Hot Beef Dip
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tblsp margarine
1 c. milk
8 oz. pkg cream cheese, cubed
3 oz. pkg smoked sliced beef, chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 Tblsp chopped parsley
Saute onions in margarine. Add milk and
cream cheese; stir over low heat until
cream cheese is melted. Add rest of
ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring
occasionally. Serve hot with French bread slices.
