Welcome to My Family Page

Here is where I am going to put family pictures as I get them.  As you can see by the wolves, I have a native background of which I am very proud.  I am a 10th generation Canadian.  My heritage is Metis`, with Mohawk, (Dad's side) thrown in for good measure.  As well, Welsh and a tad gypsy.  (Grandma Booth) always said I had gypsy in me!)  My grandfather came from Minnesota, and during the uprising, he was forced to make his way to Canada, where he lost his culture, his tongue, and his independence.
As I get details, I will publish them here, a genealogy is in the works.
My grandmother's maiden name is Genaille.
I come from a family of 5 sisters, and two brothers. My father is William, my mother Evelyn.  We go like this Kare, Donna, Doug, Janice, Lynn, Pamela, Patricia (twins), and last but not least William Jr.

I found this on Draac's Site and wanted to share it with you.

I make dream catchers, so this was something that I loved to read.  Isn't it true?
Now to the pictures:  My son the bagpiper is in his last year of high school, here is his grad picture.  I am extremely proud of him. Click on his grad pic to get to his homepage.

Here he is in his Highland Gear.  His mommy is so proud of him.  He plays with the Legion Band, here.

Isn't he handsome!  He is on Celtic Kate's Site as well.  One of the handsome men in kilts.  Click on the pic to get to Celtic Kate's.
My son Thomas, is engaged to a beautiful girl named Gert.  I don't have their pics yet.  I am working on Tom to get one done so that I can show he and fiancee.  My sons are the most loving, kind, generous sons a Mom could ask for.  Since their Dad and I separated almost 2 years ago they have been supportive and loving.  As I said, I am very proud of my boys.       :c)

This is me and my niece whom I baby-sit.  Her name is Ashley and she is a brat (like Auntie).  She is a treasure though.  I also baby-sit her brother Justin, who is a proud big brother to his sister.  Justin is 6 years old.  Ashley is 7 months old.

Here is my sister Donna.  I am extremely proud of her, she is in college taking  a Social Work Course.  She is working hard to achieve her goals, and I know she will accomplish them.  Good work Donna!  I love you sister.

Finally, a picture of my grandma and grandpa on their 50th wedding anniversary.  I miss them so much.

When I get more family pictures, I will post them here
