You and the music:
The drum break from 'You and the Music', from the excellent Blue Note album 'Places and Spaces' by Donald Byrd (16-bit, 44.1 kHz).

The 'Amen' break:
The infamous 'Amen' break, from 'Amen Brother' by The Winstons (Stereo, 16-bit, 44.1 kHz).

Coldcut breaks:
All but one of these breaks were found on a (now-deleted?) sample CD called 'Coldcut's Kleptomania'. I don't know the original sources of many of them. 'Full break' is a loop taken from a track called 'Bang On A Drum', which appears towards the end of Coldcut's 'Seven Minutes of Madness' remix of 'Paid in Full' by Eric B and Rakim. All of these were sampled at 22.05 kHz. Enormous respect is due to Coldcut and the whole Ninja state of mind.

Miscellaneous breaks:
These are a few assorted breaks that I have downloaded from here and there. Once again, I don't know the original sources of most of them.

Basses:
A few bass sounds. Might be useful, might not.

Weird Vinyl:
Unusual sounds that have made the journey from my record boxes to my sampler.

808s and 909s:
A few samples from the now-legendary Roland TR-808 and TR-909 drum machines. Thanks to Michael Fischer & Jason Baker respectively.
