Lemon Pepper Steak
4 lean boneless steaks, 1/2" thick
4 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tblsp dijon mustard
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried basil
Combine all ingredients except steak.
Brush tops of steaks with 1/2 of mixture.
Grill or broil one side. Turn and brush
with remaining sauce and cook till done.
