did it begin?
Your kindness, and sense of humor,
It was our blinding start,
Of making a true connection,
To the pathway, of our hearts.
Your sincerity and your honesty,
I believe they are the best,
And for your physical appearance,
It could never measure with the rest.
I would take you nakid and with nothing.
Just to hold you close to me,
To love and to cherish you,
Throughout eternity.
We know that it is, just a dream,
That may never come to pass,
But you must always know,
That memories, forever last.
I love you with my heart and soul,
And it will never go astray,
For you and I will always be,
