When the thunder roll upon our hearts, and lightening strikes us down, and everything we strive to acheive, make bitterness renowned.
We weaken our souls with negative thoughts, about misfortunes we know not, And why we seemed doomed in hell, for battles we have fought.
The memories linger on forever, And the pain aches deep inside. and again we fall short, to natures given pride.
Know this my friend as I am here, to hear that cry for love. To reach inside your heart of fear, and help you rise above.
To rise above that darkened wall, And shun them from your past, You will start a brand new life, And they'll be gone at last.
