Fresh Fruit Crisp

1/2 c. quick oats				Dash salt
1/2 c. packed brown sugar		1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all purpose flour			vanilla ice cream or light cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. peeled, sliced apples, peaches
       or pears

Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, connamon, and salt; cut in butter till mix is crumbly. 
Set aside. Place fruit in a 10x6x2 baking dish. Sprinkly oat mixture over fruit.  
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees till fruit is tender, about 40 minutes. Serve warm 
with ice cream or light cream.
