Susan had received Jesus as her Savior;
she was a Christian.
She told her friend Mrs. Turner about the Lord Jesus.
"He will forgive all you sins,
if you ask Him to."
she explained.
"But I am not a sinner, Susan.
There is no such thing as sin.
You see,
it's like this.
You and I and everyone in this world are traveling toward the top of the hill (heaven).
You walk on one side of the hill and I walk on the other side.
But when we reach the top,
we will both have the same view!"
There were tears in Susan's eyes.
"Mrs. Turner,
I don't like to say this,
but God's Word says if you do not believ that Jesus died for you and trust Him,
you will never see heaven."
someone had taught Mrs. Turner the wrong way.
It sounded nice to her.
But she had not listened to God's Word.
And it is God who makes the rules!.....
John 3:16.....
Jesus said to him,
"I am the way,
the truth,
and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me".....
He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,
in whom we have redemption through His blood,
the forgiveness of sins.
Colossians 1:13-14
