dear lord
so far today i've done ok i've kept my mouth shut i haven't gossiped or
lost my temper, or been greedy, grumpy nasty selfish or overindulgent.
but in a few mnutes, dear lord, i'm going to get out of bed and from
then on i'm gonna need alot more help
