LETHAL WEAPON 4 - Starring Mel Gibson, Danny Glover, Joe Pesci, Rene Russo, Chris Rock; PLOT: They're back! And this time they are battling a fast-kicking martial arts tech. who in the business of funny money, to get his brothers free. REVIEW: I thought it was a pretty good movie, even though I only saw bits and pieces of the other three. With the addition of Rock, the Leathal Weapon movies are getting funnier and funnier. I thought that Gibson and Pesci kind of stole the spotlight. All in all, It was an okay movie.

THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT MARY - Starring Ben Stiller, Cameron Diaz, Matt Dillon, Chris Elliott, Jeffery Tambor, Lee Evans, Keith David, Harland Williams; PLOT: Stiller falls for Diaz back in high school, but after a very embarrasing prom night. They fall apart, that is till like ten years later, when Stiller hires a P.I. (Dillon) to track her down, but the problem is that now Dillon is in love with Diaz. REVIEW: A very funny movie. It actually had me rolling on the ground. This is a movie where the R rating really means R. DON'T take your kids to see this one, unless they know all about the birds and bees and then some. Even though there is some unbelieveable gross things in it, it's a laugh factory. Of course, I would go see any movie with Diaz in it. The combo of Stiller, Dillon, and Elliott makes the movie hilarious and some of the other stars create a huge laugh factor. Lee Evans, who also played in MouseHunt, is hilarious a fictious cripple. Keith David, who has played in Armageddon and Men at Work, plays Diaz's Step-Father, and is just too funny. The only bad thing about it, is that he is only in it for the first 15 minutes. And Harland Williams, who you may remember from Rocketman and Down Periscope, plays a hitchhiker killer in, my opinion, the funniest scene in the movie. It's all too funny.

THE NEGOTIATOR - Starring Samuel L. Jackson, Kevin Spacey, David Morse, J.T. Walsh, Paul Giamatti, Ron Rifkin, John Spencer; PLOT: Jackson plays a big time Negotiator, and now he has been set up by one of his own men. So he takes hostages and now he demands his own Negotiator (Spacey). REVIEW: A good movie made by a 28 year old director. The only bad thing with this movie is that it's kind of hard to catch onto the plot. Yep, another Mission: Impossible plot. But besides that, I thought it was done pretty good. It has one of my fav. actors, Kevin Spacey, in it, and he does an excellent job in it. He is accompanied by the ever popular Jackson and some more of my fav. actors. David Morse, who you may remember from The Rock and The Long Kiss Goodnight, and Ron Rifkin, who played on ER, both bring out the sense of drama. And then there's one of my all time upcoming favs., Paul Giamatti. Last name sound familiar. It should, his father was the one who threw Pete Rose out of baseball. But all that aside, he's an excellent actor. With the recent roles in Saving Private Ryan, The Truman Show and now The Negotiator, he just might become a big time star. And finally, there's J.T. Walsh, who died earlier this year of a heart attack - R.I.P., who many roles extend fully, such as: Good Morning Vietnam, A Few Good Men, and Breakdown. He was and still is one of my all time favorites.

ARMAGEDDON - Starring Bruce Willis, Billy Bob Thorton, Ben Affleck, Liv Tyler, Peter Stormare, Steve Buscemi, Will Patton; A ver entertaining film about a group of oil drill workers who are asked by their government to save the planet, by going to outer space and drill a meterite that's the size of Texas. I can't really complain about this movie, it has my favorite actor (Stormare) in it. A great performance by Stormare, Patton and Buscemi. Owen Wilson who plays Oscar is very funny. Michael Bay and Jerry Bruckheimer did an excellent job in it. I first saw this in Florida at the AMC theater in Orlando. With three balconies and huge surrond sound. It blew our little Celebration! right out of the lake. By far, a good movie.

THE POSTMAN - Starring Kevin Costner, Will Patton, Daniel Von Bargen, Tom Petty; Everyone said that it was no good. A too long and too boring movie. I, however, loved it. A great movie and great plot. Costner did an excellent job in this film. I thought Will Patton did an outstanding job in it. The year is 2013, and there is no government, the US is now lead around by an evil General Bethlehem (Patton), who used to be a copy machine salesman. Costner is an actor who is drafted into Patton's army, but soon escapes, and finds refuge as a postman, trying to restore the government.
