Note: We thought of this months before that other company came up with almost the same thing..
Now these markers are not like regular magic markers; they're more like gel pens in a way. Their tips would be similar to that of a gel pen and would contain ink in a cartridge sinilar to the gel pen cartridge. However, the ink would not be gel. It would be the same type of ink found in the squishy things inside real markers.
At first we thought that the marker could contain a tiny magnetic chip in its tip (1) that would allow the ink to flow through when connected to the paper, however, we realized that there would be nothing pulling the ink down to the paper. Also, the tip of the marker being attracted to the paper would not serve the purpose because it would only cause the paper to stick to the marker, and the ink would remain stationary.
Now here's what we've come up with. You build a marker similar to all the other markers in the world, only the ink itself (2) would contain tiny negative magnetic particles. The marker will have a tiny negative magnet (weaker than that of the paper) pulling the ink toward the top (3) so that the ink will stay in the pen until connected with the paper. In order for the Supermelialia Marker® to work, these markers would have to come with special paper (4) which will contain a negative magnetic force (stronger than the magnet at top of the marker) which will, when connected with the tip of the marker, attract the ink in the marker, causing it to flow through the tip and onto the paper. This will prevent kids from drawing on walls and other things they should not be drawing on, because the only thing the makers will be capable of drawing on is the special magnetic paper. The outside of Supermelialia Markers® will be transparent to show thier natural inner beauty.
