Notes: giving birth

This poem was the product of a very boring day at work, when the phrase "release my mind" stuck in my head all day, and finally, I jotted it down. I wrote a line every half-hour or so, composing them carefully in my head before putting them on paper. It's about the poetry writing process, of course.
