This guy made the mistake of wrapping the rope around his arm in a game of 'tug-o-war' with about 1600 people in Taipei. When the rope snapped, so did his arm. It took seven hours of surgery to re-attach the limb, and he is expected to make a full recovery with follow-up therapy.
