Canada 2000

The drive up wasn't too bad. Nothing really interesting happened, good or bad. I'd have to say that all in all, this was a pretty good year. We caught our biggest fish ever (21 inch large mouth bass.. we're getting it mounted), I got to see my first sheep-head up close and personal, got to see a really cool snapping turtle, caught a lovely snake, made a couple new campfire friends, had some really good campfires, met a half blind seagull, and saw some awesome comets and sunsets.
The downsides to the vacation were:  tons more pike in the river (for some reason we were catching about 5 pike a day... we hate pike... they're annoying), a fight between two friends of mine (even though they are sisters), a whole week of sucky weather (but the two weeks of good weather made up for it), some punks with a big boat trying to show off and almost killing my dog, a fight between two of my favorite people in the world (almost resulted in 2 days less of their vacation), and the fact that Marcie, at every campfire, would demand that we did something funny so she could have something to write about on her webpage... Some people...
Here are some of the pictures from this years vacation.. I couldn't put them all up cuz I'm almost out of room on geocities so I picked out the best ones. Click on the thumbnail to see the big picture.
