March of the Living 1999 Pictures
Monday, April 12 (Poland - Day 2)
This is the inside of a small synagogue called the Drama Synagogue.
We went to the cemetery next to the synagogue. The person in the front is Mike, Bus 1's guide in Poland and Israel.
After the Nazis destroyed many of the headstones of the cemetery, the pieces are now being put together as part of the outer wall.
We saw Oscar Shindler's factory, as it is today.
We went to Plashow, a concentration camp outside Krakow. Nothing is left of it now except for two monuments.
Here's the hotel we stayed at in Krakow. In the picture are me and my teddy bear, who came with me everywhere on the March.
