Reuben Roll Ups
1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls (8 count)
8 oz can sauerkraut, snipped and drained
1 Tblsp thousand island dressing
4 oz. of thinly sliced cooked corned beef (8 slices)
2 slices swiss cheese, cut into 16 strips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate roll dough into
8 triangles. Mix sauerkraut and dressing. Place one
slice meat across wide end of each roll triangle.
Spread 2 Tblsp sauerkraut mix on each meat slice;
top with 2 strips of cheese. Roll up, begining at
wide end. Bake on ungreased baking sheet till
browned--10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
