The Journey Begins 82 Chapter 1 In the Beginning Let me start off by saying that if you try the simple experiment in Chapter 2 of this book I guarantee this book will be the best book you've ever read. What I will show and teach you in this book is scientifically impossible, but "with God anything is possible." The secrets and tricks I am about to reveal are important and will revolutionize the science books and revolutionize the world. The earth is entering a new spiritual dimension.- the spiritual plane is the final frontier. Many people say that space or the depths of the ocean will be the final frontier of mankind, but I know without a doubt that the spiritual plane is the final frontier. The advances we will make in the area of true spirituality and oneness with God will dramatically change this world and the future. This book will take you from the realm of loser or bystander and propel you into the winner's circle- it will provide you with the tools and knowledge to make breakthroughs in your spiritual progression, conversely affecting every area of your life. First of all I must explain this book is not like a lot of the boring, drawn out books you can pick up anywhere. This is a must read for anyone aspiring to be a genius or anyone wanting to learn how to tap into Divine thought and power to better themselves and others. I have condensed this book into just what I thought would be of the most importance or of the most worth. I'm presenting this book as I originally wrote it in journal/memoir form (with some revision) with corresponding dates for when each bit of wisdom or inspiration was received. I have thrown out most of the boring details and unimportant story lines to leave you with close to 100% truth/wisdom and knowledge. Every page can teach you a valuable lesson or be for your profit. I hate books that ramble on and on and never get to the point, or have little bits of truth and wisdom so muddled and watered down you have to have the skill of a brain surgeon to weed out the useless balogne to find the good stuff. You may disagree with my perspective and views, but one thing I feel is certain if you try the experiment and apply the spirit/genius formula in chapter 2 this book will not be a waste of your time/money. In all actuality my book could just as easily been called How To Increase Your Intelligence, Dummies Guide to being a Genius,... How to be successful when everybody says you're a loser, how to be a spiritual giant, how to progress spiritually, make lots of money, change your heart and soul, get wisdom, overcome physical problems, how to cure depression, get a purpose, find out what life's mostly about, find God, unlock your spiritual and physical potential, go from loser to winner, go from sad to happy, improve the quality of your life and relationships, how to enjoy life, and the list goes on. I chose the title I thought would attract the most attention and identifies what I feel to be one of the greatest benefits of having the Holy Spirit-, and yes it is true if you follow the step by step formula you can learn to be a genius with the Holy Spirit's help. So I don't cause a needless waste of your precious time I have the meat of the message in the first couple of chapters then the milk and all the trimmings (added wisdom and truth) in the rest of the book. Lets make a deal- if you promise to give me 30 minutes of your undivided attention and open mindedness and not shelve this book right now, I promise to tell you the bulk of my message in the first 10 pages, deal? Great, I'm assuming you said yes because you're still reading this book. Ready or not here we go. I just hate books that go on and on and looking for just little bits of truth or unknown wisdom that anyone who writes a book usually has in there somewhere. My story begins as one of the world's many so called losers. I was a total dummy then- not too bright in any way- with no job, no money, not even a place to live. Then I stumbled on something that changed my life and many others' lives. Through inspiration from the Holy Spirit I developed what I call the "Spirit Formula" a step by step formula that allows people like you and me- everyday normal (well I guess I can't say I'm all that normal) average people to tap into the intelligence, wisdom, love, and power of God every time it is applied. What I want to do in this book is to reveal further revelation and inspiration from God to help those stuck in their spiritual progression or those who need help or answers to questions from God. If I can change one person like me, a truth seeker, someone searching for something beyond this tawdry existence my purpose will have been fulfilled. Anyone can be a genius through the power of the Holy Spirit who is more or less sane and mentally sound. I want people to see the "cool stuff" that can come from spiritual progress. I want people to see the joy, fun,and fringe benefits of applying truth and gospel principles. I was baptized and became a member of a church, but I needed more than man's conventional wisdom. I needed wisdom only God could give me. Once you experience this Holy Spirit or truth and learn how to get it you'll never want to go back to your previous, confused lower, wordly state. This book may not be for the "have it all" happy person. Those who are happy with the way their lives are now may not see a great benefit to this. This book is geared more toward those in life who need a little help, a lot of help, or a little more truth, but all can benefit by applying the principles and formulas discussed in this book. This book is for people seeking something better (more truth); "and the truth shall set you free". An analogy that comes to mind when I think of the importance of truth is a game of CLUE. Because you have to be a detective of sorts to figure out the truth to win the game- much like real life. What separates this book from all the other great books that have been written is one seemingly simple formula (explained in ch. 2). This formula was the starting point and the basis for all other wisdom in this book. I'm just your everyday average Joe on the street who happened to stumble on something great. To quote a scripture, "The fullness of mine intent is that I may persuade men to come to Christ"- by showing them the reward, the temporal (now) blessings as well as the spiritual (eternal) blessings that come from acquiring the Holy Spirit. Not many people in this world know how to get true wisdom (wisdom from God). True wisdom from God can only come through the Holy Spirit- not from a pulpit. Although men may be inspired by the Holy Ghost and give great inspirational talks/speeches if those learning don't have the Holy Ghost's witness of truth it has all been done in vain.The person listening will not be able to discern the truth or retain the knowledge. I can't stress enough the importance of familiarizing yourself w/ the Holy Spirit and knowing its likes and dislikes. I'm not going to show you in this book how to visit the spiritual astral plane or how to have an out of body experience or how to access your akashic records. What I am going to give you is more exciting and important than that, I'm gong to give you the keys to unlocking your potential and being anything you want to be (a genius, wealthy, great, loving, etc.) If you know the formula to do it you can do anything. For every thing in life there is a formula. All things act in accordance with God's laws therefore if you do action A you get result B. That is why I make the claim that anyone possessing marginal intelligence can experience intellectual genius status through tapping into divine intelligence or the Holy Spirit. Granted, if the conditions are right. Yes you heard me right anyone can be a genius if they follow certain steps that may vary slightly from person to person. Even those with below marginal intelligence can tap into this power. What I am about to reveal in this book has the power and potential to transform millions of people's lives and revolutionize this world. This is quite possibly the greatest book ever written and it was given of God, I only hope others will see its worth. If you don't learn anything else from this book at least try the "Spirit Formula" explained more fully in chapter 2. Chapter 2 How to be a Genius: the greatest secret in the world. This is my story. It could have happened to anyone but it happened to me and I feel obligated to share it with everyone. It began a few months after my 23rd birthday. I lived in an old beat up motorhome driving to the different state parks and campgrounds near my parents' home; and for a time in my van. I couldn't afford rent and couldn't keep a job. I reached a point where I "had to know" if there was a reason to go on living. I was not successful in any area of my life- socially, financially, mentally, spiritually- you name it. I was overcome with fantasies of suicide on a daily basis. The suicide demons were after me. So I sat down one day and I said, "God I want you to help me or give me a purpose or reason for living. It's just not worth it, my life is a total failure. I'm depressed all the time. I'm overwhelmed with how hard this world is. I always seem to get the short end of the stick. I just have too many problems. I wasn't born rich, or good-looking, or smart. Lord, life isn't worth living like this. Lord if you don't help me or give me a reason to live, I'm going to fast (abstain from food) for as long as I can, try to repent of all my sins, and then shoot myself. I didn't feel or hear anything from the Lord the first couple of days. Towards the third and fourth day of fasting I got my answer- I was filled with an incredible joy and light that moved me to tears and I felt an impression from God, "It's okay I love you my son. just keep plodding along." And then something changed in me as I ended my fast and then continued to fast periodically. I began to receive personal revelation from God and wisdom that would help me to go on with life. Also I did receive tangible help from God. After every time I fasted I was filled with the love of Christ and my mind was quickened so much so that I began to get inspiration more easily and my intelligence level was raised as the Spirit came illuminating into my mind. It would wear off after awhile but every time I needed to "fill up" I went to the Lord in fasting, praying, and reading of the scriptures and my mind was free intellectually and spiritually. There were even times that the inspiration and wisdom (from the Holy Spirit) flowed like milk and honey and it was all I could do to keep up with it. I received inspiration and wisdom on many topics such as where to move, the characteristics of the kind of person I wanted to marry, what to say for job interviews, and the list goes on. I had a minor slurring of the speech problem and major social anxiety when I was out in public and I overcame those problems through inspiration of the Spirit as well as a great deal of my fear of social situations. I had improved thought control enabling me to control my thoughts. This also improves the imagination powers of your brain. Einstein once said that imagination is more important than intelligence. It even improved my hearing and other physical qualities. I even noted a change in my countenance When I looked in the mirror I realized, "A man's wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed" as the scripture states. My weaknesses were made strong through what I called "The Spirit Formula" - an x amount of fasting + an x amount of scripture reading + an x amount of prayer= The Holy Spirit, love, joy , inspiration from God. I was no longer a dark cynic but grateful and praising God for continual blessings. My work improved. I experienced more energy and a better attitude. I could go on and on about all the blessings that came from applying this formula and relying on the Lord. I was truly living the scripture- "If thou canst believe. Anything is possible to him that believeth." I had always been taught that you have to pull yourself up and stand on your own two feet. I didn't know the real secret of life for me was to "lean on the Lord". When things started to turn around for me in my life I found God and literally learned to take the Holy Spirit as a guide in my life (D & C 45:57) . I even obeyed God's laws above man's and learned wisdom.This is my story. It's all true.I hope this will benefit or inspire someone else in need of God's help and love. How to be a Genius: the greatest secret in the world- the inspiration for the "Spirit Formula" came from my reading the scripture, "... Behold, I have fasted and prayed many days that I might know these things of myself...", and from the account of Jesus Himself fasting for forty days in the wilderness. Through the Holy Spirit I have learned how to progress spiritually, change my heart and soul, quicken my mind and my intelligence, overcome depression, receive wisdom from God, and start to unlock my spiritual and earthly potential. The formuala is (Fx+Sx+Px)=power of spirit, love, joy, inspiration from God. Now the "Fx" in the formula stands for an x amount of fasting, the "Sx" stands for an x amount of scripture or word of God, and the "Px" stands for an x amount of prayer. So if you apply what I call "The Spirit Formula" and do enough fasting, reading the scriptures, and praying, you will have as a result the Holy Spirit. There are other circumstances and factors that will affect the outcome of this formula; you should eliminate as many distractions as possible while doing this. Reading scriptures while the tv is on and your radio is blaring out noise is not conducive to the Spirt. A great place to read scriptures is in the solitude of nature or somewhere where His presence can be felt if you can. Also when reading the scriptures what I've found to be the only real effective way in getting the Spirit is only reading the commandments or hard sayings (things you need to work on or are inspired by) and skipping over the non-essential story parts of the scriptures. Of course this will entail going through your scriptures initially to mark those important passages for quick later reference. Note: I have found that to receive wisdom from God more abundantly you must first have all the words of life or his commandments in your mind/memory, so learning to quickly thumb through and read your referenced scriptures is a key to receiving increased wisdom and Spirit. Repenting of your sins or at least trying to confess and forsake them is another requirement.You don't need to be perfect to have the Holy Spirit, this formula is specifically designed for the weak, but there must be a genuine sorrow and prayerful effort to confess and forsake your sins before God as this formula is partly a purging or purifying process.That's why its great to read passages of scriptures that are hard for you to accept or live as well as picturing or visualizing in your mind an example of you applying the commandment. Another note on repentance: Don't think your efforts towards repenting go unnoticed by God. A common misconception is that God's not watching or is distant, but he's constantly rewarding or punishing you according to your actions. If you pay the price through continually applying the formula you will know Him and receive of his love and power. The Holy Spirit will bear witness of scripture truths through a joyful burning in your heart and soul that will sometimes bring you to tears. Now, to apply "The Spirit Formula" I recommend taking a couple of days or so and fasting throughout this time. I've found that drinking water while abstaining only from food works the best in this case. It's a good idea to talk to a doctor before fasting for long periods of time.Towards the end, or perhaps throughout this time, read your marked scriptures as described above; skipping through the main story lines and concentrating on the important truths and praying as you feel inclined. I highly recommend reading marked passages from Proverbs as that book is primarily concerned with wisdom. I skim through my marked passages in proverbs once every week at least. The results I have gotten from applying this formula are truly amazing. May a grievous curse be upon me if I'm lying. Don't expect to be a spiritual giant overnight, but if you continue to apply the Spirit Formula you will draw closer to God and receive of the Holy Spirit on a regular basis. Don't put off the rewards of the Spirit or drawing closer to God. Take a vacation if you have to but find time to try the formula/experiment and find out for yourself. If all else fails in your life use the "Spirit Formula". Anyone and God is a winner. . Chapter 3 "If thou canst believe," For me in my life the benefits I have reaped through making this connection to the Holy Spirit stronger have been amazing to me and to those who know me since my development and use of this formula. I have progressed at a rate spiritually, physically, and intellectually maybe ten times what I would have if I hadn't stumbled onto it. Actually, I probably would have ended up killing myself if I hadn't been led to these life- saving truths. I had been searching a long time for answers, for a purpose, and for a reason for living in this hectic fast paced dog eat dog rat race that we call life.When I found the secret to life and happiness and getting the Spirit of wisdom, power, and love my attitude changed. That's when I saw the opportunities in life, that's when I saw and unlocked my potential. That's when I began life's journey and experienced true life. The scriptures are the fundamental source of spiritual knowledge (next to Divinity) not only for the actual words themselves, but also for the Spirit of inspiration they convey. You know you've reached spiritual geniushood when you read all the important/vital scripture passages and obey and are given more truth in your seeking for truth for the glory of God. I once asked God why he gave me the wisdom He had given me, and He told me it was because I sought Him where others sought the wisdom of man. I don't want to overindulge too much in scripture quoting, only when necessary. Anyone can open their Bible and read what it says. After having said that I must say I can not overemphasize the importance of the scriptures. Many understand the greatness and importance of the scriptures. The scriptures are not meant to be thrown aside to gather dust or read monotonously without purpose or goal. The scriptures were meant to be used as a spring board toward divine revelation and interaction with God and impartation of His Holy Spirit and power as well as a daily source of inspiration and correction. As I said before, I can not overemphasize the importance of the scriptures. Sometimes I wonder if God hasn't refashioned the rules to accommodate and coincide with the sayings of the scriptures, they are that powerful. In Jesus's words Himself, "Search the scriptures. For in them you think you have eternal life and they are they which testify of me". I or someone else may be inspired of the Holy Spirit to write, but there is no comparison to the anointing and Spirit that the Holy Scriptures have. Of course, some will say that there are too many contradictions in the Bible, "whose to know what's true and what isn't"- but if the scriptures are read in the manner of a detective "weighing the evidence or sayings against each other and the amount of repetition of each saying that which is untrue or contradictory may be discarded and the truth of the matter and true scripture found". This is another reason we must search the scriptures- to find the truth and discern the evil from the good. Consider this book an owner's manual for the Holy Scriptures as I teach how to effectively read and use them. I haven't spent years studying ancient history. I haven't poured over countless numbers of books to get wisdom. I went to the source of wisdom , God. True wisdom can not be bought with money, only given by God. Here I come out of no where and in a few short years learn the greatest secrets in the world. Some people are bound to be upset who have studied books and in classrooms their whole lives and haven't found any real revolutionary wisdom or truth. Even the title of this book will probably ruffle some feathers and pride as it challenges conventional thinking and natural law. I've always heard the old sayings and been told them hundreds of times, and everyone's heard them the tried and often vague so called true wisdom, "If you want to change your life, change you attitude," or words to that effect, or a different form of those same words with the same meaning and effect. These sayings are platitudes- they say the "what" but they don't say the "how" or "why." But I wanted to know how (exactly how) do you create lasting change, change your attitude, change your Spirit and change you heart even, change your personality, change your destiny, change your life? All my life I've been a "why" person not a "what" person. I am usually against using labels to describe people, but to illustrate a point I think the world can be classified into two different groups of people, the "what" people and the "why" or "how" people on the other end of the spectrum. The "what" people in this world are the people who take what their leaders, friends, or the world says without question accepting it as truth. They assume or theorize that if a majority of people think a certain way than that's the way it is. If someone says to them you have to be a hardworker and do back breaking work all your life or you'll be a failure in life they believe it with out questioning whether or not it is a divine law or commandment. And the so called "perfectionists" of this world try to apply and force this new supposed truth onto those in their immediate sphere of influence without really knowing for themselves if it is really true; I call these people "what" people. "What" people tend to lead moderately successful lives according to the talents and weaknesses they have been assigned in life. Many "what people" are closed minded and set in their ways. Of course there are verying degrees of "what" and "why people" just like there are degrees of open mindedness and close mindedness. The category of "why" people or open minded people are the people like me who can't just accept something as truth without knowing for sure that it is true. These people need some way of knowing what is true and what isn't or we can't accept anything anyone tells us. Some of these "why" people are frequently looked down upon by many "what" people. On the extreme end of the "why" scale some are wanderers or rebellious or some look to escape the realities of life or seek to avoid pain and gain pleasure unconstructive ways. These people inevitably seem to have no direction in life. This book is obviously more for the "why" people than for the "what" people just as it is more for open minded people than close minded people. If you already have a preconceived notion that the things I talk about are impossible or you're not the type of person that believes in everyday miracles then what I write will be of little significance to you. The "why" people have a lot of potential and are often misunderstood by "what" people. Of course there are varying degrees of "what" and "why" people and some who are kind of inbetween straddling the fence if you will, accepting some things as truth without really knowing, but still retaining an open mind. The other end of the scale, the "what" people often feel they are never wrong because they base what they know on what the elite or prominent people of this world say or do or because of what they have read in a scientific textbook. These people will not accept many of the statements I have written or it comes in conflict with their rigid views of the way life is; such as for example- a dumb person or lower then average intelligence can never become smart, or some people are just born with a bad spirit and heart-. there's nothing they can do to change that. These people clearly do not recognize or understand the Spirit of truth or the awesome power of God. Unknowingly they close their mind off to this Spirit and consequently to the lesson or knowledge that can be obtained by keeping an open mind and heart. These people are the close-minded or stiff-necked people who rely on man's wisdom wholly and not on the Lord's wisdom or Spirit We live in a society that places value on the exterior or personality of individuals not the heart- whereas God looks on the heart (1 Sam 16:7). People like me have been misunderstood for centuries, because we don't initially show the outward signs of success. But once we achieve inner success we have unlimited potential as we tap into God's unlimited inspiration. Remember this-anyone and God is a winner. I want this book to change dummies or "less than smart people" into smart people even geniuses, social misfits to social geniuses, losers to winners, sinners to winners, weak to strong, sick to healthy, confused to clear, depressed to exalted, proud to humble, hopeless to hopeful, lonely to aloneness, dumb people to smart people, faithless to astounding faith and miracles, to satisfy the inner desire for wisdom/truth, genius, quickest, even appearance and countenance enhanced, you will make friends easier, wisdom above all and confounded by none, most sluggish to most quickest, personality changes, random revelations. The message of this book was more important to me than it's appearance. In time it will be revised and edited more. Anyone who has the Holy Spirit of Truth will know what I've said in this book is true; they will feel it. They may also feel opposition to this book, as I have. The evil one does not want real wisdom or the kind of things I've written about in this book known. The plan of the devil is to keep as many people as ignorant or in the dark as possible for as long as possible. If people really knew who they were and their potential with God as their helper, there would be an explosion of good works and achievements. God has the power to change and improve the heart. Don't ever think anyone is resigned to being second rate. The power of God can change your life in one minute. I was once one of the many cynics in the world who for whatever reason was blinded to the fact that God does reward the plentiful giver. God can't lie and is not unrighteous. This formula (the spirit formula) has the power to turn bad men to good men and good men to better men, and all the other things I have promised earlier. It all starts with this formula. If you mold and perfect this basic formula according to your own particular situation you have the power to achieve miracles. It doesn't take intelligence to tap into the love and power of God, some of those with the least amount of intelligence among us, yes even the mentally challenged are the most loving and express the love of God through them more readily. I'm reminded of a story about a mentally challenged young man who frequently as he would approach someone immediately embrace that person even if it was a total stranger to show his love and appreciation to that person. This teaches us a valuable lesson; every person living on this planet has invaluable and unlimited potential even in this life no matter who you are or your limitations/weaknesses. I think a common misperception in society is that because of some universal law not everyone has the potential to have a fulfilling and rewarding life. That there are haves and have not's; that if you're born with a certain heart or soul or intelligence level or personality you can't change or make your situation better. That's poppycock.. Chapter 4 "Anything is possible to him that believeth." As a bonus to following this formula you will find God, ''and you shall find me when you seek me with all of your heart". In my quest for truth I marked all the learned truths or commandments in the scriptures during a 9 month period. I was mostly unemployed at the time so I had plenty of time to do it. I reached a point where I had to know if there was a reason to keep living or I would die trying. Needless to say I found God, thankfully. Just to recap-take a couple 2 or 3 days and fast. You might want to drink a little bit of water every once in a while just to keep from dehydrating too much. Then read your favorite marked verses in the scriptures. If you have all the words of life in you or all the important scriptures in your mind you will really begin to tap into the power of wisdom. Towards the end of the 2 or 3 days as you are reading these most important scriptures you will feel the Holy Spirit move you to tears and you will feel the Spirit quickening your mind and your powers of imagination and creativity and comprehension. One tip for effective scripture reading is to read the scriptures not only to condemn yourself of any wrong doing, but also to visualize and imagine examples or corrective behavior to use in your own life. The key is to humble yourself. Don't imagine how others around you may be condemned by their sinning ways but how you might be condemned for yours. Not only is this a desirable way to quicken your mind and find God's Spirit again it also qualifies as part of the repentance process because you are in a sense at least trying to confess and forsake your sins through condemning yourself and then visualizing trying to forsake your sin. Also you might want to pray occasionally during these fasting days. Pray among other things for a change of heart and desire to do his will as well as forgiveness for your sins. I want this book to be for people from all religions and all walks of life. I'm not trying to promote any specific religion or sect. I believe everyone has the power within themselves to come unto Christ whether or not you belong to a particular religion. I was baptized into my own particular religion. But my intent is not to evangelize for any particular church but to "persuade all men to come unto Christ." Another good tip for seeking the Spirit is to minimize the distractions around you and if at all possible see the work of God's hand in nature. There's nothing as spiritually stimulating, peaceful, and conducive to the Spirit of wisdom as sitting by a flowing stream amongst the trees with mountains in the background or on top of a mountain looking down at the wondrous display of creation surrounding you. I guarantee if you have all your important and marked scriptures in your mind/memory and abstain from food to show your sacrifice and desire for repentance the Holy Spirit will manifest itself to you, quickening your mind and allowing you to tap into the Divine Genius powers that await you. It may take a little practice, but there's no limit to how many times you can apply this formula. Just remember the formula and you can't go wrong. I strongly recommend that you drink a little water every now and then when applying the formula. The more times you use the formula the stronger you will make the connection with the holy spirit and the more you will begin to see improvements in all areas of your life-you will have better confidence, intelligence, even a better personality-even your face will look happier. Your countenance will change as you take this Holy Spirit as a guide in your life, your learning will be greatly enhanced, and all the questions of life that you had to know will be slowly revealed (your eyes will be opened). Things that may not have made sense to you in the past will start becoming clearer. Your hope and confidence and any depression will be lifted and your ability and potential will skyrocket. With this new focus and confidence all you need to do is visualize winning in your life and watch the miracles happen. Write down your mistakes or sins and correct them at the end of each day. Write down your 10 greatest sins and figure out how to change them. "Eliminate the sin that so easily besets us". Eliminate your #1 weakness and watch your progression soar. I'm against using labels to describe people because I feel that ultimately we are all the same and have the same potential eternally. Of course there are some who will not choose to realize their potential in this life, but I think God gives us all a fair chance to choose to do so if not in this life the next.To use labels in identifying others is one of the lies propagated by the evil one. Using labels suggests limiting people to certain behaviors and promotes the kind of thinking that brings down rather than uplifts people. I feel labels are one of the biggest reasons for the destructive pride there is in the world. What it all comes down to is we're all the same weak shells- we can only be instruments in the hands of God. We are nothing in this life without God. All of us are dependent on God in one way or another. I couldn't get any satisfaction from any of the many jobs I had or satisfaction in my personal life. Nothing seemed real to me. Life seemed like just one big joke or catch 22 and I was the brunt of it. Have you ever felt that way? Well, maybe this book and the Spirit Formula will help. What you believe becomes your reality. If you believe you need a 9-5 job all your life than that becomes your reality. If you believe there's another way, you can and will achieve it God willing. I want this book to be for the everyday average joe, the way I was, out there thats heard it all a million times. I want to give that person something new, something real, something that works (the Spirit/ Genius Formula). If you believe you can make a living running ads in the newspaper, or buying and selling homes, you name it- you can do it. "Nothing is impossible to him that believeth." Before I only had limitations, now I have possibilities. Now I want to share a simple truth with you that will destroy much of the deceit and the lies in this world- "If you pay the price you can know anything,- If you want it bad enough and apply the Spirit Formula. I have designed this book to open and expand the mind of the reader. Is there only one way to skin a cat? I've tried to make this the best book ever written excluding any grammatical errors. Self-help books began to make sense when I had the Spirit quickening my mind- they never made sense to me or helped before. Also, you may have to apply the spirit formula to understand the rest of the book as it is written on a high level. Eliminate or try to eliminate your biggest weakness and your progress will increase dramatically in all areas of you life- "the sin that so easily besets us". I've developed certain simple strategies to fight sin. One of them is to pray for inspiration on how to overcome sins. I did and was led to a book that helped me understand more about keeping my body and it's passions under subjection/control (a key factor in the fight against sin). Chapter 15 explains more about this- the pleasure/pain principle. The spirit formula when applied gives increased concentration, memory retention, a new (fresh) outlook on life, releases negative emotions, immediately lifts you from a depression, makes you more energetic, your confusion vanishes, you feel more happy, more peaceful, and more loving. The inspiration just comes after applying the spirit formula enough. I was able to plan out my life as God opened the flood gates of inspiration and removed the confusion from my mind. I would recommend that you go through and mark the scriptures that you need the most help with or are inspirational to you in some way (maybe put a line out to the side of important scriptures), and put a mark in the top right hand corner of the page they're on to find them easily as you thumb through them later. Keep a written journal of inspiration. Sooner or later you'll forget the important truths you learn so you'll want to write them down. At least try the spirit formula- you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Believe me I did not write this book on my own, it was given to me through inspiration of the Spirit. There's' no way I could have written this book by my own power. I was guided and inspired tremendously by the Holy Spirit. So many people read the Bible but they don't really believe it. You will get to a point where you will not only believe everything the bible says but you'll wonder if God didn't change the laws of the universe in according to what's written in the bible- its that powerful. I had lots of time, one year so I read through all the scriptures ( in 1 year) and gained a good understanding of the scriptures (which is very important). I underlined important truths or commandments I had particular problems with- which as I found out later was one of the best things I ever did. Chapter 5 Proverbs of the Spirit Proverbs given me by the Holy Spirit- The secret to life is not standing on your own two feet, its leaning on the Lord. The simple say that life is just a test, pass or fail, the wise say it is also a transformation. You don't find God by just going on a mission or being a missionary- you find God when finding God is your mission. A man/boy enters life when he takes the Holy Spirit as a guide, finds God, and keeps God's laws first and foremost. There is a mathematical formula for finding God/ Spirit- (an x amount of fasting plus an x amount of scriptures plus an x amount of prayer.) We came here to learn about love for people. Perfect charity and you're well on your way to winning the game of life. Its not that life sucks- its that you suck for life. You're not here to be handfed; you're here to handfeed. If life has nothing to offer you anymore its because you don't have anything to offer life. Anyone and God is a winner. Turn your scorning to mourning. If you don't take life seriously, you get taken seriously by life. When the only thing on your mind is minding the Holy Spirit that's when things start to happen If you don't control your thoughts, your thoughts will control you. You are never a loner if you walk with God. To get God behind you, you have to keep him in view. Sin is easier then righteousness but beware lest you be deceived. The world says reading is a waste of time, but God says your time or destiny is determined by what you read. The secret to wisdom is learning how to have the Holy Spirit and taking it as a guide. After the greatest battles come the greatest victories. Chapter 6 King of Kings, Lord of lords 4/4/98- I will do so much prayer and fasting so much so I cannot be denied within the bands of justice. My question or plea for God was- "show me the way". The inspiration I got from the Holy Spirit was in these words- "Jesus Christ is the way, follow his example, do what he did". Also when I asked "what should I do?"- the Holy Spirit told me, "serve your God with all your heart, might, mind, and strength the rest of your days." Other questions I have (that would be answered later) are "how do I overcome weaknesses and defects and have courage to withstand rejection. "What can I do to be happy- I'm all alone and no reason to live." Set my heart to understand and chasten myself. My questions for God were formulated on this day. 5/26/98 Had a change in countenance from scriptures (reading hard sayings). Read hard sayings with desire and acceptance. 6/8/97- I've learned to use and get Spirit. Inspiration-got it, have to torture myself (chasten myself through fasting and prayer 40 hrs- that's the secret (to be pure). Learn to chasten myself for sins to get in spiritual zone (punish myself) to be one with God receiving his help/inspiration- earn his help. Also inspiration- must know and do all scripture to receive more. Truth leads to light which leads to true happiness versus carnal gratification. I have 10 sins that trouble me that I need to repent of and prosper accordingly with Spirit/luck. The ten sins are: forgetfulness (of God), slothfulness, laziness, no hope, fear of man, lying, jealousy, envy, carnal thoughts (lust), lack of love (charity) and thought control. Also sadness and anger. Inspiration- Adulterous thoughts only lead to unhappiness- not Lord's way, leads to a decrease in Spirit/ divine help. The "poor me syndrome" comes because of other sins. 6/23/98- Inspiration- when down pray for comforter till tears of joy (thanks) to bear loneliness until I find someone. 6/25/98- I need to align myself with his purposes- be an instrument in bringing souls to Christ through repentance. 6/29/98- Found out today you can make yourself happy from within (purification) it doesn't matter if people like you. 7/13/98- Secret- cried tears of joy from knowledge of paying for sins- fasting, no radio, focus, prayer in heart for Spirit/joy to be happy. Connection given by God- dedication of prophets comes through forced suffering (fasting). Inspiration- pray to progress spiritually and receive inspiration then try or think of something different. Focus all thoughts directed to God. The power of his name: Before I found God I was at the end of my rope- suffering demonic attacks. At one point I heard the footsteps of a great evil spirit out in the mountains coming toward me and then choking/smothering me; I thought I was going to die under this intensely great evil presence that nearly suffocated me to death. As I thought I was going to die I was able to gasp out the name "Jesus" and it was taken away. Then in my mind I heard a voice telling me, "I can't keep doing this.(saving you)". I had been fantasizing suicide up to that point which was sinful as well as wasting time with games (board games, sports, etc.) trying to find an escape from depression. But I was not happy- that's when I decided to apply the spirit formula and my life changed (see Chapter 2- How to be a Genius). 7/13/98- Confessed and forsook with Lord's help cried, till I could not cry any more- repented and fasted many days- clear mind- imagined every detail of going back to church- it's my right and privilege. Even thought of what shirt I would wear and even paying my tithing. Gave 1/2 of all money I had and that's when things began to change dramatically- favor with people, secured a job I liked, etc. which reminded me of the widow who cast in all her living (into the church treasury) I can't over estimate the power of faith (giving prompted by an outpouring of the Holy Spirit). Do not bring a gift with a wicked/natural heart. You must give when you are in the Spirit/prompted by the Spirit or your giving will not have the same anointing/recognition from God or return (harvest) 7/20/98- Inspiration- Doctrine and Covenants is true- Spirit bore witness to me of the scripture "....only true church on earth with which I am well pleased. "Felt burning in chest and Spirit to tears when read about baptism of dead and temple marriage" I had fasted 20 hours and skimmed my underlined passages. Discovery made- everything makes sense when you have the Holy Spirit (life's big questions). Doubts and questions gone, mind totally comprehends and understands- It's an unbelievably feeling. I can learn and remember things through this Spirit, till tears for understanding. Align yourself to purposes of the lord is a big lesson in life to learn. Want what He wants. Discovery- all things the Holy Ghost can bear witness of- every commandment. Found secret of happiness again today- Holy Spirit (gives hope/ inspiration) through fasting and praying and scriptures- senses are heightened (food, scenery, joy , job)- details of goals and desires given. Visualized myself making a new friend and getting a new job. To love someone means to like them. You must find good qualities about them and concentrate on those. For any spiritual feat there must first be a purging. Man in his natural state is unclean/unworthy. It's back- see into each persons mind to benefit them. I want the ability to see through people, prophecy their outcomes. Seeing through/ perceiving /standing back and analyzing what people think- totally in control of my anger/emotions. Nothing phases me when I am perceiving and seeing through people. Focus on their reaction or what they thought for thought perception. Love all men (all man kind) Because I believed I could do miracles everyday, I did them. 3 days of progression, fasting, and no lust helped lead to great inspiration and direction for my life. Man has only given me lies and deceit my whole life. When you have learned to love being humiliated you are close to perfection 7/21/98- Bible has power and much wisdom; Book of Mormon has more power but less wisdom. Spirit gives a more powerful witness to Book of Mormon- Book of Mormon holds a special blessing and anointing. 7/23/98- The power of the mind, Inspiration- what you think is what you become. If I think I'm a scripture expert I become one. If you think you have the Holy Spirit act like you do and you will. Its all in the mind really (everyone's reality). If you think the Holy Spirit will help you say something to get a job you will eventually. If you believe it can happen- its possible- it becomes your reality- got this inspiration from the scripture from "if thou canst believe anything is possible to him that believeth." and "with God anything is possible." This is such an important concept- its one of the most important concepts I learned. When I really understood this truth and how to tap into the power of the Holy Spirit my life changed dramatically. How you treat the disadvantaged is the way God will treat you. 8/3/98 Inspiration- read all of the commandments (have them in mind things to do to be like Him). I have found that fasting 12:00 midnight Friday- Sunday 4:00 p.m. every week is ideal for me. (40hrs.). Applying spirit formula for 3 days in nature alone with God= a steady continual flow of divine genius/wisdom, Once again please see a doctor before fasting long periods of time. Fast and pray till I have paid the price of sins (His forgiveness), and I understand his thoughts about me till tears of thanks-till he gives me Spirit- cried for mercy till he heard. I have progressed from 24 hour periods to 38-40, and on occasion for the most wisdom I'll go 3 days fasting and applying formula. 8/4/98 Inspiration- I have changed my perspective from seeing life as a dog eat dog experience to a life full of opportunities. We must forgive others - "of you it is required to forgive all men". Another reason we are kept ignorant is for our protection. The purpose of life is to progress (we have the potential to be like God). The Great Experiment- The Secret to happiness/ power of Spirit/ spiritual guidance. The formula= x amount of fasting +x amount of praying +an x amount of scriptures(Fx+Px+Sx)=power of Spirit/ happiness/ inspiration from God. Process= Fast for 2 days and towards end read most important/controversial passages of the scriptures-the bible, book of mormon, etc. and pray to know if its true. Result=burning in bosom (chest) to tears, which is Spirit manifesting the truth of it. Other x factors= desire/pain (you have to pay the price to know), minimize distractions, repent or try to repent of sins and ask for forgiveness. Try the experiment: Take the Bible or Book of Mormon, find a quiet place to read it (with no distractions) preferably in nature. Fast a day (fasting 24 hours is a good place to start), pray that you'll have the spirit, (the Holy Ghost) come into you and tell you if its true. Read some of it and pay close attention to the Holy Spirit commandments or truths (gospel principles) in it. You can skip through the story parts just read important truths and hard to accept statements. While you're reading and concentrating on the commandments or gospel part the Spirit will tell you its true- you'll feel a swelling in your chest or a kind of burning feeling and you might start crying because you know the Holy Spirit's telling you its true. And pretty soon you'll be addicted to it and you'll want to read the whole book and then you'll start changing, your heart will start changing and you'll want to start doing the things its says like be baptized, be pure from sins so you can feel the Spirit more, and you'll start to progress and become more Christ-like. You'll want to be a good person, but you have to go into this experience with the right attitude. I mean you have to show God that you really want to be a better person so you really should fast a day to show you're willing to sacrifice (denying your body shows God how much you want His Spirit)- that should be enough for him to answer you. You can use this technique to see if anything is true (any books, etc.). Are you tired of depression? Throw off depression forever with this technique. The cure for depression is the Spirit, the Spirit of God. 8/10/98 One of the reasons for our ignorance of the spirit world and spirit dimension is for our own protection- if we knew all the things going on around us in the spirit world we would be more than a little distracted and perhaps paranoid. Discovery made- I have found that different groups of spirits live in different places. I am now able to perceive the spiritual atmosphere of a place. Some places are naturally a spiritual downer because there are more evil spirits there. Where as some places are spiritually uplifting because there are less bad spirits and possibly more pure or good spirits. I am able to sense and at times through the eyes of the spirit (with my spiritual eyes) see them (good or bad spirits). I have become more spiritually aware or in tune with the spiritual world. While visiting my parents house one time I felt the presence of an angry spirit. Then seeing and perceiving through spiritual eyes I saw an angry little demon about 3 feet tall following right behind my Dad as he entered the room. And as he was walking it was spewing out insults and foul language as if trying to influence my Dad's thinking and actions. All of us have been assigned these demons to torment/try us. I struggle more with demons of sadness/ depression. My spiritual eyes are beginning to open. I'm being permitted to see things I ordinarily would not be able to see. I know now that- This life is a battle between the lusts of the flesh and the will of the spirit. One of the things holding me back in life and I didn't even realize it until I tried the technique was releasing my negative emotions (sadness and anger) and coming back to love- pictured my sadness and anger towards someone and then loving them to release negative feelings. 9/3/02- Spiritual progress galore- tried love enemies/sad angry love to release negative spirits and still couldn't get rid of angry spirit. So I said "In the name of Jesus I command this angry spirit to leave in the name of Jesus and that my mind be filled with the Holy Spirit. then I pictured Spirit coming into my mind and thought I believe/I receive from Jesus- it then left instantly (the angry spirit and all anger) this was due to the connection I felt and feeling the Spirit. Then, not more than a few hours later, as I was asleep a demon of lust entered my dreams as a female sitting close to me and acting lovingly to me. Instantly, because of my spiritual in-tuness I recognized it for a demon of lust and cried out in mind, "in the name of Jesus I banish you spirit of lust in the name of Jesus -I command you to leave." As soon as I thought this I awoke and visibly saw it leave my chest/heart area. It was about a foot long, and looked like a small lion demon. It arose away from my chest as if being slowly drawn out by some invisible force. and lust was gone. 8/13/98- praying for change of heart to go to church and have righteous desires. Why would I let this piddly little lusts of the flesh problem stand in the way of being great and enjoying this great time and plan and blessings and instead be a tawdry person. Look for the excitement or adventure good things or possibilities (opportunities not a dog eat dog-perspective) and good things will follow don't worry about what people think of you or little irritations. Inspiration- ask and think of possible solutions to questions and tell Him and information gathered from scriptures (be a detective of truth). Learned through Holy Spirit that happiness is God (learning gospel principles doing and receiving Spirit (joy). Also in my search for knowledge what motivates me is figuring out new things about life. I know from experience that hours of creative genius from God is directly proportionate to success. Applied knowledge is righteousness I believe many great men in history were divinely inspired. Abe Lincoln was inspired by divine genius. You can figure out how to have more confidence or how to be the best at whatever you do. You might want to try fasting before a job interview or other important situations in your life. This book may be ahead of its time and may be misunderstood by some people. What I wish to share is the greatest secret in the world, the secret of life-(how to get the Holy Spirit)- chapter 2. 8/15/98- The secret of happiness is having the Spirit being Spiritually minded not carnally minded and applying gospel principles. You have to figure it out yourself- you can't learn it in church. Nothing I ever say or anyone else says is going to convince you to live all the gospel principles- you have to figure it out for yourself. I didn't have a firm enough foundation so when troubles came I didn't have a strong enough knowledge and relationship with my Father in Heaven. It took me a while to learn to depend on the Lord. I just felt sorry for myself and didn't care. Then I learned to depend on the Lord, trust in the Lord, because it was the only way to keep my sanity or go on with life. It just got to a point where life was so frustrating, and I got so depressed that I had to turn to the Lord. That was the turning point- that was where I found God at the lowest point (the most depressing time) that's when I turned to the scriptures and fasting and prayer. For the first time in my life I started to really understand the scriptures and started to build a firmer foundation. I started to read the scriptures with the Spirit and search the scriptures without any distractions- things then began to make sense and after awhile I knew that in order to keep progressing I had to go to church again and pay tithing and fear God more than man. That's when I recognized the blessings of sacrifice- The fruit of obeying the commandments, which is having the power and knowledge of the Spirit (which is happiness) to guide your steps. Going to church everyday for a thousand years isn't going to help you at all unless you learn to have the Spirit and search the scriptures without any distractions and things begin to make sense. Then after awhile I knew that in order to keep progressing I had to go to church and pay tithing and fear God more than man. In my opinion that's why we're on this messed up planet, to know the evil so we may prize the good- and appreciate the Holy Spirit or the Holy Ghost and let it guide us in our lives and choose it willingly. I really didn't know my Father in Heaven enough or learn to rely on the Spirit before. I guess I learned the mechanics of the gospel but I really didn't understand why I was doing it. I had too many questions and not enough answers. In the scriptures it says, "I fasted and prayed many days to know these things of myself". I don't think any of us are just born with great faith or a testimony/witness of all things. I think its something we work at constantly, and I think its more of a process of progression. I don't think any of the prophets in the scriptures were born prophesying. In my opinion that's a level of spiritual progression they worked hard to get. 8/15/98- Inspiration- take 100 percent responsibility for situation in life (not cynicism). If I'm applying gospel principles and changing, going to church, pay tithing, and helping people I'll be happy. For everything bad that happens something good happens. Figuring out why bad spirit came led to figuring out good inspiration. Learn to love the pain of it (fasting, going to church, challenges, etc.) Ask better questions. I'm ready now, my mind is a sponge for truth. The more I picture/ imagine him (believe) the more real and present he becomes. Also must pray to remember how to overcome poor me syndrome or cynicism. Also, don't use vain repetition of any prayer. Learn different ways of saying it using scriptural language. Think W.W.J.D. (what would Jesus do) and do it. Forgetfulness is one of my biggest problems from distracting negative/evil transplanted thoughts. Figured this out logically with Holy Spirits help after reading scriptures. Need to remain unspotted from world. 9/12/98- Chastening for my sins (loss of preservation) brought me to repentance (deprive body/fast to remember Jesus Christ). Towards end of fast read scriptures pleading for Spirit to understand and enlighten them and my mind to really understand them. Brought back remembering instances where I should have testified or witnessed to someone. Naturally I have to many weaknesses but with the Spirit I am preserved and not confounded which is a miracle. My life is an example or miracle or testimony to me of Christ/Holy Ghost. I can recognize when I feel the Holy Spirit enter. I need to align myself with his purposes (bringing souls to Christ in repentance) be an instrument in his hands. Love the disadvantaged and Jesus will love you. Reason telepathically. Fortify my weakest point is the key. Study prophets and do what they did. When I have sayings of all scriptures stored in my mind then I feel Spirit. Purge myself, don't think of worldly things like lusts of the flesh. You need lo humble yourself to Gods will that's when you'll find God and find true happiness. When you repent and do 3 things (fasting, scriptures, prayer) you'll find God and feel his Spirit. If you do enough fasting, scriptures, praying you will know. Someone told me the other day they thought it was stupid to worship some unknown God- that its a waste of time. That's the statement of someone who hasn't found God yet. There is a way to know God. There's basically only 3 things you have to do (fasting, scriptures, prayer in that order)- if you do enough of each of these 3 things God will reveal himself to you. It's so easy everyone and anyone could know that God exists and that he is accessible. Its possible to spend only 2 days fasting with reading underlined scriptures and find the truth. There are a few other minor details that come into play like not having any distractions and wanting it more than life itself (be sincere). You might have to experiment but basically its an x amount of fasting plus an x amount of scripture reading plus and x amount of prayer= finding God and secret to happiness. Ask for a change of heart to want to be perfect like Jesus so you can feel his Spirit. Only 2 problems you might have- distractions (but you can go to mountains out in nature) and desire (you have to want it more than sleep, food, and other people's company etc.). Do this and you can't be denied. Sometime when you're feeling down and you want to know if God's really there try this experiment. His Spirit can come into you and tell you if what you're reading its true while you're reading. Pray to have the Holy Spirit tell you if it's true. That's when you'll have a change of heart and happiness. The more you become like Jesus (being more perfect) the more often you'll feel this Spirit/ happiness. 11/28/98- I've had a good year this year. I've really been blessed spiritually and temporally. I was reborn. I finally figured out the secret to happiness and the secret to life. I know how to get the Spirit now- through fasting, scriptures, and prayer. I guess one difference between now and then is that I didn't realize the reward for doing good. I was like the guys Malachi talked about in Malachi 3:14-15 "ye have said it is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, in that we have walked one fully before the lord of hosts? And now we call the proud happy: yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea they that tempt God are delivered.". Also I got a spiritual witness of the scripture, "In as much you have done it to the least of my brethren, ye have done it unto me." Do my goals for serving others and I will be blessed seven fold. To know the power of God apply the Spirit Formula then it becomes real, but can't be spotted by world for 3 or 4 days. Can't think of personal gratification. To believe Him means to purge yourself. Purify your heart- pure and noble thoughts- secret is controlling thoughts. Confess your unworthiness, your insignificance. Plead with God to show me the way until tears of joy/thanks. 12/2/98- Spirit inspired- I have many tares in my soul that need to be taken out. Also more importantly bring forth fruit, an hundred fold. Goal= 100 each year. 1 fruit= doing (washing) dishes for someone, give back money owed to someone, church, tithing, compliment someone, Also I'm starting to think scripturally and like Jesus which has been a big key for me. When needing to cleanup papers I thought, "I need to put my house in order, and I don't need my job- there's only one needful thing and that is the Spirit of God" Thought of Jesus's wit and higher (spiritual) thinking. Crying out loud in heart to Jesus. 12/16/98- Inspiration from Spirit- Life is a molding experience not just a test. We are like clay in the potters hands. God is molding us to have his desires and joy and dream like he does which is true happiness. Your good works are not as important as developing your desires and dreams and aspirations in line with the Lord's (homeless shelter, bring souls to righteousness). This is wisdom and a common misconception. Retaliation by evil to my spiritual progress makes me stronger or at least it does right now. Commit works to God (van for volunteering, etc.) Healing of eyes for preparedness/ service/ total devotion. Some weapons against enemy- hymns pleading to Jesus. Thinking like Spirit- so he can kill anyone, big deal, I fear not man only God who can destroy spirit. Thought of saying this to someone- "You know the laws or commandments of men well but do you know and keep the higher laws of God? Such as not oppressing the poor on the sabbath, not persecuting your brother ,and loving your neighbor?" Remember just ask and you'll receive- prophecy, job, spouse, healing, desires. But ask in faith. What does that mean exactly, how do you get your faith exactly to that point where all you have to do is ask? I'll answer that question as we go on. Felt spiritual impression "He loves us single people so just do our best in finding a companion". 12-20-98- Learned to talk clearly to God in mind. Picture a previous experience in my life (pictured hugging someone who hurt me) when reading scriptures-"Forgive all men in your heart". Reading in Spirit profits more. Joy in what God joys in is key and only what he joys in not in games/tv etc. Remember if you can't abide the law you can't abide there. Purity and inspiration go hand in hand. Think- seek wisdom not riches. I transformed my covetous energy that I was feeling toward a material possession to fasting reading the scriptures and staying pure. Be not idle like wasting time on board games or tv. Read scriptures with "I need to.." attitude, correcting myself with scriptures like "forgive all men" etc. Find prayer places. Formulated question, "how can I be strengthened to overcome my sin for consistency of Spirit?" I know how to get salvation (greatest gift) through following Christ's example- having charity. The secret to happiness is The Comforter. 1/30/99- Key is to tune in to Lord's thoughts (control thoughts by focusing on love for someone because of kindness or for someone's sacrifices for their kids etc.) Reminded of scripture "Thy thoughts are not my thoughts". Give God glory not myself- I fear God not man. Cried tears of joy in thanks for thinking his thoughts, words of life. That's why tv and radio are bad, (they keep us from His thoughts). I trust in Lord to be preserved (keep commandments). Remembered taking a kick me tag off of someone being teased- Christlike. Fight to control thoughts not thinking about negative people doing me wrong, even to losing a night's sleep, all thanks to alert clear mind from Spirit- made strong in Christ (weaknesses) not so much me preserved as love for other person. Thoughts of God, my unworthiness, etc. Wisdom is even greater than being on time for work. Everything's totally clear right now, it's an amazing feeling. Cried till tears of joy and all night cried, through chastening of Lord (bothered by police) I progressed. Through my suffering I learned wisdom/obedience. Christ is my sleep. Today I had a humble meek attitude to men. Remember fear God not man and give thanks for everything= "twinge" of Spirit and influence for mercy. With all my heart telepathically- like, ask for Spirit, pure heart, mercy, and to love others like they were Christ. 1/12/99- I can figure something out by asking questions while reading the scriptures. Handled a matter wisely and returned good for evil. 2/18/99- Bingo! Spiritual inspiration- secret to controlling your life is controlling your thoughts consistently on a moment to moment basis. Cease not to pray, pray always- have charity- the love of God. My biggest weaknesses at work are- fear of man, slothful, lust, anger. 2/2/99- Opened a well spring of inspiration from saying thank you, God outloud before sleep for stressful situation with someone (because of opportunities to learn and figure out lessons I need to learn, exalted through reproach of Christ. Not many people know God or the Holy Spirit Living life for me right now is like being a detective- maybe if I figure it out everything in life early veil will be dropped like finishing a test early. Through my sacrifice (fasting) and obedience (suffering reproach of Christ/ soft answer) I earn wisdom. The spirits around us want to affect our world. Many inventions have come through inspiration asked of God and received. Be content with what I have- lose my life and desires is key. Prayed to be ready for opportunity to share knowledge of Spirit/God. 2/28/98- I'm proving all of the scriptures for myself- Spirit bore witness to me today (a swelling in the chest) of "give to him that asketh" (borroweth) and, "whomsoever would compel thee to go a mile", and "swear not at all", and "he that is angry with his brother is in danger..." Only use righteous indignation once in awhile. Everything's clear right now- I feel now like I did at 6 years old confidence wise. Nothing anyone says even phases me (in the fear of the Lord is strong confidence). My thought control is unbelievable now. The reward for doing good and being pure and being morally clean (resisting evil and sin) far outweighs losing a nights sleep. Everyday chores don't even seem hard when I'm "on" with the Spirit and wisdom is flowing constantly like milk and honey. Don't shut off Spirit/inspiration by thinking my old thoughts or idle talk or foul language ("whatsoever cometh of more than these is evil").- 2/29/99- Making a connection with Spirit- brainstorming on God is happiness- so we can't be completely happy or receive a fullness of joy or increase until the next life/ we are Gods. Making others happy is what makes God happy so it makes us happy when we become Gods.- I need to trust in Lord's wisdom/ timing. When you don't get something you want right away, God usually gives you something better later. 3/3/99- Cried tears of thanks to God for making my weaknesses strong and blessing me (slurring/minor stuttering problem, insecure, lack of thought control, lust, bad hearing, reproach, bad attitude, humility, charity, energy for work, countenance improved, humor, wisdom, opportunity to bring souls to Christ, preservation- hearts of enemies or those I come in contact with softened, food/clothes, respect of peers and self, mercy , van material possessions. Put it to rest, I can't attain a fullness of joy in this life (be completely happy) just be thankful hearted. Sharing Christ's love to others (charity) "by this shall men know ye are my disciples" I need to "shew" myself friendly. To believe in someone and hope for them is love- "I know you can do it" attitude and praying for them every night. Think of people's good qualities to love them (their charisma, sense of humor, etc.). Tell my kids someday to show belief in them- if there's one thing I like about you its that I know when the pressure's on you'll make the right decision- rather then expressing doubt and unbelief in their abilities. Wanting self-gratification is selfishness. Love endureth and is patient therefore stop lusting.- Treat others as yourself. Some places allow me to think more clearly than others such as in the mountains and secluded areas. Got inspiration in one of my favorite places to think- I'm not progressing as rapidly at job because of fearing man not God and also due to lack of Spirit/love. Forget what their thoughts are and concentrate on what God is thinking. I like Love/humor qualities so show them to others. When I'm not concerned about anything but gaining God's favor/Spirit not even work performance that's when it happens- I receive an outpouring of the Spirit. Don't focus on money just God's favor. I learned to be humble by harsh words. It rips me of false pride and makes me turn to the Lord. With the Spirit I can read much faster, comprehend, and retain it better. Overcome evil with good. Love neighbor as self. I need to give God credit for any wisdom attained, not myself. Listen to his inspiration. Better to have job and learn socially/spiritually and earn money then being bored just reading- so be thankful happy for my job. Don't talk of things of the Spirit unless all the words of life are abiding in you. Every bad thing that has happened to me, I've been able to use for good. 4/8/99- Realized through inspiration of the Spirit that the poor and needy are treasures like gold doubloons walking down the street. Because of the feeling you get which is Christ's love and reward- like giving a coat to a homeless person. Actually to make another "connection"- everyone is a treasure. Do something for people that they would show gratitude for or be grateful for. 4/17/02 Humble yourself and respect authority. I need to repent of the fact that sometimes I love the reward of sin more than Him. "You sent your word and healed my disease. You are my Lord my Healer." I thank and praise Him- for when I have spiritual freedom I am set free from evil influences for a time. You should love your neighbor and not hate him. Those who don't repent will be punished by God. We've really been blessed by the hand of God. King of kings, Lord of lords- the power of His name- As I was waking up a gray cloud covered me and still half asleep I said, "I hate you Satan" It replied, "I know you do". Fully awake I said, "I cast you out in the name of Jesus." The gray paralyzing cloud then vanished. 5/6/02 Show love and kindness for anger. Those who permit oppressive behavior and don't do anything about it will share in the responsibility for it. Be a light in the darkness. Don't forget the God Factor. God doesn't make you earn his respect does he? Everyone should be treated with respect and kindness. God is good to everyone. 7/10/02 The more I hate l the flesh, the less power the devil has over me. Sin is a waste of time. 7/12/02 He saved my life. He gave me His Spirit. He gave me hope, power, love, and made me more like Him. The purpose of this existence is to allow us to become more God-like. Schedule something for Christ. The Lord has something more important for me today besides wasting time watching tv. Where you are with God is more important. Go help others. 7/16/02 I must do a lot to make up for my sins. 4/24/01 God tells me it is right- through the Holy Spirit- to give to the poor/needy. This is pure religion. Try to give as much as I can every week. If you only knew the power of and love of God you would turn to him in a second. There's no power or life in wickedness, it leads to death. Righteousness leads to life and glory- be perfect and upright. Add value to people's lives- help them. Prayed to be chastened with hunger and I had little or no energy to even walk but was filled with the Holy Spirit. 4/27/01 A big sin is caring more about the praise of the world instead of the praise of God. You can always repent. You should and might as well enter into the gate as soon as possible; it's pretty cold on the outside away from God's love. God will certainly forgive you. There is a great punishment for picking on the weak. There is a great reward for doing good and a huge punishment for doing evil. That's something I didn't realize until after I learned to receive from the Holy Spirit. "I do always those things that please Him". I love this scripture that describes Jesus. He is the King of kings Lord of lords. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Chapter 7 The Spirit of Solomon 4/12/99- Inspiration received in a wilderness area+Proverbs +Psalms+fasting- got sinning because of my social weakness by fearing man (rejection) not God. I need to love my neighbor as myself +open my mouth to praise God, share wisdom, and "wash the feet of my fellow man". I need to serve, praise, love others, and turn souls to Christ. Remember "feed my sheep". Think of each person as a gold piece (of great worth) to rest with those you've helped in heaven. Lose myself in service to Christ. Why does my soul linger in the valley of sorrow- because of my weaknesses of the flesh. When you think about God's laws first not man's laws you enter into life. I'm 100% better in everything I do now that I try to keep God's laws first. I'm not trying to preach or anything. I'm just trying to tell it like it is. Keep God's laws in your mind and try to keep them and you will progress spiritually. Read scriptures to correct myself- like, "a diligent hand prospereth". 4/11/99- Everything he says is so true, (the Proverbs of Solomon). When I do the things God wants me to do he gives me His Spirit. The greatest boost in my spiritual progression would be to turn souls to righteousness, tell of the spirit and of Christ, give wisdom, and share my love for the scriptures. 4/24/99- Experienced unbelievable brain power from Spirit- missed half of a ball game I was watching just from thinking in the Spirit. Blocked out half of game while thinking in the Spirit. Secret was to apply the Spirit Formula and turn my anger to love enemies. Spiritual Genius Hood was reached today. I must thank my guardian angels or mediator spirits by giving glory to God and turning souls to righteousness. Helping others to unlock their potential even change their personality. I need to remember constant daily repentance- while reading scriptures repent of sins. Think to myself, "how did I sin today,"- and thought I beguiled once, I was angry once, etc.. I know how Job (of the bible) felt- today I was on fire with Spirit inspiration. It reminded me of the scripture "all men shut their mouths and their tounges clinged to the roofs of their mouths" Was able to imagine in detail future goals and achievements with improved brain power. Fasting could help make my calling and election sure. Today I was on fire with Holy Ghost. I was humble/innocent, while giving wisdom, I imagined "the very gates of ... shook" as I imparted wisdom. I was explaining the benefits for the here and now of having the Spirit/Holy Ghost and unlocking our potential- having whatever we want. I pictured myself quoting scripture word for word and imparting wisdom. Focus on what God thinks not on what others are thinking. What to focus on besides lusts of the flesh- would be baptizing someone, making a new friend, doing service, volunteering, or showing love to someone. I now have the ability to make the impossible possible with the Holy Spirit. I tell better stories. I'm a more intelligent talker. I'm starting to have successful relationships/ dates. I hate sin, it holds back my progress and my ability to be a hero with God. Sinning affects my ability to affect lives, and help others. Some people need to spend more time repenting and less time in trivial pursuits. You must learn to hate sin. Spirit tells me not to go fishing so much because it detracts from my real purposes in life. Through feeling God's love I'm able to expand my feelings and realize my desires. Someday I'm going to write a book and explain things the way they are. 4/23/99 Mark things that apply to you from the book of Proverbs in the bible, and try to do what it says and your brain power increases the more time you put into it. 4/23/99 A bad spiritual place had no effect on me because of prayer. The Holy Spirit is a genius, and God is a genius. One of my biggest strengths I think is that I don't care what people think about me usually. I am overcoming everything with the Holy Spirit. The word is out on me in the real world (the spirit world) The Spirit of Wisdom, the Spirit of Solomon is with me now. Right now I am a genius. The Truman Show reminds me of my life right now. I feel like I'm being watched by the seen and unseen. I didn't quit- I had faith I would be forgiven and I was. Figured out how to be a millionaire- buy a house for 150k sell for 170k, make a 15-20k profit. Can't be lazy though or may lose spirit and money. Keep same standard of living when rich. Buy a homeless shelter, a store for the poor. Remember the scripture- "I was hungry and you fed me...". Don't be afraid of people because God will give you ten times what you give Him. Tell people how you have changed your life with the Holy Spirit, and how you can feel joy and the love of God while you are here in this world. Onward, until you have wisdom and you are full of the Holy Spirit and you have all the words of life/the scriptures in your minds and hearts. Why wallow in sin. Leave everything of this world. Give all your sins to know Him and progress to unlock your full potential. God teaches me to work better. Behave wisely in all your ways. I'm like Mr. Perfect- no mistakes- with The Holy Spirit. During Holy Spirit thinking mode- figuring out things and asking out loud. All things are ordered as quickly as you are worthy for them. Thinking like I were God is the key. Pictured God saying, "He still struggles," to an angel. "He has no direction. I will give him the direction of the Spirit when he asks". If I could just remember the lessons and wisdom I've forgotten, I'd be invincible. Learn to love the battle of thought control. Be humble /noble. I am an ant- "Why does he love me?". I am weak and despised, but a son of God with potential for good in bringing in other souls etc.. Christ's love is the only thing with power. I'm going to make Him happy. Anything that would make Him feel good and attract light/Spirit. We are here to learn lessons from others- compassion/love. Suicide is sin. Get up by 8 am to conquer idle thoughts. Chapter 8 How to be a David and kill Goliaths 5/17/99- David prepared, took advantage of opportunities, and believed. His story is a tale of a classic evil (Saul) versus classic good (David) and it was a movie quality life- just as our lives can be. We can be anything we want to be- just believe. . Brain was changed after I plead for courage to withstand rejection. Because of praying for courage it made me more courageous, I had no fear- resolved to find the right companion for me. 6/2/99- There's a greatness in a prophet being poor but inviting people to dinner with nothing but johnny cake. God shows me consequences of my sin- fear, torment, and laughter during dreams. Bore witness to the scripture "there is no rest for wicked". We will build our own Zion or mansions by what we do here in this life- like works for the poor and love given. I want to accomplish at least a good job and wife. The difference between a loser and a winner is in their fantasies. That's a great ball players secret, his win fantasies. A great ball player visualizes winning. Start failing to start changing/learning. Fasting period needs to be long enough. Don't be an escapist- live life. Love grace given for pain or sacrifice endured in living a Godly life. The Lord blesses you according to your worthiness. Once you learn to love suffering knowing Christ is giving you more power/ spirit/ joy you are near perfection. If you think you're a winner you are one. Say, "my life's getting better everyday". Need to set my mind to getting a good job by imagining interview, clothes I will wear, etc. Turn on getting goal like good ball teams do in the 3rd quarter of a game. I've divided my life into 4 quarters and decided I want to turn it up a notch to achieve my goals now in this quarter of my life. I need to go out in the main arena and achieve my goal. I may fail at first but I'll learn from my failures. Dwell on past winning moments. I need to set my goals for tomorrow. What I want to be said about me- he had love for everyone, connected with everyone, affected lives for good, was wise, loved his wife and kids, turned many souls to righteousness, feared God greatly. Within next year by the year 2000 I want to have a good job. I need to be specific with my goals. Try hundreds of places. Get a good job in sales. In other words set your mind to getting a good job by imagining interview clothes where how etc.. Get help from Spirit to achieve goals. Main goal is having Spirit right now- can't have any bad thoughts. 6/6/99- Showing friendship for enmity. There's something great about selfless giving when you're poor. Give God praise and gratitude continually. If you don't control your thoughts your thoughts will control you. Do a kindness once a day like giving lunch to poor. Make your fantasies about doing good and showing love. Your outcome in life is determined largely by what you figure out and learn along the way. Life is one big mystery those who find out the most will win. When you find the secret that with God you can do anything and give up your life and desires and follow only His commandments that's when you find success. Anyone and God is a winner. When my goals are God's goals I experience success. You'll be surprised at what you achieve when your goals are God's goals. Wisdom is born of desire. If you want to know bad enough you can know anything. Looked out over cliff and saw the distance and opportunity in my life which convinced me to make a change of location and move to a different city. After a depressing thought said, "I will succeed as much as anyone else. I will prove that with God anything is possible. I need to say, "I am a winner" after any depressing thought. Sinning and thinking is a bad combination- it can lead to suicidal thoughts. Learning wisdom is exciting. Get back excitement/greatness/wisdom. Purge and replace until I know his thoughts about me. Get in spiritual zone/one with God. Forget world and delight myself in things of God. One of my strengths or sometimes weaknesses is being able to obsess (with Holy Spirit/ wisdom/progression). I found the missing connection! Enthusiasm + spirit zone (from spirit formula) /wisdom=greatness/happiness/ progression. Enthusiasm (for the things of God) + imagination= unstoppable by the devil or anyone, the best. Scriptures + purity + purging= wisdom. I'm missing enthusiasm to be unstoppable (like Paul the Apostle). Get rid of silly covetousness and rise to greatness with God and man. Covet to have God's favor/love. Covet wisdom, greatness, enthusiasm, and chastening myself. Frustrate tormentors to ridicule and will get a good job, because if not I will achieve prophet level or wisdom beyond comprehension and power to turn many souls to righteousness. Why set my sights on trivial things in life when I can know secrets of life, power, spirit, exalting joy, and happiness versus empty fleeting passions. Serving the lusts of the flesh is not even worth the bother really. It was my enthusiasm that did it for me to be one with God. It was my only hope and when it was it became a great hope. When I forsake the truly vain things of this world that's when great things start to happen in my life. Have to have spirit to speak with power. Use phrases of wisdom from the Spirit like- when the only thing on your mind is minding the spirit that's when things start to happen. Why wallow in sin? When you don't have anything to give and you give it anyway- that's the meaning of life. Think of rewards of success- a better home, a family. Focus on desire- on a good paying job, house, etc. not on fear of failure. Make things happen- don't let things happen. You either follow Christs example or die there is no other way. Said, "oh how I hunger for righteousness (the Spirit) then felt it. This life is just a drop in the bucket and if you endure it to the end staying true to gospel commandments you're set for the rest of eternity. If not you'll be unhappy for eternity. Don't get stressed, be happy with the Spirit. Show and receive love with gratitude. Progress at work with His laws not man's laws- it's not suppose to be fun. Just endure. Purge out lust thoughts- hunger for Spirit. 7/15/02- Due to controlled lust- I got good inspiration- the Spirit of wisdom and greatness is back. because of a prayer in a good place in the mountains. Ignored distractions to pray and think.Obsess to success. Obsessing is the only way I will ever be great. I've never accomplished anything in life without obsessing over it. I was alone with God once, for just a little while, after having applied the spirit formula, and wisdom and ideas just came like milk and honey flowing into my mind-things only God would know. There is only one needful thing and that is the Spirit. If you don't do anything with this life you won't get a reward. Loneliness leads to greatness if you're alone with God. From Holy Spirit- He (the devil) knows you're happy with your wife and wants to change that. One of the greatest stories of courage the world has ever know other than Christ's atonement for our sins of course is the story of the boy David defeating the Giant Goliath. Teddy Roosevelt said: "It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly; who errs, and comes short again and again, who does actually strive to do the deeds who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself, in a worthy cause; who, at the worst, if he fails at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat." Chapter 9 The Secret To Happiness 6/16/99- In this book you will find the secret to happiness and answers to all of life's problems. That's quite a hefty claim to make. I know what you're thinking, "if only it were true" Well it is.- I didn't really learn about the Holy Spirit until I was age 23. It wasn't until I was 23 years old that I found God and figured out how to take the Spirit as a guide and learn from it And it was at almost the lowest point of my life. I mean its all nice and everything to talk about being kind, honest, paying your tithing, and keeping the sabbath day holy, but if you don't know how to take the Holy Spirit as a guide, sooner or later you're going to falter and none of that other stuff matters at all. None of that stuff is worth a dime if you don't know how to be happy through the Holy Spirit. How do you feel happy? By having the Holy Spirit. Happiness= the Holy Spirit- its that simple. Sometimes the Spirit can be felt by giving and showing love to others- that's one way to get it. Talks about faith and prayer are great. I mean that's wonderful and everything, but its all nothing until you learn the secret of life- the Holy Spirit- or until you actually find God and know his thoughts about you. I've already explained in Chapter 2- "How to be a Genius" how to get the Holy Spirit as it has been revealed to me. We're always going to be unsure and not really progressing very much if we don't first learn about the how and why of the Holy Spirit. maybe what I'm saying rings a familiar bell or there's probably someone thinking- "What's he talking about, how does he know all this?". I think it's a common misperception we have that all we need to do is just do all the good things we can and yet we forget to seek and use the Lord's help. To me all my life up until I found God it seems like I've been trying to bake bread without yeast- so to speak- or trying to start a fire without a match. Or like taking a calculus class without learning pre-algebra first. I mean you can't just walk into a calculus class and expect to get straight A's without having learned basic math. That's how my life has been for a long time- I just never figured out the basis for progression or the most important thing in life you base everything else on- or how to find the truth of all things. I just had too many questions and not enough answers. It just never crossed my mind that what I needed to learn was how to get the Holy Spirit in order to progress. Now that I look back on it, I wasted a lot of time struggling and just being lost, not to say that I'm not still just a little lost, but at least I have a guide or helper now. I mean, I can't do it alone. Alone I'm nothing- I 'm the weakest, but with God I can do anything I believe I can do. With God's help I can do anything. So I would just like to encourage everyone to make that a top priority in your life if it isn't already- to find out more about the Holy Spirit, how to get it, and how to use it- to better your life and others' lives. I am not trying to minimize the importance of kindenes, hope and all that other stuff- that's great- those things are great things obviously, but they're not the most important thing. There is only one needful thing and that is the Spirit. What if I told you there was a mathematical equation for acquiring the Holy Spirit (given in chapter 2)? Some would probably say, "Yeah right, you can't use something as scientific and definite as a mathematical equation to define something abstract like receiving the Holy Spirit from God. Guess what? The scriptures are chalk full of specific formulas and acquiring the Holy Spirit is no different- if you do action A, you get result or reaction B. I've tried it and proved it many times and it always works if I do it right- so I know it would work for anyone with practice. Of course there are some conditions that apply- you have to repent of your sins or at least try. You can't be distracted by other sources while you are trying to seek the Lord. You need to repent. You need to have the desire to have the Holy Spirit- you need to want it more than life itself even. 6/16/99 I won't be the loser critic, I'll be the perennial loser who will win or overcome eventually. The more resistance I get from evil, the harder I try- until they learn I'm the underdog who will rise too greatness with God's help. My life is starting to be almost movie-like with classic evil versus classic good. I am a nobler me when I have the Holy Spirit to a certain degree or level. With the Holy Spirit I can't be rattled or shaken. I'm wiser now and God is on my side. My tormentors become helpless with rage and jealousy of me. I blow them away with God's wisdom from the Holy Spirit. For the first time I finally like myself, even love myself. Turn evil attacks around subconsciously with Spirit to abase the proud. They don't know I'm a winner- I need to show them. "The wisdom of the wise is foolishness to fools" If all the conditions are right then apply the formula and I can almost guarantee you will find God and know his thoughts about you. You will find the Holy Spirit, happiness, and the peace you want- the stable guide you will need in this hectic world. If you do enough of these 3 things you cannot be denied- fasting, scriptures, prayer- you can not be denied. That's the biggest secret there is in life. I hope someone can benefit from this. This is the cure for loneliness, depression, sin, lack of motivation. Don't pass up an opportunity to share a little bit of what I've learned with people. I'm focusing on praise of man and food instead of the things of God 6/16/99 God is the only one who's always there. We just have to pay the price to have him there. I would like to bless all the lonely people in the world like me. Sinning by placing praise of men higher than the love of God. I must have forsaken God somehow or displeased him with worldly thoughts and not thanking Him enough for wisdom- not prizing it enough. You are never a loner if you walk with God. I forgot to pray always. I will never not be where I said I would be, I know how it feels to be let down. 6/17/99 Walks in the pristine beauty of nature help to clear the mind. Reading the D&C with the Holy Spirit of wisdom= more wisdom given from God. The Spirit of Wisdom is resting on me now- I feel I am in the Spirit zone. The secret of life= the Holy Spirit/ His wisdom for my life. Trust His advice to me. I feel like Dr Jeckl when I have the Holy Spirit and Mr Hide when I am in my natural state. The Holy Spirit makes that much of a difference. It would be exciting to know if I've helped someone out with the knowledge of the Holy Spirit. When I have the Holy Spirit I am a genius. Figured out what was making me sick. When I use to read the scriptures all I would see is condemnation, but with the Holy Spirit it's like none of the condemnation applies and I am safe from evil. Now I am able to know the answers to the deep questions of life. Purge myself of evil thoughts. Actually healed myself of stomach problems today. The same spirit that inhabits you when you die you will be raised with. So for all intents and purposes you only get one life to live so make the best of it. I've heard that the mentally retarded will be blessed over others, maybe lucky parents of mental kids cry in the next life to see their children as great noble spirits (trying to make a "connection"- thinking of answers to questions while in the Holy Spirit). Maybe they didn't need to go through some of the things others did- with those extra weaknesses you are justified more before God. If you have such weaknesses it won't make you feel as guilty. People aren't getting tested to their max it seems like to me. Weaknesses are challenges given to help you become an overachiever like the Apostle Paul- which entitles you to more heavenly/celestial glory (good connection). The love many mentally retarded people show despite their weaknesses entitles them to be overachievers. I can usually figure out the answer to any question if I think about it long enough with the Holy Spirit. Overachievers go to the highest level of heaven. When wisdom becomes your life and your joy you will become wise. Showing and feeling love is a continual process. Note to self: you better not forget to thank God and glorify him with obedience to commandments for inspiration and revelation I've received. A prayer, "Oh God help me to overcome my sin which prevents me from feeling thy love." I have a desire for God's love, help, and wisdom. An overachiever who despite the odds overcomes is more worthy than the have it all slider in life. How you feel about yourself is a large part of what He judges you on- the glory you feel comfortable with you receive. Thank God on your knees for giving you the weaknesses you enjoy- physical and mental weaknesses that he has made perfect in you when you keep his commandments. I want to be like the great wise men of old. I promise you that any question you think about long enough with the Holy Spirit will be answered. Chapter 10 How to be a Prophet With God you have the potential to do it. If you do something just right then you receive the blessing. If you want to progress more mentally learn what to do to do it. Everything in life is a formula- you do the formula you get the result. Everyone has the potential to be an Elijah or Moses if they do what they did to do it. If you know how to build your faith to that point you could do it. Of course you'd have to obey every commandment and inspiration from the Holy Spirit but you could do it. That's one of the greatest secrets of this world is that you can do anything you believe you can do. Do what they did (the prophets did) fast and pray, do good. Believe I can have the power of God watching over me. again and preserving me, angels teaching and the Holy Ghost teaching me (wisdom flowing down again like milk and honey, genius, quickened rapid mind, and joy). This could lead to Spirit of prophecy, perceiving thoughts, healing miracles, genius miracles- ask in the Spirit. Remember all wisdom received through Spirit and obey all again. Remember the scripture, "because I went to the mount oft and prayed." Use all clues from the scriptures, exercise fait h and will receive. Think of joy of the long term benefits from wisdom then short term (purification etc.). The more I think Gods things (inspiration and scripture) the more he gives me my things (preservation, material needs). When I quell my physical hunger pains with the scriptures that's when they come alive and wisdom for my thought trains (thinking about my goals) is given. I can give you wisdom but the only way to receive it is by finding out for yourself if it is true (through the Holy Spirit). Everything I know to be true I've proved or it has been proven to me through the Holy Spirit. I'm going to begin to open your eyes- your spiritual eyes if you'll let me. As boring and unfulfilling as my life has been I've seen countless miracles. If I could even remember half of them right now I'd probably be in a state of continual amazement. I have to get recentered- Jesus Christ is the great foundation. Made a contract with God that I would praise him at least once a day publicly to others or to myself, and put Him first- His purposes. I can't wait to get wisdom. I love wisdom, it makes me feel so good. 8/1/99- Learned lesson-the worst thing in the world is when God withdraws help of the Holy Spirit. Why does my body prefer homeostasis (not moving/changing)? Control it- think of how I've been motivated before. 8/4/99- All scriptures I'm not living that condemn me I need to repent of like denying myself of all ungodliness etc.. Stayed totally focused during the day and was rewarded with hope from listening to hymns- realized how He has helped me against sin. He is ultimately the only one who can save me from it- "thy will not mine be done". His laws/purposes first (church/service). Thought "please God (when pain) help me. Focused on His fantasies for my life-service, follow Christ's example- copy his life- that's the blueprint for my life, dummy. Not lusts of the flesh or my own glory fantasies. I was empty and depressed without God's love. Thought, "God what can I do to be happy?" and got service to others, etc.. Stay focused on Jesus Christ's example. 8/5/99 The Spirit of Solomon is back. No fears- there's no reason to be fearful or ashamed for my circumstances (or for me). Inspiration came after 55 hours of fasting after a big food battle- prayed give me wisdom Lord and a new attitude. It would be fun just seeing if I could succeed with a job I like. I don't swear. I can feel the Holy Spirit leave when I swear. Love every minute of being obedient to the Lord. 9/10/99 Help others around me- be innocent/ friendly not reclusive. 11/27/98- Spiritual inspiration- purge myself of world's thoughts and lusts and replace with scriptures- "do not beguile" etc., and study how prophets became prophets. That's why the prophets in the scriptures studied other prophets to become like them and to do what they did. Do this. Evil one influences body, God influences Spirit. Found a routine for receiving of Spirit- just read underlined parts until find questions like how or what kind of miracles did the prophet do etc. I need to pray to advance to reading minds and prophecy. What is their problem what could I say that I might be an instrument in His hands. Pray for, fast for prophecy, etc.. Covet to prophecy. Prophets of old had the authority to speak with power from the Holy Spirit. Greatness lies in loneliness. If only you overcome and are pure in thought. A prayer- "I'm sorry for forgetting thee and loving the lusts of the world and the lusts of the flesh." Dedicate my outing to the Lord and his purpose- bringing souls to Christ- through wisdom and power of words. Go and convince them with words of Spirit, wisdom, and power. I seek only desires of God and Him that sent me. I wish for others to have wisdom and to affect others for good and show love. Pray for their heart to be softened to his purposes. This life and trials are so short compared to the glory we would get for our suffering that we said, "oh why not we'lll give it a try" and we trusted our Father in Heaven that he would bring us the truth or way and to give us a chance to take His Spirit as a guide "His guiding Spirit" to lead us back to Him. All the ones "the spirits" who agreed to an easy earth life contract were the ones who didn't think that they could make it or didn't want to put forth the effort to win the greater prize. A rougher life gives the person more wisdom and a greater advantage in life to come, knowing more sorrow/ empathy (God- like qualities). Adversity in your life is a jump start in your progression to becoming Godlike- because process is accelerated in good versus evil environment. Extreme adversity can lead to movie quality life- like David's rise to power and greatness thanks to Saul his adversary. How can you learn empathy or help others to become God like unless you learn these qualities. "good connection" How can you guide others without having suffered as they have suffered or been tempted as they have been. It is a great thing to show love or lay down your life for others or have charity. Other things in life mean nothing to me when I'm in the Spirit. The Holy Spirit as a guide in your life= joy (glory, blessings, and happiness) " You have much potential in this life to progress and have glory in the life after, but you won't be able to do that if you don't take the Spirit as a guide and find truth and progress with that truth through baptism to be with God. He is going to save most of us because we trusted him and he loves us. You won't have many blessings or happiness if you don't try. You will yourself to heaven. Don't waste time that you could use to progress spiritually. You'll have the same attitude in the afterlife as in this life. You can be happier in this life when you take the Spirit as a guide. It will guide you to the truth and to God. You have to have the Spirit to know if anything is true. The Lord's way is in the light, that we confess our sins to one another. God wants me to help other lost sheep, not just be of this world, and get caught up in the things of this world. He wants me to use the wisdom he's given me to help others on the way and to do so prayerfully and humbly. It's taken me a long time, but I finally figured out the secret to wisdom and life and how to get wisdom. I have changed a lot. My sin and lack of desire are what keep me from being prophetic. I need to put myself on the line out of my comfort zone- and feeding His sheep. Confessed and took action to forsake my sins. Wrote down how to change and how to change for repentance A common thread between all the great prophets and spiritual leaders of all time is that they took the Spirit as a guide in their lives. None of them would have become truly great without it. You will learn much in this book if you are not only a hearer but a doer. Will I waste this great knowledge? Or will I use it to influence lives and land souls in the kingdom of heaven in joy with me. Don't be selfish with this knowledge. This isn't a scam, it's the truth. Use the Spirit Formula and see if the Holy Spirit bears witness to it. I am a genius with God. I'm inspired by a genius (God). If I change only one life it would be worth it- to change that one, although I think there will happen to be many more who benefit from this book. As the scripture says, " How great will be your joy..." (with even one soul who repenteth). All great people have been put in to movie quality situations with classic good versus classic evil and rose to greatness. God tells me today, "Your heart is not right before me yet". There are still some things I need to work on and learn. The secret is what God wants me to share with everyone. I shouldn't have any doubts at all about sharing this with others. In fact I should shout it from the rooftops- "I have the secret of life- of God and how to change your life!" I have the secret of God on my tabernacle just like Job of the Bible. The secret of life is the Spirit. I have to stop obeying lusts of the flesh. I felt a Spirit witness that the "give up your cloak" scripture is true as well as the "turn the other cheek" scripture. Exact obedience to God's laws= greatness. What I crave more than anything is the love of God. All that's left in my natural state is a selfish, hopeless, uncertain person I will change my life around and give up any lusts of the flesh. I will and expect to go to church again, and have the Spirit, confidence, self respect, better countenance, everything. Don't give into the evil one; no matter what please be strong. Don't be a prisoner of the devil- be a prisoner of Christ. Dwell on Christ's life and greatness. Love the disadvantaged. 6/21/99 Lessons learned- I am reminded of the scripture- "don't let your heart walk after your eyes" and, "thou art waxen fat and forsook God". 6/24/99 Need a partnership with God or I lose (won't get goals). Prayerfully plead, then prayer in heart to soften their hearts Experienced loss of preservation from bad thoughts. Maybe I just need to keep trying for goal. Desire overrides fear. Wantonness brings sorrow. Remember the good things in people and focus on them. Love them for their charisma- don't focus on their selfishness. Find a formula to get rich- could by cars or houses and sell them. I need to do something with this life. I don't want to be lonely forever. Rejection of me motivates me to fast, control thoughts, and seek wisdom. Main focus- battle tactics against evil. Remember scriptures like- "don't beguile". There can be no division in my heart. I must search/ seek for the Lord with all my heart. There can be no love for lusts of the flesh or world. "Take no thought for the morrow", the battle is today. He who conquers his own body can conquer the world. Today or tomorrow is my salvation- concentrate on that, not the future. Confess his hand in my life (remember the blessings and provision). Think God first then marriage Think tithing before marriage and other personal goals. Show love for anger. If I'm worthy He'll order up a companion for me or whatever I need. Visualize success- visualize yourself achieving and enjoying goals and rewards. Fantasize about winning not losing. Visualizing lusts of the flesh or world is losing, because it is sin. Winning is visualizing overcoming the flesh and the world. 6/27/99 Do enough acts of kindness and get enough wisdom to fill a book. Our God is a loving God. I feel such an anointing and outpouring of the Spirit when I read John 21:15-17- the "feed my sheep" scripture. Learn from the way John The Beloved showed love- He kept the commandments, helped poor, had a heart, and showed affection to Jesus. We have a loving God who loves us and who forgives us despite the awful sins and spilling of his blood that we cause him. Because I didn't bridle my passions I lost the love and vision of The Holy Spirit for a time. I have heard that one must eliminate wickedness from his life to be happy, and its true. Spend more time thinking about how to be more successful and not reasons why you aren't . 6/27/99 Make Christ the center of all your decisions. Visualize exhilarating joy in the highest level of heaven- see myself saying "I did it!". Never let an opportunity to say something kind to someone pass. Live so nobody believes bad things said about you. Look for the good in others. Make other person feel important. Remake yourself into Jesus. Make up your mind to be happy no matter what and have more effect on the environment around you than it does on you. You are what you think. Crossing life's bridges first in your imagination puts you ahead. Give a little more to job. Seek out successful people. 3/11/98 If you work hard enough at it you can get a good job, just keep asking. A closed mind is one that has stopped growing. Try new ways or different ideas in achieving your goals- anything is possible. Find a good work style and improve on it until it is perfected. 3/29/98 Do and think everything to praise him. Speak to God constantly. Put your trust in God. Be clean/ pure. Thank God for letting me have the job I have. "Deny yourself of all ungodliness". 5/3/98 I have to work hard for a good job/ companion no one owes me it 5/26/98 Inspiration-you can get better and be an expert at any job, improve your resume, or your clothes, etc. Buy a house then rent it out. Find something I enjoy doing and watch hours stack up. Don't look ahead- one day at a time. Have a positive attitude. Think or say- "I'm feeling great, couldn't be better". Set specific goals like $1,000 a month, $300 a week. 8/6/98 Do something every day so you don't get depressed and to make your situation better. Ask God what I need to accomplish goals. Redouble efforts for a good job. I have a plan and a change of heart- excitement coming back for big changes- moving to a different city for a different job, etc. Getting a job or anything else in this life is a numbers game. Playing boardgames lead to irritation and mischief- can't let up my guard by wasting to much time. Pray for people to be softened and their hearts turned to me. Don't suffer lustful thoughts to enter heart. Fear God more than man. Learned a good lesson from a kind spirit; this life is a test, put God first/ his commandments. Naturally caring/ loving spirits increase scripture comprehension. It's not your attitude, its your spirit that needs adjusting. We know evil to appreciate the good. I feel love and happiness because of "blessed state of those that keep the commandments" Align myself with God's purposes, ask in Spirit for righteous desires- helping out or building a homeless shelter/ soup kitchen, hang scripture quotes on walls, give out scriptures to people. Commit works to God. Do Christ-like acts of love. Showing love to others means to bear your testimony and witness to help people repent and be happy. Felt God's love as a result of my gratitude to Him and figuring out answers to life's questions with the Holy Spirit. Reading about the fascinating life of Christ, and how books about his works would fill up the world; I need to do lots of good works as well. I have analyzed the progression of Jesus after his 40 days of fasting and prayer in the wilderness- After that His progression took off. That account a long with other scriptures was what influenced me to develop and perfect the "Spirit Formula" (chapter 2). Seek things of His kingdom then temporal things. Obsess myself with scriptures (the word of God). 11/17/98 Quickened by Holy Spirit as read scriptures quickly with enthusiasm. I have a fever for the scriptures. My mind is clear from pondering the scriptures. I am writing scripture too- it just doesn't have the anointing that the Holy Scriptures do. Reason with the Lord, say "please God help me to know what I can do to progress, learn truth, progress spiritually, and help others. Find humor in aggitations. Plead for Holy Spirit almost to tears. I have a better memory with the Holy Spirit. God accelerates my learning. 4/11//99 I have to have faith it will happen before it happens (achieving my goals). Chapter 11 A Divine Connection Every once in a while when the conditions are right and I've applied the Spirit Formula I will get what I call a "Divine Connection" or just a "connection" which is a thought process given by the Spirit that enlightens or brings to light an otherwise unknown truth or inspiration. It's something (inspiration or Divine thought) I would have never thought of on my own, but with the Spirit's help it is given (the Holy Spirit enlightens my brain cells/connections). I actually had a divine connection on the how of why I receive divine connections. From victory over evil tapped into God's thoughts/ my thoughts and opened a wellspring of inspiration. If we make ourselves suffer (by fasting, prayer, thought control, prayer without ceasing) God doesn't have to do it (make us suffer- reproach, sickness, etc) We can only grow the most when we suffer? (a connection) God feels sorry for us so he gives us what we want through our increased effort? (another connection) We have to earn it, ask for it specifically for his glory- so it can be said he did it. What a connection! He does all things for his glory, man is to glorify God- everything he does for us makes him greater glorywise. Complete connection! Back to why I was not receiving inspiration progressing for a number of days; I need to concentrate on God's techniques not man's techniques (no anger etc.)- also lustful desires holding me back from receiving inspiration versus prayer without ceasing. My blinders are slowly coming off and I'm progressing more socially as well as spiritually- "That thy profit may appear unto all". I'm trusting in the Lord. Without new challenges/sorrow and suffering we don't progress we become stale. 4/21/99 Almost a full "connection"- Holy Spirit gives me mind expansion. Holy Spirit is enlightening my mind 100%. Inspiration- Holy Spirit releases endorphins to brain or makes more temporary connections in brain. More good works and praying could dramatically increase my progression. On fire with Holy Spirit because I prayed to have lustful thoughts taken away. Not lusting is pleasing to the Lord. I could turn hundreds to righteousness; I still can. When I had the Holy Spirit I got comments like, "He's everybody's best friend". Let Jesus take my pain. Don't impress man, impress God. My mind is quickened and my intelligence is raised. TV is a big reason the world is ripening in sin into one big music t.v. melting pot. Brainstorm- a wellspring of wisdom is flowing. Scattered questions are answered by the Holy Spirit. The important thing is to live joyfully with the wife "whom thou lovest". I don't have to make lots of money. Everybody's talking about me and that I'm either smart or crazy- "that thy profit may appear until all". That which I had prayed for constantly with tears God gave me, maybe so I would stop bugging him. I need to spend more time with God and praying. Figured out what to do by asking the Holy Spirit in my mind. Believe me when I said just ask Him and he will tell you. The Holy Spirit can communicate with you. I'll ask myself a question, and the Spirit will put an idea in mind I could have never thought of- like how to make someone my friend or get a good job. The Holy Spirit puts the how into my mind when I have it (the Holy Spirit). Get sin taken away by Jesus Christ (through the Spirit Formula) and your mind expands 100 percent. Once you learn to tap into the Holy Spirit your progression takes off 7/14/99- Mission impossible- get 3 rejections a day pursuing goal. Play detective to find everything out by The Holy Spirit and veil may be dropped. Figure out something outloud by the Spirit. 7/20/99- Form intelligent questions and ask outloud to Holy Spirit while in the Spirit. Chase away bad spirits to get inspiration from God. Ask someone about doing volunteer work. Help out needy. Victory over bad spirits led to inspiration./wisdom. Live for the victories and consequent rewards of the Spirit. Goals are to have Christ's love and to achieve His purposes in life. Be happy doing good to others. Victory over tempters- earn it, deserve it. The key to discipline is learning to love it -like with the battle of fleshly lusts- for victory, greatness, and the pure love of Christ. Live off God's love, it keeps you going. I have progressed more rapidly in life than I would have because of little bit of wisdom and knowing how to tap into the power of the Holy Spirit. 9/1/99 Remember- need to visualize myself actually having achieved goals. Visualize myself already friends with someone. It's back! I'm filled with wisdom, joy, and purpose. Day spent quickly getting wisdom. I'm full of energy/ spirit with no thought for food, only wisdom. I'm sending out positive energy. My life is like a roller coaster ride- I always have my ups and downs. I will succeed through the Spirit and creativity and give God the credit. I get into what I call the spirit zone with fasting, scripture reading, and prayer. I try not to be idle. Getting wisdom, being alone with God, or reading scriptures is not being idle. I have a clear genius perspective now because I literally think I have my life figured out and how to be happy Spirit telling me fervently to go to church. Crammed a lot in a short time (appointments, dates). If someone judges you say, "So what who cares what they think". Keep trying until you do know what works out with jobs. God remembers me for a wife, just date and he'll bring the right one. Ask for guidance with who to ask. Gaining favor (God's)= gaining energy=goals achieved. Remember testifying about not swearing. Genius inspiration came from the Holy Spirit. He gave me His love because I loved His ways (working, showing love to others). Bingo- purpose- converting souls with wisdom with no fear of man. 6/27/99 Read them (the scriptures) to remember them. Have all words of life in heart and mind. Picture success. I have to win the battle of the lusts of the flesh. Learn to win battle or lose war. Remember scripture to recite scripture in mind later. Give God the glory. There is only one needful thing and that is to have the Spirit. With the Holy Spirit you can do anything. The secret to taking the Spirit as a guide is the same as the secret to cure depression. I promise to help poor and change lives- search out afflicted souls to show them love- with maybe a food gift basket or something. Fight plot of evil (trying to prevent me from receiving wisdom of scriptures). A house of God= power. Grace for grace- show love for poor and receive more wisdom. Because of fasting free from devil's grasp for right now. Prayed for righteous desires and works. Can find a spouse in life-after if one is not found here. 7/1/99 It's all in the fasting duration (that's what matters the most with fasting). "Do I want food or a remission of sins,"I asked myself. Desire- need to fast until I 've paid the price to know his thoughts and feel the Holy Spirit to tears. Win the sympathy of God and angels. It's the duration of fast that counts to break evil bands. The less water the better, maybe. It's not about the frequency of fasting. 7/2/99 I'm applying the guidance of the Holy Spirit to my life. The Holy Spirit teaches me to speak well and with confidence. Holy inspiration batman! Always remember, never forget how it feels to have child-like innocence and virtuous faith of a child- this is pleasing to God and Christ. Listen to hymns. Practice being cheerful. Continually have a prayer in my heart always Practice virtue continually. I am happy/ innocent/ virtuous- what else (more) do I need than spiritual hymns plus scriptures and the Holy Spirit Comforter. "Oh thank thee oh Lord for these things". How can I stray? I am completely happy. I want to show/ give love to others- to the poor and afflicted- anything to make them feel gratitude. Purge yourself of all evil fleshly lust thoughts for a time and He will reveal his Spirit. It's about changing your heart and desires to Spirit's desires. This was all a necessary part of my growth and development. My challenges to make me grow stronger were these weaknesses. It's all part of the normal process to mold me into a Godly man and give me righteous desires so I would choose the good not evil. Don't think it's strange- it was planned this way. It's my challenge to overcome with God's help. With God's help I will accomplish my goals and desires. I can't do it on my own though, even if I should lose the Spirit I must continue to pursue my goals. Remember, I am okay just being me. My body is my humble servant, not a pampered child. I love it when I am free of lusts of the flesh. It's definitely worth it. I know how to get help from God and share wisdom. 8/6/99 Use affirmations despite what others are thinking. "Who cares what they think. I have a lot of good qualities. 8/6/99 I have my whole life planned out. I will give most of my money away to poor and needy. Wisdom is more important than riches. My progression is times twenty with the Spirit Formula. It's back. I thought it would never come back, but it's here- the genius Holy Spirit and thought control with rapid and deep mental perception. Why is it that always before I get big time inspiration and wisdom I have a big battle of mind over body? That is what this life is about, the battle between the mind or the spirit and the body. When you learn that, truly learn that, you will learn wisdom. I 'm free from bands of sin, death, and dumbness. Because I stuck out the hours of battle I earned hours of intellectual and spiritual freedom. My progression is times twenty, well worth the mostly three days of fasting, although it was hard. My intelligence is times ten or fifteen. Fear God and don't sin at all in world despite lusts of the flesh. Think about what God's thinking about me- every word and action. Because I know the secret that not too many people know- that everything in life is a learned skill or can be with the Holy Spirit's help. With the Spirit I can do anything, teach most anything- glory be to God. When you have the Holy Spirit you can be a genius basically. Everything is set up to prevent what happened to me from happening to others- finding God and tapping into the Holy Spirit. Reading is looked down upon as is camping out a lot- the park rangers will come after you if you do that. The devil has tried to set things up to where people are discouraged from seeking God out in nature or spending time reading and understanding the scriptures- reading is looked down upon by the popular culture. Also tv, video games, and the radio add to the distraction that keep us from the guidance of the Holy Spirit and God. The devil wants to keep us from God and what we should be doing in this life. What happened to me wasn't suppose to happen. I think I am becoming a nuisance to the evil one. Those who share wisdom are a threat. I'm able to switch mental directions super fast within the blink of an eye with the help of the Holy Spirit. I Connected to God's love after love felt from a scripture in Psalms which led to picturing the crucifixion in vivid detail. Then I asked for the Spirit of Christ and felt a swelling in my chest area. Then came thoughts of the Spirit- of serving others and achieving my goals- felt connection strongly. Try to steal sleep from my eyes. My mind is also stimulated by different surroundings. You have to be persistent to be successful. Forget main inhibitor and think success-going to every place I need to achieve goal. Unclog brain. Goal for job- 30 places. Forget mundane or everyday chores and dwell on goals- visualize making friends, etc. Made a covenant with God that if I got my main goal I would be more diligent in doing His will. 7/1499-Don't get bogged down by loneliness or I'll always be single-its a trap. Just remember- I will accomplish my goals. When I get feeling the Holy Spirit strong I learn alot. Write a book and share wisdom. Why would I waste what God has done for me by sinning and not overcoming sin. Try everything to accomplish goals then turn it over to the Lord. Suffer rejection. 7-15/99- Visualized spiritual greatness and got inspiration to get job interview. This book could very well be the greatest book of all time next to the Holy Scriptures. It saddens me to see wise men, as to the wisdom of this world, who don't use or testify of the scriptures in their teachings or books or ignore their importance. The power and spirit from The Word is incredible. Focus on main goal. Celebrate little goals. Reward myself for little goals achieved with a shake and fries at a fast food restraunt or something. Be specific with goals like-computer analyst with a salary of 40 k. Reward myself with a burger if I finish a resume. No more wasting of time- don't spend time on fillers (distractions or chores), only as fillers (for when I can't make progress toward a goal) Just go every where I need to achieve goals. Fill time up with that and apply the one in the hand= a hundred in the face theory or sustenance theory- sustenance of a positive attitude through an expected negative result= goals achieved/ need met. 7/12/99- Try to recenter myself from worldly thoughts. Visualize everything needed to achieve goal. He understands and will be merciful to you while you're achieving goal. God gave me courage to go back into the main arena and try again. The goal justifies the journey for me. Looking at running water sometimes helps me a little to clear out negativity, cloudiness, dullness, and greyness of mind. Prayed- "Please give me wisdom" and something clicked after reading Proverbs to get my brain moving faster. Alternate focus between two main goals and having the Holy Spirit. It will be fun to try to be a success/to be a hard worker and get better each day through the help of the Holy Spirit and battling to be pure. Remember to keep God's laws first (prayer in heart, etc.). I feel like I know everything I need to be a success in life, but I'm just not Some kind of mental block is holding me back- maybe fear. I want a spouse who doesn't criticize, but looks for the good in my actions. All I ask is to be believed in. To love someone means to believe in them. Everyday an adventure- no fears- if I'm innocent before God. Find positions and who's in charge of hiring personnel. Go to another city for a fresh start. I'm finally let loose to fail. Succeed by failing and love it. Don't disconnect from intellectual thinking part of brain by sinning. Make asking for a job fun- make it a game- make getting my goals fun/ adventurous- a new town/people- think, "What if they say yes?"- or at least I'll learn more for next time. Get up earlier to make myself feel like I deserve it-not lazy, but sacrificing for God's help. When you want wisdom more than necessary food, you get it- it's only a matter of time before you do. Things will work out now with God's help. When I'm boxed in I feel imprisoned not adventurous- isolated not happy. Who cares about lost sleep when there's lost sheep? Sleeplessness will only give me more reason to deserve success. Think of all scriptures I may not be living while fasting- cheerful heart and countenance, etc.. Rejoicing- "Thank you Lord for the opportunity to get focus, direction, and wisdom again. It's making that connection stronger- the love of God to you- that's the secret to wisdom- with fasting, scriptures, etc.. There should be no shame for meager living conditions. Pay my devotions on Sunday at church. He loves me for my righteous desires- dreams of going to church, my goals, and obeying commandments, etc.. That's all I need to do is pay devotions at church- show up and be grateful to Him and participate do this and I will be a success. "Thank you God and Jesus for your inspiration and guidance- only come closer to me". I feel them watching and loving me which brought back memories of bringing lunch to a homeless guy- which brought me to tears. Few experiences have had as great an impact for me. Those around were thinking I was foolish, but I gave it to Christ not that guy and will receive it back someday. Helping others or being friendly is helping Christ- see him /feel His love for you as you are friendly to someone or even rejected by them because God rewards you for your effort. Looking at the good qualities- I love noisy kids for their charisma or fun personalities not for all the noise they make- changing my attitude from annoyed with noise to loving- or opportunity to be friendly to Christ. Being friendly to the disadvantaged is being friendly to Christ. We're not so different from the people considered the dregs of society or the mentally ill/challenged- we're only maybe a couple of loose brain connections away from being down and out ourselves. It's finally back, my humility. I see myself humbly kneeling before Christ's feet and Him touching my shoulder and saying "Arise"- and Him remembering my works- helping the homeless and the poor, taking care of poor all my life everyday, money given, or friendly loving word, tithing, church, devotions paid and gratitude every Sunday, greatness with wisdom- this is my dream in the Spirit. How you treat the disadvantage is how Christ will treat you. When you embrace them, Christ will embrace you. Volunteer to help others for free- go to a soup kitchen and help and feel love of Christ. Give love/friendship to others, etc.. Feel love of God and give love to others. Have the Spirit- that is the main goal- loving everyone basically. Imagine Him saying, "Well done my friend, well done," then I see God and the Son and embrace. I would say, "I let you down many times but you were always there for me. I love you because you first loved me,"- the awesome love of God would then overflow. Must overcome the lusts of the flesh to make this dream possible. I know how to have His Spirit with me- through fasting, scripture, and prayer- which is wisdom. Whatever I do with this Spirit I can become the best at it.-I know the Book of Mormon and Doctrine and Covenants are true through the Holy Spirit. Abide the law or no celestial glory. I need to volunteer and give wisdom to others. It might not have been expedient thinking about the things of the world; it deadens my connection. Concentrate on only things of God. Learn my duty, not slothful. Just do God's plans and forget the things of the world totally- they'll only hinder me. If I am to rise to any sort of greatness I cannot be hindered by pursuing the lusts of the flesh or of the world. Think of job interviews, resume, objective, cover letter. Don't ever try to lie to get ahead- "a poor man is better than a liar". I am not claiming to have all the answers but in my opinion a lot of the depression myself and others experience is caused by sin and seeking man's wisdom and approval rather than God's- "Despair cometh because of iniquity". It is lawful to do good on the sabbath- like inviting someone to dinner on the sabbath. Those who put in the effort to go to church and do good get the reward. 7/14/99 I have to deserve it- God helping me. Don't let mind wander off, focus on goals and desires. Don't let lustful things enter my heart. Pay the price to deserve hope/sympathy from God. Remember, its worth it. At least I don't have a job I hate now. Short term discomfort=long term gain. High places with a view give me a better perspective on life as I look down on everything. 7/14/99 If only I could remember fifty percent of what God has given to me in my life, the miracles that have taken place so far in my life; I would be in a state of continual shock and amazement. My life as tedious and boring and unfullfilling as it has been, is a miracle. I have proven every single commandment in the scriptures beyond doubt as well. I need to balance goals and success visualization with what God wants, for me to be humble to his will (have all the words of life in me, pay tithing, etc.). Read the scriptures with desire. Don't let mind wander from righteous desires. Have a cheerful countenance, You must know and do all scripture to receive more inspiration/revelation from God. I cried tears of joy to receive from Spirit again. Focus with a prayer in the heart. Confess and try to forsake my sins. Focus on purging my thoughts- have desires of God. Prayed, "help me to focus on what Thou would have me to do". Thought of loving my enemies, and giving back some money owed to someone. Need to distract myself from evil thoughts. What you think is what you become. Spirit will help me with finding a companion and improving my intelligence. Pray for strength and reassurance. I must believe I am an expert at my job and goals to become one. Read books on the subject. You must discipline your thoughts. Pray to focus and not on covetousness. Think w.w.j.d. and do it. I'm feeling alive with the Holy Spirit. Chasten myself for my sins. Reason telepathically- seek and figure out what I should be doing to bring forth fruit- like doing dishes for someone, paying tithing etc.. Take out tares in soul. Crying out loud in heart, having a prayer in heart is a key to purity, and having righteous desires like having a homeless shelter. Some weapons are hymns and pictures of Christ. Think like the Holy Spirit. Force myself to pay the price of purity to get inspiration. Transform any obsession to fasting, praying, and reading scriptures. I need to ask God how to overcome. l figure something out about life by asking God questions while reading the scriptures. Today I healed sickness in my body through Jesus's Spirit. The reward far out weighs the pain keeping myself pure. Impressed to fight morning blahs with outside prayer and to get up by 8 am. Felt Spirit of greatness, desire, and forgiveness; align myself with his purposes- bring souls to Christ- to be an instrument in his hands. Purification = Happiness. Pray for comforter when I feel down/lonely until tears of great joy and thanks. Think of possible sins every night and correct them. Testify to someone when I feel depressed about fasting, scriptures, and prayer. Making sacrifices to go to church or do good often brings the Holy Spirit. Also, keep out negative thoughts. I memorized/read underlined parts or hard sayings in scriptures until I came up with questions about the life of Christ or about the miracles the prophets did and how they did them and felt Holy Spirit. Have noble thoughts and desires. Losing my life and desires is the key. Also, I need to tune into Lord's thoughts, learn to joy in what he joys in, sharing wisdom and bringing souls to Christ. Wisdom flows like milk and honey when I have the Holy spirit strong- when God's favor is number 1. Feed spirit with thoughts of doing volunteer work/service to others, etc. 8/6/99 Get better- don't stay the same. When you have the Holy Spirit strong you can have increased intelligence, a change of heart, power of Spirit, your weaknesses made strong; you can tap into God's power, intelligence, and genius. I am changed physically and spiritually from being in the Spirit. Don't deaden the connection to the Spirit with lusts of the flesh. Stay connected to love of God or I feel hopeless. Holy Spirit gives me more energy. I'd do anything for God's love and help. Think serving God or others- not getting but giving- serving with love- his purpose not mine. No hate or revenge at all. Power up with the Spirit. The enemy is hate. Ignore the hum-drum things in life and focus on the opportunities and blessings. 8/8/98 The difference is I didn't have or was not aware I was a spiritual being two years ago before I found God. I can be a genius with the Holy Spirit. When there are no distractions there is a continuous flow of wisdom and ideas from God coming to me. I have many weaknesses. You need the Holy Spirit to talk about the Holy Spirit. If I didn't figure this out- tapping into God's power or the secret of live (the Holy Spirit) I might believe one of the Eastern philosophies that the earth just grew out of itself one day. 7/17/99- Finally figured out my problem- need to think about mainly God's laws and commandments, then as a side note on job etc.. So center on Christ- love to others by service, tithing, and deeds- if I want God to help me which is the only way I will be successful at a job or relationship. The Lord asked me, "what have you done for me?" meaning tithing/ church/ service. I'm going to try an all out blitz of effort and concentration to achieve my goal. I must keep centered on Christ though. I told myself, "don't you ever forget serving others, remember the love you showed someone in a tough predicament without caring about why or how they got into their particular bad situation only loving and wanting to help them out of it. "This is a time for men to perform their labors". You can't just let things happen naturally or it will never happen for you. You have to go out and create love or success, it doesn't just happen, at least not for me. I've been deceived; I need to remember that when I am controlled by my body through the lusts of flesh I'm sad, but when my mind controls my body I'm happy. Don't be deceived by lies anymore. Think only God's purposes. Greatness is a choice- forgotten truth. I prayed to desire it- the spirit of prophecy and miracles, "give me the desire for greatness, the desire to do Your will, keep commandments"- keep God's laws so I love God and He loves me. My sinning hurts others not just myself. Give wisdom to the lost souls of the world. Don't lose focus on that desire Lord's answer, "I would give you your desires if you would do my desires- fill time with volunteering/service/ job. Jesus says to me in a dream after I time where I was letting my body control my mind, "Why have you strayed?" Then through the Holy Spirit I received, "think of the wisdom you could have shared and lives changed through their works." Follow Jesus- do his works- church, volunteer, share wisdom to unbelievers. Don't put all effort into selfish or worldly pursuits, just forget them- bear my cross and be great. Don't just sit and think- do something. Don't lose my savor- stimulate this love and greatness get back on track- remember attitude I had before- "Thy desires then my desires". Have his purposes in mind- turn souls to righteousness- try for God's love. There is a reward for doing good (remember Malachi). Have faith in reward so I feel the Holy Spirit in every commandment which far out weighs the reward of evil. So put his laws or purposes in my mind first, then my goals as an after thought. This world is full of what people who can't tell you the why of something. Don't sleep during day- leads to suicidal thoughts 8/3/99 This letter to God helped me to release my negative feelings in order to come back to love and communicate to God what I was feeling at the time: To God: I am afraid no one will ever love me and I won't be able to find a good relationship or job. I am afraid you will not preserve me at my job or in my life. I am angry I don't have a better body, better opportunities, more money, good looks, a more intelligent brain. I am sad I don't have a spouse to love me, or a job I enjoy. I am sad my life is so empty and unfulfilling and not better with more opportunities, a good job, etc.. I am sorry I sin so much and have difficulty overcoming my body with my spirit. I am disappointed that I don't have a relationship yet and my life is empty and sad. I am disappointed in my lack of effort and indecision. I am worried that I won't find a spouse or that I'm not worthy to have one and achieve my goals. I'm worried that life isn't fair. I am worried that life is passing me by that everyone else has a fulling relationship but me. I'm embarrassed for my sin. I am jealous of all those who have fulfilled their dreams of a loving spouse and good job. I'm grateful for all the times you've strengthened me and been by my side helping me and filling me with Your love which has saved my life by Your Spirit and love and through the scriptures. Try for the most you can get for what you have, and when you find a good deal you go for it. If both people think the offer is a good deal then it happens. You have to make them think they're getting a good deal. Play up your assets. Be loving and sacrifice making the other person happy is what makes you happy too. Looks are not the most important. Giving and receiving love is. I would give most of my money away to poor. Looks fade. What you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. 9/11/01 Visualize myself at a job I like..Look at those aliens in red blinking space ship with a red laser beam. Be extra careful backing in and out of parking spaces. Be fair to friends and enemies. 9/16/02 I'm making Jesus suffer blood for my sins. He forgives my sins. I had compassion for a homeless person. Chasen myself with a rubber band on my wrist that I snap everytime I have a bad thought. Nice sells. 7/5/99 Believe I am going to achieve my goals; prepare with Spirit and wisdom for what to say to people. I'm blessed with wisdom- now I must give. Don't buy on sabbath Holy Spirit tells me. I'm more spiritually aware now; I know how to get wisdom from God and the Spirit. Repent daily after reading scriptures and fast weekly. Planning and achieving a goal- all day every day- one objective or goal- I have no rejection fears- it's a different city. I'm excited to go live life, come out of shell, and get a new relationship. Goal- to be married by the year 2000- get ring- goal- 5 dates/ a day if possible- and enjoy it. I will have an adventure in dating. Fun dates like a walk in the park because I have no money. Could be exciting scheduling all those appointments/ dates. Try to achieve goals now or it may never happen. God wants me to change lives with wisdom/ secret to having Spirit. I know I can succeed in time with God's help. Going slow with gilrls= just friends forever Just "live joyfully" with future wife- don't need money. I'd like to make "How to be a Genius: the greatest secret in the world" into a movie someday and maybe cut to scenes or stories in the Bible during movie. I've discovered through using one simple formula how anyone, average people like you and me can tap into the powers of God and do miracles and it's not magic. Just remember that "a diligent hand prospereth. The slack hand tendeth to poverty"-from Proverbs. I'm sold on the fact I need to get a good job. I've learned to love work and wisdom. I'll work most of my life when I find something I enjoy. What I know (or my values) are based on fact or what has been revealed to me as the right way that's what separates me from most people. I don't base my opinions or values on what others say is true. Love spouse more then tv, more than anything but God. Seek her happiness, what she wants. Love people, give of time. The only thing that matters in this life is showing love and helping people and learning to love being alone if you're alone (finding God). Find someone who loves you. Don't be discouraged by those who don't believe in me or my ways. They have their own way and I have my own way which is correct and wiser for me. I only focus on the important things and put off the smaller things in life. I can focus on only one thing at a time that's the way God made me. I can't have 20 different projects going on in my life and expect to keep my sanity- like when I had two jobs while trying to go to school- it just didn't work. I can't clutter my mind and focus in different directions and be happy. 7-6/99- It's time, I'm ready now- for an adventure in my life marriage. Holy Spirit helps me to get a job and keep one. All the things I use to like to do like sports I've come to realize are meaningless, they're empty- the only thing that matters in this life is showing love and helping people, and learning to love being alone. Those former things that I loved are nothing to me now. With the Holy Spirit everything that I thought was impossible for me is becoming a learned skill.. My brain with the Holy Spirit is different. I'd better find a loving spouse not a selfish one that points out my faults; find someone who loves you. When I get caught up in too many activities I can't think straight and my energy gets zapped. I've always been more of a thinker and not a doer in my life. With the Holy Spirit I think through clearly my direction and goals in life. I haven't been able to forgive before- I use to carry my hate and unforgiveness for people, but now I know how to heal it and start forgiving. I couldn't let go of rude comments and I didn't even know it. You need to heal and start forgiving then come back to a state of love. Looking back it almost seems like I was just an animal with animal instincts; I never felt the influence of joy or my loving spiritual side. I guess I just let so much hate and disappointment in my life build up that I just lost the Holy Spirit and lost all connection with God. It was kind of at the climax of that- when I was the most depressed and frustrated that I finally figured it out; I finally found God and a purpose to live and a way to be happy and it was through the Holy Spirit. By learning to get the Spirit and taking it as a guide I found happiness and direction in my life. That's when I found the secret to wisdom. I've kind of changed my whole outlook or way of thinking about life. I've changed myself from a person who's just kind of going with the flow kind of a thing with no idea of the "why" or "how" about life to a person who knows and understands. But it hasn't been me it's been God- through His Spirit. It wasn't standing on my own two feet that made the change in my life it was leaning on the Lord for all my support that did it for me. I've tried to give up all the trivial things in life and focus 100 percent on what the Lord wants me to do and what I actually need to do in my life, what I actually need in my life. When I stand on my own two feet I fall flat on my face that's just the way it is with me I guess by nature I'm a loser. I'll admit that straight out, I've learned that I don't get anything I want out of life unless I have help from God. Maybe that's a blessing for me in my life to not have things come easy for me- like a lot of people. I've learned to rely on the Lord so I try to look at my weaknesses as a blessing. Through my weaknesses I have been brought closer to God. I mean if I didn't have the weaknesses and short comings that I do I would be just living my life trying to fulfill my basic needs/ instincts and trying to live up to others' expectations of me or just trying to have fun; I wouldn't be progressing spiritually. if you want to know something is true you have to learn to get the Holy Spirit first to witness it to you. Life can get pretty confusing if you don't know what you should be doing or what is the truth. I am learning little by little and everything is starting to come into focus through the Holy Spirit. I mean its nice to learn about faith and hope and all that, but if you never learn how to get a confirmation from the Holy Spirit you're going to go your whole life without really knowing and trusting in man not in God. I mean what kind of faith is it really to just believe what someone else tells you. You know, I mean as soon as you start going through some rough times or you get offended by someone you are going to fall without the Holy Spirit and not know who turn to. and where does that leave you? 7/4/99 Inspiration- no reservations! Just go all out, no second thoughts! just achieve goal plus just disregarded anything trivial and only thought of my goal. Concerning relationships- I believe there's someone for everyone out there. Suffer through the time of reading scriptures and fasting until price is paid. Don't beguile. Remember to think of examples from the scriptures and visualize them to correct myself. I need to remember scriptures with feeling. 7/4/99 I had confidence with Spirit genius. Think about my goal all the time. because it's the most important. I 've made up my mind 100 percent to go all out in achieving my goal no matter what- just do it! ASAP! Got in their heads and looked at things from their perspective.. 7/4/99 Applying the Spirit Formula leads to complete calm./ no nervousness. I don't care if people like me or not- I have no fear. You have to have the desire. You have to want to know bad enough or want the Holy Spirit bad enough to get it. 8/10/99- .Received this inspiration while in the Spirit- "I understand your point of view dear son. If you keep my commandments and love me I will give you my Spirit to help you- only be strong and very courageous to keep my commandments and serve in the faith and testimony I have given you. Serve me with a cheerful heart and countenance with a thankful heart and with patience and everything will be all right. Satan desires to have you to sift you, but you know this- fight it and work at it and share wisdom, love, and testimony with others who I will put you in contact with and I will forgive your sin and grant you that which you desire. Receive all things with thankfulness and I will give you more." This was a touching moment with God-and Holy Spirit gives my mind ability to perceive the details necessary to achieve my goal and got "Receive all things with cheerfulness and I will give you more." 8/11/99 I hatch an idea! While I'm reading a scripture in Proverbs the Holy Spirit gives me inspiration on different jobs I could do and to write a book. Have to have an excited heart to get wisdom- I need a change of scenery. 81098- The difference between good and average people is the Christlike person feels the pleasure of Christ's love when he does good versus the average person who feels nothing only the pain and bother of having done it. I can be the best at anything with this awesome Spirit. 8/16/99- Remembered all my problems and weaknesses- try to forget- don't focus on them in Christ. Remembered God is my only hope- his way my weaknesses are too great to make it in this life without God. There are people who have more problems and weaknesses than I do. This life was meant to be hard for me, but Christ eases the burden when I seek the Lord through the spirit formula. I must have been a little lazy or rebellious or not as pure as other spirits in the pre-earth life, yet I do have many advantages/ opportunities. I feel I have been born in a great time period/nation, a decent upbringing, with opportunities, and wisdom etc.. I should be grateful for what I don't have that I don't want- cancer, debilitating disease etc.. Maybe I chose my weaknesses contract in the life before; I agreed to the weaknesses He would give me. Getting inspiration about life- asked what's going on God? Why do I have these weaknesses? I trusted in the Lord that's why I accepted weaknesses he would give me. Having the words of life ( rod of iron) in mind is what's different now from before. Plus, I use the scriptures to condemn an change myself not just others and resolving to do his will. Many people go through life without knowing the "why"- why they are here or what they should do in this life. I was chosen to be one of the few that would get the meaning of this life. God tells me- "you think you found me, but I chose you." 8/12/99- A lot of people judge or treat people based on how cool they are, their social awareness/skills, or lack of them. Go somewhere where the Holy Spirit is. 81299- People who are attractiveness challenged or challenged in some way are heroes in disguise. Their potential is unlimited because of God's sympathy for them and their weaknesses. Life is like a science project and we're like rats. We live in a controlled environment. God is like the scientist giving us a nudge toward the slice of cheese or good things in life. We have so many observers. Sometimes I'm so conscience of the fact that I'm always being watched by many that I feel as if I were playing the leading role in the movie "The Truman Show". 8/13/99- My purpose in life is to help other people- that was given to my by the Spirit at the local homeless shelter. Am I living my life for God to testify/ exemplify/ share wisdom or am I living my life for me and my needs/comfort etc.. Remember what God told me- he'll give me my desires when I do His will. I need to go whole hearted/ fully after the Lord. Satan thinks that life is a joke. Do I? I must take life seriously- reading scriptures, preparing, serving. Jesus sure didn't think life was a joke. I'm going to do so much- (for homeless/needy etc.) and be so pure (even torture myself in the process) that there's no way He'll (Christ) deny me a place in His kingdom (that's a promise to myself). I will be an innocent sheep not a goat. I will lose myself in charity, volunteering, working for poor. I will deny myself even unto intense discomfort and torture myself with the pain of it because I want to be pure, purged white, and deserving of God's love, help, and Spirit. Almost like doing it out of spite (despite evil). I have no nervousness when I fast. Put lord first and everything else a distant second. Resigned to not sleep but study scriptures. For strength of Spirit praise God. 8/15/99- I forgot, this is not my life it's God's. I owe him my life in service. Align myself to his purposes and desires in everything- church, tithing for sure, service, etc.. then relationship/ job goals. If I want to succeed. If not just be selfish with my time forgetting God and I'll end up with nothing. My attitude- I've been saved many times. Fear God more than man- who cares what they might say about me applying gospel principles tithing etc.. Love pain of it. Christ gives you love for doing His commandments. Forgot humility- think of others- what they want etc.. Give more. Rejoice if someone thinks I'm weird for not swearing/ cursing etc... Control thoughts- don't let thoughts wander to lusts of the flesh.or anger. Pray for help- pure and noble thoughts and desires. God's favor is #1. Seek things of His kingdom first. If I happen to repeat myself sometimes it's because I feel it's important. 8/16/99 Pureness of thought is giving me the Spirit again- hope and life. I want people to say, "I feel better about myself when I 'm with you." Reading scriptures with intent to be fed and remembering His Word led to inspiration. Tell myself, "don't worry I will achieve my goals- be happy now for inspiration from Holy Spirit. List goals and number their importance, Have candy bars on hand to use as replacement rewards. Picture eating them- reward myself with candy bars Attitude to have: things are really looking up "life's great". Am I being trained by my hearing weakness to rely on the Lord more? Praise myself more- "I'll succeed and get what I want, I'm a strong willed person". When I have all the words of life ready to use in every situation I know I have the Holy Spirit. "Whine is a mocker"- this is an example of a scripture that some might say is contradicted by another scripture (Paul saying drink no longer water but a little wine) but if you weigh the evidence and how many times wine is spoken against in the Bible it becomes obvious that this is a scripture truth, "wine is a mocker, and strong drink is raging". Express sadness not anger as anger is a greater sin. Read the scriptures enough so that I can repeat the important ones word for word. 8/20/99 I'm so glad I didn't chicken out and not go after one of my goals because of perceived embarrassment. Punish myself so God doesn't. Just tell myself I'll figure it out- how to achieve my goals. Just be patient, don't think about hearing problem or lusts of the flesh Frustrations are planted by the evil one. While tapping into my intellectual analyzing through the Holy Spirit I discerned reasons for my frustrative/ destructive moods and how to correct them with good behavior. I'm no longer penniless or majorly depressed thanks to God's Spirit Use positive affirmations. I'm learning to have staying power with people and to have the ability to change my mood instead of being hurt. I changed my mood from depressed, frustrated, and hopeless to confident and positive. Reward myself for coming out of my shell and being more sociable. Tell myself I'll buy myself a hamburger if I talk to that group of people and a pie if I tell a story. Replace my bad habits with action on goals. Relieve stress through attitude change- find cause of depression then fix it- replace it with the Holy Spirit, positive attitude. Use another alternative for getting out of pain. 8/21/99- Pinch myself (immediate punishment/ reinforcement) for thinking about my hearing problem and then concentrate on my blessings. Did good with thinking about how good it would feel to get up and take a clean shower to get myself up earlier. Did good with processing my anger toward someone (feeling and releasing my negative feelings). Pictured sadness- (why are you doing this to me?) then anger (visualized pushing them away and being angry). Then pictured love (them saying we understand/love you). Then felt love for their good points/attributes and pictured getting along with them and positive thoughts and humor. Did good not majoring in minors today- don't focus on little things or fillers. On a roll= action on goals not on time wasters. Finally got to sleep imagining myself sleeping. 8/24/99- Worked out depression- processed sadness from not hearing and feeling rejected- felt anger then love for them and pictured them saying "we understand, we're sorry" Intellectually got my positive attitude back. Fast (3 days) and use spirit formula until He fills me with His love. 9/1/99- Read a good self-help book with passion, excitement, desire, and fun- I want to learn- it will give me pleasure versus I need to read it Think "I love it, its awesome. I love this book". A Winning combination-the spirit formula, Proverbs, and prayer- felt love to tears. Just established connection to Holy Spirit and prayer of the heart and got inspiration for one of my goals. I'm starting to explode my potential again with Spirit genius. I'm feeling unstoppable. 9/3/99- I blossom in a friendly environment rather than an unfriendly environment. Not in an annoying hostile environment with annoying people. I'm increasing my thought control and discipline at work with tapping into God's genius. I got a job and showed love to others and he gave me his love. I felt gratitude for job/love and he gave me more love- humility is reciprocating. Feelings of God's love led to tears and crying of thanks. I bowed my head and humbly admitted, "thy will not mine be done"-the things You want me to do. Make a greater effort with tithing/service etc.. Persistence even with out the Holy Spirit payed off and God helps. 9/6/99- Ask to increase my faith. Our body and mind respond to tangible now things- focus on the immediate rewards of the Spirit. I have a love and joy for wisdom. With the Holy Spirit I'm happy. I'm different from most people- I've discovered the secret to happiness, getting wisdom, and how to be happy. I can progress ten times as fast as anyone else just being alone with the Holy Spirit- socially, spiritually, and intellectually. I've discovered the secret to unlocking my potential. I know God is there. 9/15/99 Visualizing getting job. Don't waste time on fillers. Saying to myself, "It's just practice" I don't know anyone here, go out and fail to succeed. Make it a game- 1out of 3 will say yes. 3 strikes a day. Refill on Holy Spirit after a while. Use my get up techniques and getting to sleep techniques. Reward myself with pie or punish myself with Alpo or dunk my head in water as punishment for not getting up. Have the words of life always in mind. Learn how to do better at my goal with the Spirit. 9/16/99 Changing my desires to a job. 9/20/99 Holy Spirit came after scripture rehearsal thinking-"let unrighteous man forsake his thoughts," and "if thou canst believe, anything is possible to him that believeth". Help me to see Christ in everyone- plead for remission of sins. Remember affirmations- I have a good body, I'm smart, etc.. All things are possible with the secret-"the secret of God on my tabernacle." (the Holy Spirit). Pleading- "forgive me. Help me to correct and overcome, Oh Lord have mercy on me a sinner and forsake me not". Prayed for guidance and I got the impression to "go where the money is" and get a marketable skill. I should be making at least fifteen dollars an hour by now. Maybe I need to look in another direction a different city and rethink my present course. The Holy Spirit told me once that my mission is to help people, I could work or start a homeless shelter and share wisdom. My mission is not to fulfill my lusts of the flesh or anything else. Make it so it becomes fun/rewarding. Doing the impossible (fasting while working) gave inspiration. Amount of desire and pleading and denying myself and asking for help/wisdom/Spirit = wisdom. What Christ/ God thinks when I fast-"He wants My Spirit bad enough to endure pain- I'll give it to him for his pleading/ sacrifice to me". Thought, "what can I do for you Lord?" He replied, "Feed my sheep". Remember persistence- it's a numbers game. Learn from rejections (change). 10/11/99- I remember the gray van lesson-even though you don't always get what you pray for right when you want it, often times He will give you something better- in his own due time. Classic good versus classic evil produces a movie quality of life. Someone I know gets good feelings from a bad spirit for doing evil. So to reverse that I did something nice for him, returning good for evil. There is a greatness in returning good for evil. God tells me, "I want to bless you my son". Be a doer not just a hearer for feeling of Holy Spirit, power, and love of God, and remission of sins. 102699- I was about as close as I've ever been to God. I talked to God today and he told me, "I raised you up to be a leader/teacher and to bring souls (the poor ) unto me and turn many to righteousness, not to work the rest of your life in an obscure place. You won't work in the trenches all your life- keep hope and faith. You are one of the chosen you have a work to do for my glory, rejoice for your name will be had for good and you will be loved and cherished by many. You will be an instrument in my hands." I can better emphasize with people- almost like I'm crawling into another person's mind with the Spirit, to feel what the other person feels and think what the other person thinks. Inspiration that might work- working in the church offices, loving church work, a wife and family to provide for. This word from God came after a trying time, "You're doing all right, my son. I forgive you of your sin. Forgive them and love them (enemies) for the good in them. Forgive the persecution. Are you better than Christ? He suffered more than you, be thankful you are like Him. Only renew yourself and I will preserve you. Keep hope, be diligent, do your best. Put me in remembrance- my laws first. Help others for the Spirit and you shall be preserved and prospered. Stay close to me; you can't go wrong with more time for me". Thought His thoughts- tapped into His thoughts (speaking and counseling with God) applying the spirit formula. Think clearly and control thoughts. Write a book and get it published- the title will be, "How to be a Genius". 10/29/99- On with Spirit-imagining goals, lightning quick mind. Felt inspiration and tapped into His thoughts. There's no time for dilly dallying- I owe the rest of my life to Christ. Everything good in my life has come since I found God. I will never watch another ball game unless I have absolutely nothing else to do- it wastes time that could be put toward God.. 11/21/99 Did I do for Him everything that I would do for me if He were me? Impart wisdom, light, and happiness. I could have done better in imparting wisdom. "How do I get myself to pay tithing/ go to church?"- asking myself the question. Using pie or candy bars for a reward and stuff I don't like as a punishment and humbling myself before God, "thy will not mine be done". Then fill up on love Spirit gives you for doing His will. 12/7/99 Inspiration- forced my mind to tap into Divine Spirit and think about what I should do and got images of going to an orphanage, giving kids a toy, giving and elderly woman some cookies or a fruit basket and card, volunteering at a homeless shelter or soup kitchen. Change the world with Spirit Wisdom. Also got inspiration that I should go into real estate. Think about how to get up earlier- think get up and how good it would feel to be up. To be spiritually minded is life eternal, to be carnally minded is death. Service is the attitude- I would even wash your feet my friend. 12/12/99 Any pride must be shunned. Learn anything, solve any problem with the Holy Spirit. Don't get lax, watching tv. Read the scriptures or listen to spiritually uplifting hymns. Aloness and enthusiasm were key factors in reaching a semi genius state. Great works are born of Great faith. 12/30/99 Read scriptures/ proverbs fast to remember/ quicken mind. Inspiration- got back in touch with myself apart from lies of world. Waiting until marriage brings happiness. Life is a series of problems to solve. At least God has the answers. Chapter 12 Faith and truth defined: Faith to Move Mountains . 5/27/00 How to increase your faith- be obedient to and have all truth given to you from scriptures in mind and Lord gives you more truth or wisdom thus increasing your faith. I guarantee that 95% of all people don't understand this. I am lacking in faith in some things. Ask for the gift of prophecy- in the Spirit of course. 5/30/00 Get rid of the sad spirit that torments me and use it as a stepping stone to greatness. We have to treat people with respect even if they're dumb, or not as smart, or unattractive- this is my lesson to teach 5/26/00 It's back! Spirit genius for one of my trains of thought or goal plans. Came from asking what I'm forgetting- align myself with God's purposes, dream only of them (not my own) first. Bursting through with ideas- get away from jealousy. 1/8/99- Work to improve some aspect of my personality. Put myself into situation and with the Holy Spirit I learn the best way to deal with people. My responsibility is to help others on their way in their progression. Look at the big picture- this world is to weed out the bad from the good. Figure out how to accell at anything through the Spirit. I can't think in certain places. Applying formula and controlling thoughts/ discovering/ improving= led to thinking genius spiritual state. Joy of improving and others noticing. The Holy Spirit stimulates the mind/ thinking. 1/10/99- God loves a meek and humble spirit. "oh, let me not forget the commandments, thy word have I hid in my heart- help me to be strong like Nephi. God is my secret- to turn souls to righteousness through giving of wisdom for the glory of God. Which in turn will fill me with joy/ satisfaction. "Chasten me for my sins that I may return to you in fasting, humility, submission." I'm a threat because of what I know. I hate my world- connected self. After all they've done to me I still love them (some enemies). Through chastening of my sins felt his love for me. There is always hope (Christ). Spirit rewards me for better development of personality. Faith is about how much weight you give the most important things 3/8/01- Out of despair comes the hope of Christ and repentance. Hosanah to His name. My life is a rollercoaster of highs and lows but know this there will always be a preceding high to every low thanks to the Holy Spirit. God rewards me for thanking him for giving me the desire to give to the homeless and needy. After reproving for negativity show an increase of love. 1/26/00- The evil one is trying to get me to stop my progression but using positive affirmations and releasing my negative emotions coupled with weekly application of the spirit formula has helped me cope. My progress seems to be related in a way to people's opinions of me. The stress or pressure to work harder/ study harder can make me progress more. Remember the importance of "a word fitly spoken". Rewarded for resisting lusts of the flesh by complete thought control. 1/27/00 Perfect train of thought- it's the inspiration I get from the Holy Spirit to try new things, sayings, and creativity that progresses me so quickly. Don't violate temple of God- offend no one to pass my test on earth. Remember classic good meets classic evil for movie-like greatness. Suffer the reproach of Christ. "By humility and the fear of the Lord" is longevity/preservation. 1/8/00 Visualize winning not losing- I'm the hero. The Lord will provide another opportunity. Stand up for the "little guy" being accused. I rose to the occasion in classic good versus classic evil situation. Sharing secret formula with others felt good. The Holy Spirit brings all things to me as I obey his urge to share what I know with others. Everyone loved David because he came in before and went out before the people. I want to win thousands of souls by telling them how to get the Holy Spirit of God through the spirit formula. I stuck it out (some hard times) instead of quitting and was blessed. We're all the same- we all deserve knowledge of the Holy Spirit. Thought through what I should do like it was a chess game- many moves ahead. The time pressure is helping me to learn My mind is exploding with ideas/wisdom as a reward from Spirit for sharing spirit formula secret. I have the secret of life. I'd better give thanks to God or I'll be sorry. Think of the rewards of the scripture, "of you it is required to forgive all men" or for perceiving others' thoughts like Christ did. If you pay the price you can know if everything is true. Truth is stranger than fiction. Holy Spirit helps me in going through all combinations of decisions and finding the right one. I need to correct tithing mistake- pay it more regularly. Put others' needs before yours. 3/3/00- Have charity for others. Think of anything I could have done to make them feel love or gratitude. Don't sin against the Spirit. When you want to know bad enough what's true and what isn't and what God wants you to do enough to apply the spirit formula you'll understand and your spiritual eyes will be opened. Take a couple of days to fast. Read your underlined passages in the scriptures that inspire or challenge you to feel the power of the Holy Spirit. When you feel the Spirit it will change your heart and make you happy. Time is not important when you're in the Spirit. 3/3/00- Duration of purity= inspiration. Let go of negative. What else is right in front of my nose that I haven't figured out yet? God's love and wisdom is back "because of you love for another you are saved". Identify situations for what they are. If I know I'm right then explain it. 3/6/00 I learned the secret to happiness and life- having the Holy Spirit and applying gospel principles. The secret of life is not standing on your own two feet it's leaning on the Lord. I've learned how to get the Spirit, get wisdom, do miracles, increase my intelligence, change my heart and my mind, and my personality. I've learned that if you pay the price you can know anything. As I read "serve the Lord with might, mind, body, and strength" I thought of going to church and striving to do service and show love to others. Also I need to work on pride and keeping tithing with slothfulness. Just try to remember scriptures in mind then quickly move on to the next one. As I move on think of examples for each scripture (how I could do better). Read fast. Goal do everything scriptures say. Thank the Lord in all things. for everything he's given me through the Spirit. The key to unlocking your potential is to figure out how to get the Holy Spirit. My progression just took off after that. Have to have Spirit strong to do miracles. Get into "pure wisdom mode" to be influenced by Holy Spirit. 3/10/00 I could call my book "the practical and complete guide to raising your intelligence to genius level" 3/12/00 To get myself up I thought about how good some ice cream would taste and the sight and texture of it. Visualized eating it and how sore and groggy I felt lying in bed. Then punished myself throwing water on head. Thought about how bad I would feel if I stayed in bed then used a candybar as reward to get up. Visualized getting detergent at K-mart so I wouldn't forget to do it. The degree to which you think like God is your faith. Or to the degree you're not deceived- to the degree that you believe the truth- the amount of truth you believe. Need to have all important scriptures in mind daily. To be unstoppable- verbatim all important scripture in mind- remember/read it word for word. 1/7/02 Don't enter the supper of the Lord empty handed, bring souls. Songs of Christ's victory are uplifting. I need to pay the debt I owe. My prayer is that I not be ashamed. Love enemies by thinking of their charisma or good qualities and show mercy "I will have mercy not sacrifice". My brain works better in nature alone with the Holy Spirit. I'm figuring out faith thing- stretched mind to get- your degree of faith is the degree of truth you know and obey. Then opened a well spring of inspiration by delighting in the scriptures, "man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth from the mouth of God". Need to correct my sins each day and relive it the right way then I would be forgiven until perfection. I'm going to fail my way to success. I don't know them so don't be afraid to make mistakes. A one hundred fold person is Mother Teresa, a sixty fold person is my grandpa who is always generous and gives love to everyone. A thirty fold person is me just being me and helping to increase others' faith and paying my tithing and volunteering. Need to convert others to righteousness and help poor people. Spirit mode= continual flow of wisdom. All churches have some truth. I've been blessed big time. I owe Him big time. Some things you have to experiment with for yourself- start progressing and be happy now. Realize full potential- begin the journey. Think of all the wasted years- I want to do more for the salvation of souls Bring soulds to table with Christ. In this life I have the knowledge to progress and convert others for more glory in the afterlife. Was it something that I did or was it more God planning it that way because he loved me and because I was humble? Want to help Him with saving souls- doing good. A greater good is Jesus Christ. A lesser good is Mother Teresa. I need to perfect my charity to be great- plus wisdom and all words of life in mind to be really great. Asked, "will you send someone God, to enlighten me- give me more wisdom/truth or do I need to be more humble? What you need for truth is what you get for your own protection. Too much knowledge can open you up to attack. What can I do to increase my faith? Go to church, pay tithing, control thoughts, volunteer work, have charity, etc.. To love someone means to believe in them. Enclosed rooms not as conducive to getting inspiration. The devil wants the quiet places in nature gone/ restricted from use. Sometimes a bunch of cows are treated better than people. This earth and land belongs to God. He would want everyone to be able to enjoy the land. All this preserving of public lands is ridiculous. The poor are always the ones who suffer. There is a great curse on this nation because of the way we have pushed aside and discarded the poor and disadvantaged. The second coming is going to be here soon because these times are as the times of Noah, and the face of the earth will be changed. There is great inspiration to be had in nature. Obsess on my happiness and goals for a while then give back with service, charity etc.. 1/12/00 Strip myself of all vain ambition and praise for He's wise/ good and think only His purposes- turn souls to righteousness for God's love/glory. He'd like to tell us everything but He can't because of the rules set up before the foundation of the world. So I'm trying to help Him by doing my part in his mission to "bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man ". I've had a change of heart and I believe I have a mission to help the poor and the poor in spirit of this world. Some of the goals for my life are to build or work at homeless shelter and soup kitchen, help out the poor people, and have the Holy Spirit with me. I learned how to change my heart, my mind, and my spirit. I believe I can help change people's hearts. I believe I have the knowledge to make people better spiritually and mentally. 3/14/00 To sleep- think relax body totally- no discomfort then breathing deep like I'm asleep- picture myself sleeping. 3/14/99- I need to change me not others- think, "what can I do to improve?" when reading scriptures. Be so pure/ humble from scriptures that the evil one will want me to get a job to slow my progression and stop me from getting more wisdom. 3/5/00- Purity= genius= opportunities and ideas. Goals- keep pure thinking through making connection, get inspiration from being pure. This creative thinking is the difference between successful people and unsuccessful people- smart thinking through connections. 90% of my success has come from thinking (in the Spirit). Idea- go into real estate- buy houses or condos in city and sell for 10k or so profit or rent them out. I'm one in a million no zillion- who is like me? Genius from God for finances then next minute dummy for sinning. I owe alot for sinning. Someone likes me (God) and is helping me succeed to help the homeless/ poor and give wisdom where it's lacking. I love me right now and guardian angel or inspirer. I know I can- achieve my goals. I can do it- I can see it. As long as I'm out of noisy work environment I'm okay. I get guidance from God in nature. The plan I made for a particular project was genius from God. It didn't come from me. Holy Cow, my brain is exploding in all directions- thought in intricate detail even my facial expression and what I'd say for someone's baptism. I'm unstoppable right now. I have Intellectual freedom right now, but it will be closed down again eventually- the battle has only begun. Greatness is back. I can't find a pen but I can change the world. I feel great again because of Spirit genius from purity. The best strategy is to start small then go big after I learn the ropes. Seek others' wisdom by keeping pure I will be great. Work on motivation- think of ways to motivate myself and books to read to teach me not to sin. Made another contract with God- to devote my time to God and his work if possible and to remember my other 2 contracts. Promised to be bold in mighty prayer, to try to save souls, and asked to be show the worth of souls and why they need to be saved in this life. I want great faith to see God- need more good works. Racking my brain for what I'm forgetting. Maybe I'm overlooking a sin in my life or not seeing things from a blessing/ opportunity perspective. Forget a fullness of knowledge in this life. Just concentrate on getting answers to my important questions. I can't have a fullness of knowledge due to sinning. We should gather knowledge and figure out how to get the Spirit, that's the main thing. The role of the Church is to save souls. Much of man's wisdom and the ways of the world are not substance they're waste- a waste of time and precious attention could change lives. Helping people is substance- that's worthwhile. People with talk shows should give hope and wisdom and revolutionize this world. Felt the impression, "thou hast prevailed"- I stood up for what was right in the face of rejection. What do I want to do? I want to convert nations and move mountains. 3/19/00- Charity is greatness. I have wisdom therefore I am. Trying to read God's thoughts about me- "We will see if he trusts in me or guards his money for security like a thief. I will give him love and money and the desires of his heart and we will see what he does." Sometimes a sad face hides a wise heart. Wisdom- return good for evil. Learn to be and do good and you'll be happy. Just remember, God loves you. If I hadn't found God and the love of Jesus and the Holy Spirit I don't know if my life would be worth living. Sometimes a smile hides pride. When I think of the line "my world crumbles when you are not there" I think of God. Winners believe they can do anything, Losers set limitations and compromise. "He that is spiritual is judged by no man." A man who is spiritual and has the Holy Spirit of truth can't be judged or condemned rightly by someone who is not spiritual or Spirit filled. It's not what goes on the body that counts, it's what comes from the heart- that is what a man is judged by. Purity plus God's love plus love for others plus Proverbs= wisdom to shake the world. A man shall be commended for his wisdom. Winners believe they can do anything. There is only one needful thing and that is to think on God. Man is judged by his heart not anything physical. Men judge the quality of the physical; God judges the quality of the intangible. Seek to destroy and you shall be destroyed. Love and you shall be loved. Accept and you shall be accepted. "He that hath ears to hear let him hear," as Jesus said. I do not believe the lies of the world as many do. 3/19/00 Spiritual speed reading- read scriptures fast in the Spirit to remember, to reprove myself, correct my ways. What I am doing now supersedes church- I'm getting wisdom from my Father. I don't need the wisdom of men right now I need the direction of my Father not the ignorance of men. Jesus said, "what manner of men ought you to be; even as I am". He that heareth let him understand. Why do so many believe the lies of the world? Why don't they believe what God says. Sometimes you must stand still to progress. I speak to you the words of life- if you reject my words you reject life. Seek God and his direction which takes time, you can't get God's wisdom at a drive through window. Many speak man's words but God's words are real and they are life. Man's words are good, but God's words are truth. Finally, wisdom to reprove the lies of man. Some argue with God's wisdom with man's words. God is not a respector of persons as man is. God gives wisdom to he who asketh. Being without God's wisdom is like being up a creek without a paddle. What you believe becomes your reality. Everyone needs God- not everyone needs a job. Seeking God is the one needful thing. You must keep his laws first. Who's laws do you keep first, man's or God's? If you have the Spirit of wisdom you cannot be confounded before men. Some trust in men; I trust in God. "He that is cruel troubleth his own flesh." Show mercy and receive mercy. Let live and you shall live. Picture doing the right thing not doing the wrong thing. When you learn wisdom, you will be great and convert/ save many souls. Learn to get good at something, some skill.. "Is there not a cause"- people need substance to progress, they need wisdom. I'm getting closer to figuring everything out. Felt this impression from God- "I love him for learning his lessons well'. God is a master motivator. He gives you approval/love when you seek Him. He punishes you whenever you do wrong and rewards you whenever you do right- this was something I didn't realize until I found God and took the Spirit as a guide in my life. He can make you feel important. I will try to repay Him. God is the sole reason for my success. My mediators/ guardian spirits helped too. I'm a habitual truth seeker; I break down everything into what it really is. I believe I'm a God in embryo. No one's better than anyone else- we all have the same potential- to be one with God and as God. I'm a thinker by nature. The thirst or desire for success is what gets you there. Love means giving unconditionally, lust vs. wisdom battle. 3/26/00- Platitudes feed the masses but wisdom feeds the wise. "I speak the truth in my heart." Many don't have or know the truth. If you have the faith of a mustard seed- you can move mountains- this is a fascinating truth. I feel moved to do something, volunteer work, a kind act, or something- now. If God wills it, everything will work out. Don't waste time on fillers only on majors (major goals). Okay, a little time, half a second on boring fillers. 3/29/00 Because I desired it in my heart and wanted to be like Stephen of the bible I felt the love of God pour over me. My renewal/ repentance/ seeking the Lord= outpouring of wisdom and Spirit. Why do some judge a man by the exterior or personalilty? A man's potential is not determined by the exterior but by his heart/ desires. God has the power to change and improve hearts. My question to God was, "why have you been so merciful and loving to me and given me wisdom?". The answer through the Spirit, "because you have sought God when others seek out man's wisdom and help". 4/1/00 Anybody with my desire to read all scripture can reach spiritual genus hood. The scriptures are a fundamental source of spiritual knowledge- not only for actual words themselves but also for the Spirit of inspiration they convey. For spiritual genius hood- Read all important scripture then obey and then you are given more truth for seeking the glory of God. When hungry I read faster. If I could change one person like me, a truth seeker, someone searching for something more than this tawdry existence- my purpose will have been fulfilled. Love of God felt I was given access to his wisdom and power, when I desired it more than necessary food or life. In fact when you understand the basic principle of pleasure vs. pain as being the motivation for human behavior, you can eliminate your greatest weakness and watch your potential soar. Helping the needy is true greatness. 3/1/00 And here I come out of no where and in a few short years learn the greatest secrets in the world- some people are bound to be upset who have studied their whole lives. Even the title of this book challenges main stream thinking- people believe it defies logic- you can't teach someone to be a genius they say, you're either born a genius or average or dumb- you can't change your intelligence they say. Extreme closes minded people of course will reject everything I say based on the title because it defies worldly logic. They believe things are a certain way and if you challenge their beliefs with a higher knowledge or unknown truth it's like a slap in the face. Their pride is threatened by someone with a higher knowledge because it makes them feel less than/ insignificant. Anger leads to death. Why do you want to die? You can choose sin that leads to death or choose Christ's example that leads to life. A close minded person is deceived by the world or what man says and receive it as truth, but an open minded person is not deceived by what the world says, but is a truth seeker and is willing to consider other ideas as revealed by the Holy Spirit. I will find the answers to the tough questions with The Holy Spirit. There's always hope for truth seekers. Be discerning/ wise. Close minded people are just like you and me only that they've been deceived into believing a certain way that they really don't know is true. Anyone who does not follow their way of thinking is wrong and somehow lesser than they are. 3/4/00 Many people have an evil spirit that they let through their aura when they're angry. The presence of an angry spirit can be felt. There's a spirit assigned to you with the express purpose of making you angry. Just as there are depressed or sad spirits assigned to get you down and depressed. If you can eliminate a bad spirit's effectiveness you allow yourself to progress faster spiritually. You can do this by processing and releasing your negative emotions. I feel lucky to have been driven to seek God. I have found great hope and the truth. 3/5/00- My eyes are being opened a little more each day. I'm the type of person who can't go into battle until I know who I'm fighting and what I'm fighting for- that's one of the reasons I was so driven to find God, the truth, and a purpose for living. Increase my charity. True religion can only be found in the heart. True religion pure and undefiled is to help widows and fatherless in their afflictions and keep yourself unspotted from the world as it says in James. The wisdom of man never was and never will be more important than the wisdom of God. He who seeks the wisdom of God receives a reward from God . He who seeks wisdom from man receives a reward from man. These are truths of the Holy Spirit- they are not of me, and if you don't recognize His Spirit you are none His. Man defileth everything he toucheth, but in God there is hope. I have found that if you're righteous enough any evil that comes to you will only make you better. Ultimately you determine your role in life; what you believe in here becomes your reality there. Nagging never accomplishes anything in life, but love and gentle persuasion conquers all. At least try- if you don't try to love all men you are none of His. This is life and we're all playing by God's rules whether we know it or not. One must never judge another until he has been in the same situation. 3/6/00- God's given me everything I have up to this point. A prayer, "I understand your reward system Lord, if I get what I'm praying for I will give you tithing, more regular church attendance, volunteer work." He's training me to be great. Some don't have the love of God in them, because they don't forgive and like their fellow man. It all comes down to being able to recognize truth. If you haven't learned how to recognize truth you'll never know what truth is. You can recognize truth through the Holy Spirit, but you have to learn to get the Holy Spirit. first. If a person doesn't learn to recognize truth for himself through the Spirit of truth then that person will never know the truth. Those who gather with men receive of men- those who draw near to God receive of God. Those who are of Christ speak the words of Christ- those who are of the world speak the words of the world. Are we just humans or are we sons of God and heirs of Christ? You choose, as for me and my house we will serve the Lord. As the scriptures say, "Fools mock, but they shall mourn". "Those who have ears to hear let them hear." A balanced life is good but obsession is greatness. Do you think star athletes achieved success because they led balanced lives? No, they lived in the gym or on the playing field. Those with balanced lives usually never rise to excellence in any endevor no matter their aptitude.. I hate the lies of the world. The world sets limitations on you. The world says you can't, God says you can. The world says, "you loser, you'll never accomplish anything". God says, "my son (or daughter), you are my heir and will accomplish more than you can imagine with this life". No man has ever achieved any level of greatness with out obsessing on something- that's just a natural law of the universe. That is deep wisdom and the secret to getting the Holy Spirit. That is wisdom; that can change lives and change the world. It's the inside that counts. Nothing physical matters, the battle is in the spiritual realm. "If a man should conquer the world yet if his spirit conquereth not his body he is nothing. God wanted me to be wise so he gave me wisdom. The physical profiteth nothing, but the spiritual profiteth in all things. Everything happens for a reason and nothing happens without a reason. Your words will condemn you. As it says in the scriptures, "by their works shall ye know them". Condemn not that which speaketh the truth. Ye have heard it said that you must have a balanced life. I say unto you that he who obsesseth shall achieve greatness. Why don't I smoke? Because God says you shouldn't smoke or take in harmful substances into your body and I trust in the wisdom of God not in man. There is only one needful thing and that is to have the Spirit- nothing else matters. Those who write journals leave legacies. "Thank you God for everything," everything I have has come to me because of finding God. I try to never mention my blessings without mentioning God- I've been blessed/ it's a miracle. Don't stop thinking in the Spirit when on a roll and God is with me. Finally, I know what I want to do through direction of the Spirit. No fear- something clicked today, happy for home, future, my wife, my personality, etc.. Humble myself, not put down others. 3/7/00- Rejected by men= accepted by God . Love the sympathy of it. "Why hast thou done so much for me- the dumbest and weakest of all men," was my question to God. Connect to gratitude to purify myself. Not world's work but God's work. "He that hath ears to hear let him hear." Picture being loved and accepted. If you do enough fasting, scripture reading, and praying you'll learn what's true and what's not. There's a way to find the truth if you want to know. We all have the same eternal potential. When you use evil as your friend to help your progression rather than let it hinder you are great. By sorrow comes my wisdom. I receive an outpouring of wisdom/purity when connected to the love of God. I feel gratitude/ humility for sins and weaknesses and grateful for blessings. This wisdom came at 2:30 in the morning. You can believer me or the lies of the world. . 3/7/00- Humility for sins and weaknesses like my hearing being a little bad and being verbally and mentally a little bit slow led to gratitude and fearful renewal of the Holy Spirit. to make strong my weaknesses. I'm learning from sorrow to be great. I appreciate the works of His hands- nature. Some will never understand the problems others have who may not go to church regulary or don't participate socially. Everything some people know has been revealed to them by man. If you listen to a man you receive of a man. If you listen to God you receive of God. Read all real estate books from library (Spirit inspired thought)- "Don't let the lies of the world be justified, Lord. Let me prove anything is possible to him that believeth. Since I learned how to get the Holy Spirit my life has changed totally. Whenever I have a bad day it's because I have to learn a lesson. Chapter 13 "Wisdom Is The Principal Thing." Proverbs 4:7 says "Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom and with thy getting get understanding.". Also in Proverbs, "8. Exalt her and she shall promote thee: She shall bring thee to honor, when thou dost embrace her.", "13. Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. 14. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.", and "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding." I think these scriptures say it all in respect to the importance of wisdom. When I made wisdom through the Holy Spirit my quest in life, the course of my life was changed for ever for the better. 6/13/99- Quickened after 48 hours of Spirit Formula- read scriptures fast and retained meaning. Through purging my thoughts/body of lusts of the flesh I was quickened and wisdom given. That's the most important thing you can know in this life is how to get the Spirit and the truth which leads to wisdom. If you don't learn how to take the Spirit as a guide in your life, nothing else matters. Memorizing all the verses in the Bible won't help. What's the secret to happiness? It's the Holy Spirit. How do you get it? By applying the Spirit Formula and thinking God's laws before man's laws. If you have the Spirit you can get wisdom; you can know what's true and what isn't (like if certain scripture is true) or what to do with your life. Speak to God constantly (put your trust in God). Be clean/ pure and ask God what to say. Put God first- his commandments, this life is a test; he said don't suffer these things to enter heart so don't suffer them. A naturally caring/ loving spirit attracts. Being around good spirits increases scripture comprehension and power of the Holy Spirit. It's not your attitude-its your spirit. We know evil spirits to appreciate the good. I feel love/happiness/blessed state of those who keep the commandments when I'm clean/pure. Think, what would God think- not how people would feel about me. Help people repent and be happy, show love by helping people-sharing knowledge. Don't necessarily just focus on God but on things of the scriptures, wisdom etc.. Seek things of his kingdom first, then my temporal needs. Obsess myself with the scriptures. My writing is scripture too when influenced by the Holy Spirit. This book may well be too far advanced for its time. So if you're a dummy or have average intelligence or you're a genius who wants to learn to be even smarter you will learn from this book. I've paid the price to be smart. I have paid the price for wisdom and increased intelligence. Sometimes I lose it, but then I repent. My heart is right before the Lord today; I fix it daily. A mother's love can save you. The requirements of the Lord are far more important than the requirements of men. The Lord requires a good heart not a good attitude, a good personality, or a good attendance record. The Lord has told me I have a good heart. He that hath the Spirit knoweth them that have the Spirit. Is it a matter of how many times you speak in church or is it a matter of how many times you have done the Lord's will.. Is it whether you are clean cut or whether you have a clean heart? Which matters most? The flesh profith nothing Negativiy destroys optimism. Negativity towards people tears them down- optimism builds them up. Lets be builders not destroyers. Negative energy zaps your energy. Return like for dislike. Love to be humble with humility to God's will. Minimize distractions, It takes a wise man to admit he's wrong. Read scriptures daily. Read others' techniques for motivation and help. If you do not recognize the Holy Spirit in me you do not have the Holy Spirit in you. The Holy Spirit is the only qualification God requires. The works known of man availeth nothing to God, but those that only he sees are rewarded- acts of kindness, desires of the heart, etc.. Does the Lord judge you by what is written for all to see or by the unseen heart? Are we to blind to see that we're just tearing each other down. Why can't we build each other up and love each other? If you do not humble yourself even as a moth to be stepped on you will not enter the kingdom of God. Reprove world's wisdom. Some say you need to stand on your own two feet to be a man. No you must kneel to be a man. He who does not forgive peoples thinks he is better than the Son of man. Christ suffered (criticism and ridicule) why shouldn't I? Am I better than Him? You must love your brother no matter what.What the Holy Spirit lets me know is personal feedback- a gift for rapid progression. Enter the new millennium and enter truth. Don't be a hinderer, be a helper. If you don't take others' bad mouthing God will not take you into His kingdom. 4/10/00 Amazing- my progression is skyrocketing. This saying bears repeating- if you don't like your fellow men you don't love them, and if you don't love them you don't have the love of God in you; and if you don't have the love of God in you, you are none of His. Losers set limitations, Winners dream the impossible. Sin destroys the creativity of the Holy Spirit. I remember scriptures vividly in print in mind's eyes and read fast to speed up process to quell hunger. The more evil there is the better I have to be, so what's the point, evil? This will only drive me to perfection with God. If ever build a homeless shelter the name will be Christian Homeless Shelter or Christ's homeless shelter for blessed is his name. Don't sin on Sunday. 4/20/00 I am nothing without the Holy Spirit- give the Spirit all the credit. Visualize having fun as a great speaker. I must have chosen to be the underdog like Christ to fight off world. Transgressors are cut off- don't sin. 4/21/00 Prayed, "Thank you God-only help me to keep this pure." Don't bring a sacrifice with a wicked mind as it says in the scriptures (repent with the Spirit Formula). I hurry through my underlined scriptures because of hunger. I've had a higher education from God- I've been taught by God spiritually. Some people see everything from man's perspective. But there's a higher perspective , a spiritual perspective/ God's perspective. God is fair. In response to man's wisdom thought "oh ye of little faith how much longer must I suffer your unbelief. Oh fools and slow of heart to believe that which is written in the scriptures." Why do you suffer the angry spirit and the spirit of oppression to have power over you. He that is angry is not of God and cannot speak the words of God. Can an evil tree bring forth good fruit? You come to me in the name of men's reason I come to you in the name of God's wisdom. I ask you- who is justified?. "You are the servant of the spirit whom you list to obey." You do not have the Spirit of God in you for if you did you would know that the words I speak are true. I want to change useless human beings into spiritual giants. If you become a prisoner to the angry spirit you become a prisoner to anger and sadness. If you become a prisoner to the happy/ pure Holy Spirit you're happy and you become a prisoner of happiness. You can choose life or death. If you find and learn ways to fight the anger you break the power they have over you. Nagging is destructive. If you choose anger you choose death and you severely inhibit your spiritual progression. Anyone who is angry must repent or he can't have the Holy Spirit and cannot progress. I'm just telling you the way it is, the way life is. Everything human beings do they do for 1of 2 reasons- to avoid pain or gain pleasure. Jesus is not here to condemn you but to love you/ help you. I got my education from God is that a credible enough institution? A real education cannot be found in textbooks, but only in the school of life itself. I have wisdom that doesn't come from boring textbooks. I have wisdom that comes from God. 4/24/00 Don't forget my gratitude and debt to people. Many profess to be "cool" but are without that which is most important, wisdom. Anger destroys people and destroys lives. Sometimes you have to weasel your way into things in life. Divert from worry. Visualize success/ greatness. 4/24/00 You stunt your growth spiritually with anger- it's deceitful and limits your potential. The only person you're really hurting is yourself when you get angry. Anyone who uses anger as a tool is being deceived. It may make you feel good in the short run, but in the long term you forfeit help from God. If you don't conquer anger you can become miserable the rest of your life. Try not to ever get mad again, be in control of your emotions always. Anger affects your spirit and stunts spiritual growth/. destroys your spirit. 4/25/00 The Holy Spirit wants me to learn and interact with people. Council with the Lord at work. Pray to have him soften the hearts of those I come in contact to be preserved. Look at person and think about what they might be saying and ask Spirit what they are saying or thinking. 5/11/00 Felt the impression, "for thy charity to someone you are saved/loved by me." Poor people have rights too, not just rich land owners Consider this book an owner's manual for the Holy Scriptures. Get wisdom beyond belief. I trust in God. I know he will deliever me from my persecutors and provide a means of support for me. Show love to them and be great despite their hatred. God gives protection from evil spirit influence. The conscience of the evil will condemn them. I don't condemn. Some discriminate because of appearance. 5/12/00 O.k., I am nothing without the Lord- I admit it. I become dumb, tired, unhappy and with no hope. l 5/15/00 Finally figured it out thanks to Holy Spirit and God. Do and teach commandments. I exercised a particle of faith and was rewarded with Spirit inspiration. Find the beginning to your life's journey. Find the truth- Find the Holy Spirit and God. Anger and lust seem to be two biggest blocks to progressing spiritually- which is why we came here in the first place- to overcome. 5/13/00 You must learn to bear pain and suffering and persecution. Christ did. It is a good thing and will be answered with a blessing on your head. Not caring about job as much as teaching, loving enemies. treat people with respect and decency. 5/20/00 I better not forget that the key to my progression is and has been fighting lusts of the flesh. Keep body under submission with pleasure/ pain principle. I do new things or jobs faster with the Holy Spirit. Talking out loud in mind is a sign of Spirit intelligence as well as figuring out something out loud. 5/21/00 If I have the Spirit I can be a genius figuring out anything. Like a genius ran through all possibilities for certain things or projects quickly. I think I was close to being the smartest man in the world today though without the Spirit I'm dumb. Using creative imagining to fight sin and the forces of evil. 5/23/00 Wanting to improve people's lives with my secret. Don't make other people feel dumb to feel smart. With God's help make big picture observations and thinking from that perspective I will find a way to survive and eventually support a family. I have 3 trains of thought for getting inspiration about my goals. while reading the scriptures to correct myself. The Holy Spirit gives me feedback to progress more rapidly. 5/24/00 Do what He wants. Need a change of heart- not my selfish desires (money, house, etc). . 5/31/00- How to be victorious against the forces of evil: Remember we are not fighting physical forces but spiritual forces. The battle is between the body and the spirit. I remember an experience I had when an evil lust demon came to tempt/ torment me. I used the techniques described in chapter 15 to punish myself (my body). The body is an animal and only responds to physical punishment. I physically pummeled myself until lust thoughts stopped. The evil lust demon was frustrated and slammed its fist on my kitchen counter across from me- I actually heard the pounding of its fist- it was a very formidable demon but it had to leave, pouting as it left. More wisdom was given after this decisive victory and control of thought was maintained. I'm okay even being imperfect me. I finally have it again- to defeat the lies of the world. I 'm sick of lies of the world. With the Holy Spirit you thrash the lies of the world. Challenges can bring inspiration. Use affirmations- "I am a winner, intelligent, attractive". Someday we'll be happy constantly, but for now we can only be happy or joyous sometimes with the Holy Spirit. 8/19/00 Finally broke the bands of spiritual darkness after a very bad dream. Exercised faith and used bad for good, thought- "don't I deserve something for this evil," and God gave me insight and wisdom for awhile for another matter. Don't judge something that is good to be evil. Evil has been after me because I've been helping people. I like to give hope to people. I thank God for revealing to me how to progress and gain wisdom. Asked for wisdom during my reading of underlined passages in scriptures and had words of life in my heart. As I did this I had inspiration come to me for my different thought trains (goal planning). 8/21/00 Visions of greatness before my eyes- though evil encompasses me suffocating me, it (evil) back fires and spiritual genius is rewarded. I feel like one of the dumbest and weakest of all men, but with the Holy Spirit like one of the greatest. You will have a 100% increase in your spiritual progress if you read this book and keep applying the Spirit Formula. Join the realm of heroes. Increase your faith- faith is how much truth you know and are obedient too. Said, "I have not begun to fight," after someone told me to stop trying too hard. If God is on my side who can be against me? An impression through the Spirit, "because you were not ashamed of me, I will not be ashamed of you:". Because I desired it (wisdom) to save my life (which was a great motivator) I received it. Light came illuminating the dark crevices of my mind and things revealed. I don't hate people only their behavior. He who was despised of men shall become the greatest and a ruler because he was smitten. He shall be loved because he was hated. Because he was brought low by the world he shall be brought high. Because he was ashamed and abased by his father by his Father he shall be exalted. Because he was hurt by men he will be blessed by God. Because of him I am loved by Him that I might receive wisdom and divide asunder the cunning whiles of the devil. Through my afflictions I am blessed. Through my sacrifice I am exalted. I am protected from harm in God. My weaknesses are made strong. I knew I would blessed If I paid the price. Continued to read scriptures and was blessed with inspiration, "because you fear not evil I will preserve you. I already have hundreds of times". The love of God has more then filled the pain. Because I was hurt by the weaknesses of men I will be blessed by the weaknesses of men. I'm righteous, I have nothing to be guilty about. Expose the deceit of their hearts. 10/22/00 The Holy Spirit came after I imagined bringing many souls to Jesus's feet after reading a marked verse in Psalms. Lesson- even when I didn't feel right before God I felt the Spirit through being charitable with a one dollar donation to someone. Shout praises to God for helping me. My heart is full of gratitude to Him. 11/14/00 I know how to rely on the Spirit, that's the difference 11/16/00 Don't quench the Holy Spirit. 1/27/00 Spirit says, "that's what they (the evil spirits) want you to do." in reference to a decision I was going to make- so I didn't do it. Felt the impression that the way I treat a certain person is the God will treat me. Listen to that person and he'll listen to me. True greatness comes from improvement and progression. Pray against temptation and for strength to fight it. The honor should go to God. 12/8/00 Devise ways to beat competition. Some will lie in wait to catch someone in a lie, but they are left with the greater sin. Think of examples from scriptures to correct myself. Pray to God for forgiveness to tears. I chose my job and selfish reasons over God. Don't bear false witness or lie. As I do unto others so shall it be done to me. 12/25/00 Sins to remedy- 1- try to give God credit whenever I can. I was really blessed it wasn't me, because it is God. 2-anger- better to lose job than anger. 3- bear false witness- better to lose job than bear false witness. 4- lying- better to lose job than lie. 5- don't even look at other women. 6- declare glad tidings of gospel, testimony, book, give to poor weekly. 7. remember covenants-go to church - do not prevent others from receiving God's blessings at church. In the Spirit world- spirits surround me and plot to deceive me. But God gave me the Holy Spirit when I asked. Thought of faith in action honoring father and mother- obeyed and was blessed for action on spiritual inspiration. Experiencing incredible imagination powers with the Holly Spirit- visualizing goals..Don't mock sin. 1/8/01 I have to beat this evil and make my next move. The ability to judge right and use wisdom with people is an important quality of a leader. Because I believed for every evil thing that happens something good happens. I was preserved and people's heart were softened to me. Evil back fires and I am rewarded with wisdom. I will slay this Goliath. Be on fire with enthusiasm. This book will teach the common person how to work miracles. 1/17/00- Try to add something to people's lives. Try to improve your efficiency. Stop thinking bad thoughts or sin and divert thoughts to something else. Reason #1 for why I've done as well as I have- faith in God; because I've learned to increase my faith in God to do miracles. 1/22/00- Many think they are better than others because of what God has given them, but He values all- "He that is righteous is favored of God". You don't have to move mountains to be great, just help others. Trust in Him and dare to be/do great. When I start thinking like this -(God's thoughts) I have the Spirit strong. Asked for strength against evil spirits and that they would depart, and they fled angrily. 1/23/00- Because I prevailed with man and God I was given more spirit inspiration. Because of my righteousness I was made great. Imagining good instead of bad. A little know fact is that it is better to be accepted by God than by people. Bitterness is a great sin. Maybe God's trying to tell us something; he wants us to love him more than our bills, or work, or school. Maybe you need to find a way to leave your problems and build your faith. Turn your attention to God. 1/24/00- Give God credit and praise. Those who deserve to be in charge will be in the end. That which you do to others will be done to you. There is a price to pay for condemning the innocent. God has been cut out of our lives. You can't get away with anything- God sees and rewards and punishes all. "Fret not, because the candle of the wicked shall be put out". Don't worry so much about people getting away with things; they will always be punished by God. 1/27/ 00 What it means to be a winner- appreciate and reward rather then criticize. 1/28/00 God loves humility. For everything bad that happens something good happens to you in return. Some people can't see through the physical appearance. Always remember charity and pure love of Christ for sharing truth. Show mercy to others as God is merciful to you. Destroying others only results in destroying yourself. Save the judging for God. Demeaning someone else only brings yourself down. Bullying tactics aren't going to work- you must learn to love and build up others those around you or die in sin. Sin leads to death. If you don't treat everyone as a friend God won't treat you as a friend. Going to church is good but it doesn't do a lick of good if church isn't inside you in your heart. 2/11/00 I need to be grateful for what I don't have that I don't want (really bad health, etc.). Build yourself up as a winner. 1/23/00 God tells me, "Because as yet you have loved me more than your wife I will make you great. I have delievered thine enemies into your hand. Do with them as you wish"- I was preserved at that time. Rebuke but show love afterward. There's something good to focus on in everyone. I need only God not violence. Who is smarter then I am when I have the Spirit of God? "Who can defiy the armies of God?" Respect others even if they don't have the title of supervisor. Everyone has the same eternal potential and rights as sons and daughters of God. Only fools judge those who are more righteous than they, or wiser than they. Pride is a great sin. Don't believe lies, all flesh is equal in the sight of God. Only, "He that is righteous is favored of God". Those who think they are better than others because of what God has given them must repent or die spiritually. Who can defy someone with the Holy Spirit of God? If I didn't believe in myself I would be unbelieving of God. Who can stand against the power and wisdom of God? When you have the Holy Spirit no one can phase or shake you.What you send out returns back to you. Forgive tormentors. 2/15/00 Those who respect the authority of men over the authority of God will feel what those they have oppressed felt for eternity. Many have changed the truth of God into a lie. Christ rebuked evil and exposed it for what it was, stupidity. I want to take one talent and turn it into one thousand. No one can escape the justice of God for those they have oppressed who are sons and daughters of God. They have believed a lie that they were better than others. When you treat others as inferior to you, you change the truth of God into a lie. Good must be born of evil; there is a price to pay for every reward. Stand up for truth. Put God's laws above man's. Put God's love above man's love. Don't believe the world's lies that you're a loser and will never amount to anything- we all have the same potential to be as God, sons of God and heirs of Christ. Heaven now= heck later for the sinner. 2/23/00 Judge for yourself if these things are not true, but they will stand as a testimony against those that deny them for they are true and inspired by the Holy Spirit. In this book I tell you how to increase your spirituality, learn to be a genius, and how to feel happy when you want to. The Holy Spirit makes you appreciate nature. I shouldn't pay attention to what people say about me. Be happy for job, inspiration, and everything. God thinks I'm beautiful. I had a dream last night that God and Jesus gave me 1000 dollars- I cried and thanked Him and said I will pay you back. He said, "do your best, God is good to them that are good." 5/30/02 Be loving/ kind, considerate to others versus selfish and manipulative or will feel guilty in the afterlife. The purpose of life- love God and love neighbor. 6/3/02 He that spends time on hobbies loses time with God. Those who dig a pit for others will fall therein. I have loved the Word. I've even studied it by candle at night. Pray for deliverance from evil. All of the answers to life's questions are in the scriptures if you look hard enough and receive inspiration from the Holy Spirit. 8/6/02 God blesses me abundantly because I sought him in a spiritually uplifting place in nature. 8/6/02 In prayer I sought him- talking to God because no one else would hear. Talking to God about my being a sinner and his mercy and sacrifice connects me to him while in nature. He has called me His son. I feel connected to God when his intelligent Holy Spirit enters me and fills me. He did it ! Again! Good things start happening as a result of favor with God. I need the wisdom of my Father, not the foolishness of men. Get to know people. 9/3/02 The harder the enemy fights against me, the harder God fights for me- the defenseless- if I have no malice or revenge. Be careful how you place judgment- if you had the same problems others did you might do the same thing. God will judge you with the same judgment you judge others with. God will punish those who persecute the innocent. I believe the saying, "What you make happen for others God will make happen for you." The words I speak are truth and light because they are the words of God. God ha s called me to teach people to respect others and speakout against hypocrisy. Character assassination is wrong. Be the type of person who can say "There's no room for evil or hypocrisy when I 'm around". Many love the praise of men more then the praise of God. 7/22/02 Jesus loves and admires you as much as you love and admire Him. I admire Him for His purity, wisdom, and obedience. Gossiping and backbiting are wrong and hypocritical. 7/24/02 "Blessed are those that will not be offended in me." Happiness comes from God. God is happiness. We need to teach people to respect others who may be different from them and stop the hypocrisy and backbiting that goes on. This is evil and I will fight it. One thing I've tried to do is always say something good about a person if someone says something bad about them. I try not to participate in any backbiting or tearing down of someone. 7/3/02 Jesus tells me, "That's why I came, I came to save those like you not strong enough to overcome by yourself". I pictured bowing at his feet and thanking him for taking away my sins and a flashback to me helping the poor and then pictured and then Him hugging me accepting/ forgiving me. Listen to anointed music about Jesus. I need to give to poor do good works and be pure to get the reward. Show rewards of doing good. 8/7/01 Until you trust in God more than men you can't progress spiritually like you should. God will use any evil that happens in my life for good. Have diligence in seeking the Holy Spirit. We need to see the real battle. The real battle is in the spiritual not in the physical. Evil, sad, angry, hurtful spirits are always trying to influence us. Seek God diligently with lowliness of heart. 90% of any success I've had I owe to God. Anyone with God is a winner. If God is helping you you can do anything. By faith in one simple scripture, ''by humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, honor and life," I was preserved when I otherwise would have fallen. When my back is against the wall and I seek Him, miracles happen. 8/15/01 From Holy Spirit- fantasized in detail achieving my goals. Just have focus, desire, persistence, God, and a winning formula to succeed. The ability to improve separates the average from the great. Some people may not have that ability naturally but with God anything is possible. When you have the ability to tap into God's creativity and intelligence through the spirit formula you progress in all areas of your life. We can increase our faith to the point where we realize we have unlimited potential. Be obedient to everything it says in the scriptures. Once you achieve that level of obedience to all the commandments of God and your mind is full of all commandments of God then you can progress to the next level which is receiving more commandments and inspiration from God through the Holy Spirit. When you reach that level you will know things that no one knows or has heard about. 8/20/00 Because I yearned for His love/Spirit more than anything I got it. The devil hates me. God loves me. Repay debt- save souls- forsake all if I have too. Holy Spirit tells me, ''if you only knew what I had planned for you". 8/21/00 From a dream- I learned I had ingratitude toward some people who had helped me on the way. I prayed to be taught not to sin, that I might be loved by God and have wisdom. Repay not only the Lord but also those people who had an influence on my life. God has preserved me and kept me going. I owe it all to God. I need spiritual freedom from the evil barrier that keeps me from God. 8/22/01 I ask why and Jesus tells me, "because of your faith you are forgiven (healed). I forgave sins in life- why can't I forgive sins of those I wish to in death. Am I not a just God?". Need to honor God. God approved of my not watching tv on Sunday. I will go without watching tv for as long as possible. When you have the ability to tap into God's power and intelligence you can do some pretty amazing things- increased faith and Spirit genius. 9/2/01 To God be all the glory; God told me what I was doing wrong so I could correct it. 9/09/01 Fight back with power of God. Evil spirits around me are afraid of me. They have no power over me when I resist the lust of the flesh. I'm happy just being a live. Exposed evil spirits' plan of making someone I know believe that blame, shame, and complaining is good. I'm breaking down the walls of deceit. Fight with love and peaceful ways. 9/15/01 It's hard to get people to respond to negativity. If you want something you should ask nicely. The Holy Spirit asks me, "Why do you let evil have place in your heart?" I haven't been given the capacity to love a lot. 9/19/01 You must have the spirit of a warrior to overcome. Foul and cursing language is very offensive to God. I'm waging a holy war against evil. I have not yet begun to tap into my spiritual potential, I'm just beginning.. 11/8/01 Start worrying about what God thinks not about what people say. Some say get your body in church. God says get your heart right before me. If you're not fighting for your freedom and rights, you're going to lose them. God opens up to you when He sees you being unselfish. As clear as could be, the Holy Spirit told me in my mind, ''you were bought with a price". For every one of our sins His blood was shed. Why did my charity/ humility get replaced by hate and attacking/defending? 11/11/01 Got strong in the Spirit after listening to anointed hymns. Helping the needy is my calling as given to me through the Holy Spirit. There must be an effort for the battle to be won. Evil has become my enemy. Use my gift despite limitations and weaknesses. 11/12/01 Spirit says, "If you only knew how close you were." This book could be called- how to be a winner- a guide for so-called losers or how to be smart- a guide for dummies. I must not be slothful when have money. Sing hymns with feeling and thoughts of obedience. fight for truth and freedom against prejudice. 3/8/01 Have compassion on those with physical impairments. I don't want to be treated like a king just with respect and decency, everyone deserves that. There is no greater reward than what you get for giving to the poor and needy. Show mercy not judgment. Spirit tells me today I'm not as righteous as I think I am. 3/17/01 You have to trust in your heart and what you know to be true as revealed by the Holy Spirit. and not in what others say. That's what trust in the Lord means. All I wish- convert thousands and feed/ help poor. There is hope for all- in Christ. Greatness emerges from challenges. Rely on the Lord, cast it on him, thanking him, talk to him in your heart and mind. For every evil thing you do there is a punishment, and you may not like the punishment. You can learn to like people who are different from you. Leave vengeance in God's hands. When you hurt others you only hurt yourself in the long run. You can crucify me, but God will punish. 2/12/02 Being a representative of Christ requires responsibility. There's a big difference between attacking someone to hurt or destroy and in defending yourself from attack. Don't succumb to anger. 1/14/01 The devil is jealous of me because he will never have the power and wisdom and love from God. The more they fight against me the more I am helped. 2/25/02 I prayed for a change of heart to forgive an offender and felt love toward that person. One must be baptized as a symbol of their covenant to follow God. 3/10/02 Spirit tells me, "you have learned much from Benny Hinn," as I sing the song- "sweet Jesus, I love you so. You have given me your Spirit (or blessings), I love you so". I felt a strong anointing of the Holy Spirit from this song. 3/31/02 That which is taken from thee by evil deceit will be restored ten, even a hundred fold. God is my avenger. I tap into the power of the Holy Spirit to have miracles happen in my life. I have to do things a certain way for this to happen. Every aspect of your senses is heightened with the Holy Spirit. Your awareness, your personality, your memory, etc.. Clearness of mind and genius comes with the Holy Ghost. 5/21/01 I feel like the smartest man in the world with the Spirit and the dumbest without it. I have a problem sometimes with watching too much tv. Almost 50% of it is bad/evil and the rest of it is usually just a waste of time and a distraction from the things of God. 5/22/01 Have love for your enemies. The Holy Spirit helps me when I need it. Simple minds are preoccupied with simple things like doing yardwork every day, etc.. Those who dare to be great and dream to be great will be great. There is only one needful thing, Him. (Jesus Christ). Don't worry about the weeds in your lawn, worry about the weeds in your heart. Worry about taking care of the inside- the flesh profiteth nothing but the things of godliness profiteth in all things. 6/24/01 Think of solutions not problems, positive not negative. Say, "it's both our faults- let's solve the problem. 7/01/01 A lot of people judge others by how they look or by their personality. God doesn't care if you have a perfect church attendance record. God cares if you have a perfect heart,- if you're progressing spiritually through the Holy Spirit. Stand up for someone else being picked on like Moses did. If you knew how offensive swearing is to the Holy Spirit and God you would never swear again. God hates swearing and bad language. My goal would be to change average human beings into spiritual giants. I'm a little more familiar with the Holy Spirit than most people. Read the word of God and do what it says. God hates lying. If you have enough faith you can move mountains. What God communicates to you communicate to others. Sometimes the writer of a book if they are an instrument in the hands of the Holy Spirit doesn't have to write a word. I want this book to revolutionize the world. Sometimes you must be abased to be exalted as the scriptures say. Confess your unworthiness and nothingness. Who is more worthy of being quoted than the Father of Lights? Who is greater than Him. All the credit goes to God. Use the scriptures as a flaming sword of truth to cut asunder the lies of the devil. God loves my works for the poor and related goals. 7/10/01 Because I cried out in my heart, "how can I repay you God," I was rewarded by the Holy Spirit, "because of your faith you will be exalted- many have praised you, your desires will be granted just hold on." God will provide another job and a better job than this one. 7/26/01 I'm on fire with my back against wall, that's when I do great things. The more they (evil) fight against me, the more I learn about them and become better. A prayer, "Oh Lord have mercy upon me who am a sinner." 7/22/01 Some day I hope to change the world that the proud may be cast low. 7/29/01 Sometimes people lose sight of what's really important in life. God puts us here for more important reasons than to have the perfect wedding or to see who looks best in a tux. We're here to do what Jesus did, to become like Him- to become like God. Not focusing on what's most important is the cause of a lot of unhappiness in this world. God will cause something good to happen for the bad things that happen. There is never a good enough reason to get mad at someone. A good gift comes from sacrifice. To God be all the glory. Those who condemn the just are an abomination to the Lord. 7/1/99- I could give wisdom Lord. and strengthen people's testimony and conviction. Don't be hardened by sin. Doing good always for others is joy. My progression is taking off right now because of inspiration from the Holy Spirit. I asked in the Spirit with all truth (commandments) in my mind and faith to perceive others' thoughts. To die for Christ would be to be purified. Man's wisdom brings me down; God's wisdom pulls me up.. 3/1/00- It's coming back- my fantasies of doing good are what save me. Christ gave truth and help to people in this life (it must be important). Thank Him not by words but by deeds- so He can pour out His Holy Spirit upon me- the deserving.. A big secret is that you can do anything they (the prophets) could do- if you can increase your faith enough. 2/27/01- Anyone can be vengeful- it takes a man to forgive. I can be a pawn of evil or choose to be a hero. I choose to be a hero. Look for the good in your enemies. Say something good for every one of their bad comments. Mighty have been my blessings and small my faith. I am chastened because of His love for me. There is always hope in Christ. The Holy Spirit rewards me for improving my personality. Faith is also about how much weight you give the most important things. 3/8/01- Out of despair comes the hope of Christ and repentance. Hosanah to God! God rewards me for thanking Him for giving me the desire to give to the poor and needy, and I get inspiration to visualize the taste of something bad if I stay in bed. in oder to get myself up earlier. Plus visualize something good like yogurt if I get up. If you reprove someone show an increase of love afterward like a gift or kind word. Love for another broke spiritual bonds, Hear the Holy Spirit and converse with it. I asked a question in my mind and it was answered. While in the Spirit the spiritual bands of darkness are broken. Finally- for one half hour was totally liberated intellectually with Divine Genius. Precious inspiration came to me and faith to forgive tormentors and to forgive myself, blessings remembered. 9-4-00- My strength when in the Spirit is brainstorming and planning with the Holy Spirit. Spirit is quenched by video games- refrain from playing them. 9/4/01- I need not the ignorance of man but the wisdom of my Father. Can a man without compassion understand compassion? How can that which is evil judge that which is good? You who seeketh to judge shall be judged. Those who seek of man receive of man. If you reject my words, you reject Christ, for these are not my words but his. If you love Christ you will not hate His words. See the good in people and give compliments instead of seeing evil or judging faults of others. Don't judge but compliment, "a man who has friends must shew himself friendly". 9-15-00- Holy Spirit felt when I thought of praying in public with a family. I love that people hate me- sometimes their thoughts help me to grow and learn. I need to be more loyal. 9/21/00- My motivation right now is my job. 9/23/01 Stop depressing train of thought - switch to happy thankful thoughts.. 9/27/00- If this secret formula gets out it could change the world. Charity is the true test, "For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and you took me in: Naked, and you clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and you came unto me.'' Matthew 25:35-36. Oh that I might be as great as He was- helping the poor, etc.. 10/1/00- The Holy Spirit works through me to fight evil. 10/2/00- Amazing! Fasted and paid price to get genius Spirit. Sometimes great things can be accomplished on sheer effort trying as hard as you can. as fast as you can. 10/12/00- God can win over your enemies for you. There is a consequence for judging wrongly or prejudging people. When you're the most vulnerable and least aware evil attacks. I am always preserved when my back is against the wall. You have to be really careful about how you judge others. If you don't know what people are thinking or what their intentions are it's hard to judge them. Don't ever intentionally lie. Everyone lies a little from just not thinking it through before saying it or out of a lack of knowledge. Instead of putting people down for mistakes, simply tell them how to correct it. We need to learn to treat all people with respect, fairness, and decency. Defend with truth. not rumors. I only wish to be treated fairly and given a chance to share the facts or the truth.. Obsess- spend time devising ways to obsess to success. 12/15/00- Inspiration from Spirit- The person I married is the absolute best person I could have married- remember that. Do more to show love. 12/20/00- Whatever I can do to get the truth out there. There is sin in not taking a stand against abuse of power or unfairness. We must expose this evil for what it is and the perpetrators of abuse of power must be known. 5/10/01- It is better to express sadness than anger. Felt an impression from God, "in their haste to be important, hardworking, and smart they have forgotten to love me and my children. Their love waxes cold one for another ''. There are some things you can learn only from God. Should the master wait for the student? Evil will always be jealous of those with wisdom. Glorify God for giving such power and wisdom to man. The greater law is this- that you treat everyone as if they were Jesus Christ. "The things you see me do ye likewise." You should like everyone you meet- there's something good in everyone you meet. Get the Holy Spirit and use it as a guide in your life. Obey God's laws before man's. The Lord has no respect for them who use labels or put others down. That kind of behavior must be repented of. 11/2/01- Those who seek to destroy or put down others are hypocrites. Beware of those who love the praise of man more than the praise of God. You must get the victory over the devil. It's time to break those chains that have been put around you. Come unto Him. Keep trying/ devising new ways to beat evil and be a winner. Think only praise/ love God (and showing it). Wash others' feet in service. Don't care what others think.. 12/16/01- God tells me. "your alms and your deeds have come up for a memorial to me". The Holy Spirit pours out blessing to me after I gave some money to a guy on the street. Sometimes we get so caught up in the little things that we forget what's most important. Love your neighbor with respect and decency. List your biggest sins and concentrate most of effort on biggest- such as anger, sadness, apathy, lust, scorning, etc. Blessed be the name of God for he wishes to teach me love and compassion. He will provided for us if we are humble and obedient. Thank you Oh God for thou art good. We all have potential for good. Everyone is a little selfish- it's our nature, we are autonomous beings 6/2/01- ''You are bought and paid for with a price," says the Holy Spirit, "you care for others and he (the devil) knows it though he denies it". We must love others even if they aren't pretty or comely as to the world's standards. Evil angered by my Christlike love. 6/3/01- Chastened myself- you better love people after all God has done for you and blessed you with or the sin remains on you (for remaining offended). Lesson- love enemies to the point of talking or saying the good qualities about them when they are slandered. Forget tv, the bible is free. Too much confusion makes it hard for the Holy Spirit speak to you. 4/16/01- I've heard that if you surround yourself with positive people your dreams come true. 4/2/01- Be a just man/woman in all your ways, doing judgment-paying a little extra and not complaining as much about costs. 1/22/02 - Remember long-suffering. To God be all the Glory- help others progress spiritually by teaching that swearing is offensive to God. Those who condemn the just and righteous are an abomination to the Lord. Remember God's word. Thanks to influence of good kind spirits I get more wisdom inspiration as well. 12/29/01- I will win despite being the underdog. I will win despite hate/evil. Talking heads spew out platitudes, but I give wisdom. I will prove my worthiness. Because I need God the most (for my sins and natural weaknesses) He loves me so and visits me with the Holy Spirit- not because I'm the most humble. Don't play favorites, show love and mercy to enemies. Felt the Holy Spirit strong- released by the fervent prayer of another for me. The spirit of evil and confusion still present, but Holy Spirit did not leave me. Sometimes I have to go to a different place to break bands of spiritual confusion/ darkness. Use love plus action. Felt the Comforter- He understands my rejection and pain and comforts me as a child. When the sun or bright light enters, deliverance is near. I have often wanted to die to escape the sadness and struggle of life. Exercise faith (pay tithing, etc.). I should be on my knees thanking and praising God for what He's done for me. I have been continually preserved when I should have fallen. 1/14/01- I've learned swearing or cursing is offensive to God. Do you need to be a better member of your particular religion or a better Christian? Some are hated/ ridiculed for the truth. You will feel the anointing when you read the Book of Mormon and Doctrine and Covenants. You cannot escape evil until exaltation for the devil is on all sides. Get over petty dislikes for other people. Say, "Jesus loves you; I love you; I forgive you". The righteous won't escape persecution until He decrees it. God is my avenger. I know God will punish my offenders. You will be blessed for any kindness you show. God says to let the oppressed go free. I tap into the Holy Spirit to have miracles happen in my life. But you must do things a certain way to allow the Holy Spirit to flow. The devil will try to stop it. Clearness of mind and genius coming back increasing my faith/ cleansing myself. 4/17/02 To heal- believe and receive. I wash my hands of the sins of my oppressors. There comes a point where we have to acknowledge that we're all just human beings and we make mistakes. There will be a curse on all those who oppress the innocent. 4/16/00- Claim the promise- "with his stripes we are healed". Have a thankful heart to blessed abundantly 3/16/02- "If the Lord be for me who can be against me?" Felt the anointing, as God gives me a breakthrough at work through the Holy Spirit. Because I suffered torment by evil spirits, He restores back 10 fold. The devil is a liar. Not caring for shame because God is my hope. Because of suffering I receive 10 fold revelation. I feel like, "I am void of offense to man and to God". The real judge will punish those who punish the innocent. What you send out only comes back to you- don't talk bad about people. 3/29/02- Not caring about job- just what was right and helped by God. 3/14/02- I just want my people to be free. When you mess with me you mess with God. The Holy Spirit sees right to people's hearts. Those who have the Holy Spirit can often see right to people's hearts and thoughts. If you stand by and do nothing you will have part in the guilt too. If you don't fight against evil you are for evil- you permit evil and that is wrong. 6/23/02- Wash my sins continually- accept chastening not hate God. Be valiant in the testimony of Christ. Love/ like your neighbor. Preach against hate, jealousy, and pride. . 7/2/02- Thanked God for his pity on me, his mercy to me- felt Holy Spirit and gratitude to tears. Gave it all up to Him (my cares and problems). He was wounded for my transgressions and died. I must have the words of life in my mind. He did it again! Good things happening- favor with man, etc.. I need the wisdom of my Father, not the foolishness of men. People are better than you think- we all end up doing what we think is the best option. 8/15/02 - Don't offend the Holy Spirit- don't reject the Holy Spirit- for all he's done for me. Give wisdom, love and concern for people's welfare. Jesus forgives. Don't over eat, deny myself of all ungodliness to be filled with his love. The one thing I despise the most has molded me (persecution/evil). The very thing I hate has made me better. How can you love your neighbor if you don't like him first? Bear cross. Learn to like resisting evil. Reverence the sabbath. Sin is not worth it- loss of preservation. Warn people against hypocrisy. A totally perfect/innocent man shed his blood and paid for my sins. Felt connection to Christ and His power and presence that led to casting out an angry spirit. I took authority over an angry spirit with power of the Holy Spirit. 9/4/02- I'm a little bit stupid and a little bit wise- an interesting combination. Those without mercy who are cruel trouble their own flesh. Find reasons to like people not hate them. Every human being deserves to be treated with respect and decency. Those who hurt others are only hurting themselves. Fight enemies with love- like them. 11/02/02- God is seeking oneness with me in seclusion- to more fully express Himself as well as help me. This saying is true, "little minds discuss people, average minds discuss events, great minds discuss ideas". Gave love to another even when I didn't have any and felt God's love to me in prayer. I need to find God again- for wisdom/love /inspiration/favor/direction. 11/02/02- I'm not just here for a job- I'm here for a life- life with Jesus. When you don't stand up to evil you become guilty too. 11/27/02- If you fight for control of your thoughts you feel righteous after the fight as long as you repent. Fortify your weakest spiritual point. Don't ever think there isn't war going on (in the spirit realm). Don't wallow in sin and failure. I will suffer greatly this week in denying the devil- don't put Him to shame and more pain/blood. To overcome go to church and serve poor. Fight the good fight and Jesus does the rest. Keep developing, searching, finding more weapons to strengthen my weaknesses until they become strong points. What you sow you reap. Sow good- help poor, serve people, help neighbor, give love and thanks. Receive good in heaven for good works here. If you sow good you will reap good. Read fast and picture examples of obedience to scriptures for more inspiration. Have all words of life in mind. 12/1/02- I could be delivered up if I don't continually do good. Fasting increases my faith; say the name of Jesus, He will save. Love working hard for poor- soiled and weary but have the Holy Spirit. Find a place to work for poor. Find a way -a welfare farm, etc.. Yes, I know I will win. Serve others in hard work. Happiness is doing His will- drawing closer to Him. . 4/10/00 - Video games and tv are idols, throw them out. When you have God you don't need that stuff. No more- just scriptures, book goal, job, or seeking Lord. Fill time with good works. Devote my time to Jesus. 1/10/03- Realized I felt Holy Spirit because of humility- admitting sins and weaknesses and recommitted myself to Him. He loves me for the good I've done and righteous desires though I have not done that much. Sin no more. Work for God. God made me wise because I asked and they took no thought to ask Him. Influence people for good. Just get out there and help. Because the devil sought to destroy me, He will bless me. As I was hated of man so will I be loved by God. Jesus loves me and helps me because of my weaknesses. Felt Spirit- he has seen my sacrifice (fasting). 11/6/032- Scorning or making fun of others is a form of hate/sin. The angry scornful spirit is sin.. Compliment good points instead of sarcasm. Chapter 14 How to heal 1/5/03- Apply the spirit formula. Fast a couple of days- be fasting when get there. Ask if person being healed has anything to repent of. Then tell them to just confess and forsake their sins in their mind to God and pray that He will send inspiration to help them correct their behavior. Ask them to think of the best way they can to correct any bad behavior- try to repent- that is enough. Ask him to repent/ forsake the best way he can. Whisper Jesus, tell people there to think on Him (Jesus). Say, " In the name of Jesus Christ arise and be healed," or, "Jesus heals you," or, "in the name of Jesus I command any devil to come out; Jesus help me. Come out in the name of Jesus". Read the scripture, "... with his stripes we are healed". Say, "believe and claim the promise- God can't lie". Must be filled with the Word and Spirit to be healed. Remember that where 2 or 3 are gathered in His name He will be. Whisper Jesus to call in His presence. He is the one that heals. Whisper Jesus until his presence is felt. Say, " in the name of Jesus Christ, I command any devils in your stomach to come out in the name of Jesus; help me Jesus. Come out you devils, come out of him (or come out of me now),"or, "in the name of Jesus arise, Jesus heals you/ makes you whole". Fast 2 days and be fasting while healing. Remember the scripture, "greater works than these shall you do.." Say, "I claim the promise" Let the Glory fall (maybe 5 times). Let the glory of Jesus and the power of Jesus fill the room. Dedicate your life in some way to His service- serving the sick and afflicted, feed his sheep. Say you are healed/ being healed to show God your faith- praise Him before and He will heal you after. 7/11/03- Being sick and afflicted can cause a Spirit overflow from God (his love and sympathy). 7/16/03- Caught in cycle of hate- need to love. Don't be selfish and manipulative, be loving/ considerate. Plead my case- my problems- but will love people. Applied the spirit formula and thought, "I believe and receive my healing from Jesus,"- the Spirit from Jesus coming into me and healing my eyes (visualized Spirit going to my eyes after coming from Him (Jesus) to me through my chest to eyes and healing quickly- white power healing body tissue. Visualize your healing taking place- maybe white cells engulfing infected black cells. Healing- thought of when I feared the Lord and testified. Prayed- "heal me God. I will give thee the credit not myself". Then pictured white eating away at black sickness. Then thought of scripture, "fear the lord and depart. It shall be health to thy navel and marrow to thy bones.'' then prayer again. Sometimes I will think- I believe that thou canst if thou wilt. And thou wilt because thou always hast (His will has always been to heal those that ask). I claim the promise, ".... for with his stripes we are healed". You can deal with pain in the same manner. You must have faith/purity/virtue. Thy temple not mine- I must not let evil lust or devil into mind as a result of lustful sin -conquer evil- animal (body) beat it into submission. You must proclaim how blessed you are for your healing not how much pain you feel to have true faith. Purgement of sin is usually a given first for healing. 6/2/99 Remember- fight my #1 weakness with 75% of energy/ time. If I just remembered everything- (all inspiration I've been given so far) I would be a success in life- and that's not even counting the inspiration I will get. I'll have to thank those who helped teach me, supported me, preserved me, and softened the hearts of my enemies. I have the ability to be inspired by the Holy Spirit to receive more inspiration/ commandments. With the Holy Spirit I am 100 percent more intelligent. Why do I sin against God still? If I learn to love others and get them to love me Christ will love me 6/12/99 Inspiration- if you want it bad enough you can get it- you can know if anything is true. There isn't anything you can't do with the Holy Spirit and God. Desire is very key in this life. The main message of the bible and all prophets even Jesus is to deny yourself and take up your cross and follow Him. I want to be a symbol/example of purity, the purest, even fanatically pure. I must abandon my thoughts and turn to the Lord and there is hope. Christ's blood is on my hands- I will accept my punishment humbly. I need to give up all earthly desires. The greater you are the more you suffer, for glory in heaven. Give up my intentions and think of God's intentions. Yearn for the scriptures. A scripture controlled my thoughts in the right direction- thinking about how to have the Spirit all the time. Only through God's way will I win happiness- not by satisfying desires of the flesh. It's just a matter of bearing enough grief/ reproach of Christ/ fasting before he forgives you. I see myself only getting stronger in the ways of the Lord. Be noble to be justified and then watch miracles happen. Do I wanna follow life or do I wanna follow death? With God all things are possible, even purging myself from fleshly lusts. Look for hope and commandments in scriptures. Have patient continuance in well doing- not serving lusts of flesh but serving and trusting the Lord. Worthiness leads to peace, glory, honor, desires granted. Doers of the law not hearers will be justified. Be fervent with scriptures- they are treasures. Mortify the deeds of the body-put away fear and childish things. Go to church for God, get a job for God, think already- to the path of success. Change in brain gives me more courage- from praying for it. More courage- no fear of people and what they may say. I've changed myself, but not me the Holy Spirit. From one level to a higher level. It's fascinating.. There's one condition it's all based on right now- not sinning- thoughts controlled. Thinking out loud helps- asking questions out loud. Give up my life/desires is key to keep his commandments- tithing/church/etc.. The only thing that matters is how much faith you have and person being healed. 7/1/99 Don't suffer myself to be overcome- weeping may endure for a night or a year or two years if don't have a companion, but joy cometh in the morning, the dawn of a new beginning. If I endure it well- this small time- I will be exalted on high. Remember the scripture- "if any of you lack wisdom..." You will always be displeased not working Realized I have anger because of rejection/ dumbness which gets me down. Don't be cynical or complain- it's evil- like whining about life being unfair; just don't do it. Obsess myself with being the right person. Don't be afraid of rejection after rejection. Your desire is stronger than fear. What anybody says doesn't matter. Everyday do something to change your circumstances- to make them better- try and fail at activities. I'm ready, I have a little wisdom and I know how to learn from th Spirit, so go all out for goal. I have nothing to lose. I'm not going to see these people again probably so go all out despite rejection. Desire overrides and will be what wins the prize for me. Learn at night from mistakes by analyzing with the Spirit. This desire for companionship will motivate me to be social. I'm ready to come out of shyness shell and expose myself. Why can't I change my desires back like they were- "I pray that thou would give me righteous desires, Lord, not of the flesh but church, service, and love . Please soften their hearts. There's just too many lies/ balogne and ignorance in this world for me to trust in what man says. I don't trust what man says- that's just the way I am. I finally figured out why I didn't want to get close to anyone or why I feared people getting to know me- its because I knew they wouldn't like me once they saw my simple minded and confused state, but I'm not afraid anymore because I can feel love/show love now. Whatever decision I make with the Spirit will be the right one because the Spirit will influence it- will help me accomplish it. I need to volunteer work/ service because, "he who is compelled in all things the same is a slothful and unwise servant". Spread my wisdom- the wisdom God has given me. I know I need to purge myself of fleshly thoughts, "only help me to know how, oh Lord". The key is diligence- He's not so concerned with how fast we go as he is that we endure and be patient because when we see Him and live with Him our progression will multiply much fatster. Pebble by pebble, good deed by good deed. Love the Spirit more than quenching thirst. Some things are more easier in this life for some people than for others- going to church, etc.. Don't be afraid of not having the Spirit- just do something good to please and feel the Spirit. You will suffer wrath for a time for unrepented sins to be perfected. That's why it's not mandatory to be perfect but to have plenty of good works and diligence. Don't be overcome by sin until death or kill someone else or adultery. Stand pure with God and Zion- the pure in heart. rest of church. This life is nothing, just a hop, skip, and a jump, so just endure it well. Don't turn a minute into a lifetime. Be virtuous/ pure and overcome lusts of the flesh. Just overcome lusts of the flesh and do more good works to poor and goals. Mighty prayer+ the prayer of faith+ inspiration to overcome= an instrument in bringing souls to Christ. Satisfy afflicted soul, ask for the Spirit of prophecy, and charity. I have come to the conclusion through horrifying first hand experience that any sexual act done without the express intent of procreation is evil carnal and devilish. Even within the bonds of marriage anything in excess of that is gross sin. Why this is not more fully explained to us humans I know not why, except that if we were knowingly to sin in this way the results would be catastrophic for nearly all mankind. . He that is rejected of men is accepted by God. I'm going to have a mansion in heaven if I take my licks and suffering in this life and am humble. Not caring as much about job as I was about sharing how I was "blessed' led to God talking to me again through the Spirit- fear God, not man. Vocally praise God and witness to people and doors will be opened to you. Greatness comes after absolute purity. The degree to which you abstain from earthly lusts is the degree to which you become great. When you praise and talk about God to others the windows of heaven and inspiration open up to you. Preach against hate. Speak your love and concern for others as Jesus taught, not hate.. Chapter 15 What's my motivation? In this chapter I've included a few quotes or wisdom that I've heard or read that have helped to motivate me. My main motivation has come from applying the Spirit Formula and God as I have discussed before, but I have had inspiration from other sources as well. A great author and motivational speaker who has had an influence on my life is Tony Robbins- the way he explains the principle of avoiding pain and gaining pleasure (the motivation for all human decision) has really had a positive impact on my life. In his book "Awaken the Giant Within" Tony Robbins talks about a woman who told herself she would eat a can of Alpo if she snacked too much. Every time she would get a craving for food she would read what was contained in the Alpo can. She lost all the weight she wanted to with the "Alpo technique" The only way to change our behavior is to link massive amounts of pain to the unwanted behavior and massive pleasure to a replacement behavior. We'll do more to avoid pain than gain pleasure. Here's another journal entry: 8/16/99- Eureka, I finally got it - this is what I've been praying for. I prayed to be led to a book that would teach me how to change some of the bad habits and sins that were holding me back and I found a book called "Awakening the Giant Within" by Tony Robbins. The pleasure/pain principle of "The Science of Neuro-associative Conditioning" that he talks about in his book is what I've needed for so long. Everything we do- or the motivation for human behavior- is to avoid pain and to gain pleasure. I've been thinking intellectually to stop a physical animal. A physical animal (my body) understands only physical punishment. Visualized telling myself I would have to eat a can of gross Alpo dog food of I did a bad habit and my mind stopped thinking about the bad habit immediately. I also used raw eggs, dunking my head in water, and putting rubber band on my wrist and snapping it everytime I had a bad thought. I use candy bars to get up- I tell myself if I get up now I'll get a candy bar, or if I stop thinking a bad thought I get one. If you don't control the animal, the animal (your body) controls you. The body has a mind of its own. If I don't get out of bed I pour water on my face. Also I use pizza for a reward for job hunting, etc.. 7/24/99 John Grey is another author that has some good ideas about success and motivation. I also learned how to release my negative emotions that were holding me back from his book, ":How to get what you want and want what you have"- he explains it really well. The following are some of his ideas about success and motivation in his book: John Grey talks about how being successful is getting what you want and wanting what you have. You should be confident you can get what you want and motivated to do so. Ask God for more inner guidance- it could lead you to where you should go. You have to ask for inner and outer success- you need to ask for it, or you don't get it. When you pray, God only does the part you can't do. A hungry man appreciates the simple things in life. We all have love tanks we need to fill: love of peers, friends, fun, family/ parents/ counselors, God, intimate relationships, and dependents. Keep filling up those love tanks- as soon as one is full fill the next- don't get stuck on trying to fill just one tank or you feel unfulfilled. If you find someone who needs you your depression will be lifted- giving love and making a positive difference in someone's life. Remember your partner (spouse) is from another planet. Failure is necessary to achieve success. You have to want outer success until it hurts, then release negative feelings and heal it to feel happy. The world won't believe in you until you believe in yourself. Actions and desire lead to more actions. After trying everything, you give up and God will help you out. Focusing on too much of inner (spiritual) fulfillment will block your outer (physical) success. Keep wanting what you want- don't stop believing- trust that it will come- hold on to that feeling. Focus your attention on what you want not what you don't want and things will go your way. The universe responds to desire. What you desire is what you get. If you believe you can get it, you will. Instead of thinking about people who resist (dislike you), think about people who love you. 90% of what you get done is from thinking, while only 10% is from actually doing. Focus on what you do want. Success breeds success. If you focus your attention on the thought of not wanting to wait, the more waiting is what you get. Experience feelings you had as a child. If you feel unlovable now go back in your mind and feel pain and then release it. The mind would like us to be powerful and successful. The soul would like us to be loving and happy. It's a waste of your precious time to get even- let go of revenge. To overcome procrastination see yourself doing it- beginning and doing it easily without effort and being happy and feeling good at both the begining and end as you complete it. Feel and release jealousy you feel to increase desire. Be happy for others' successes and wishing to have it too. The greatest pains in life come from withholding and not sharing our love. Sending anger back out to others keeps the cycle of hate and anger going. Think- you hurt me so I deserve more help from God despite and because of what you did. Ask yourself what you want to be happy and pay full attention on what you want. Feeling unneeded or isolated or lack of motivation means you need to look in another direction for love. What you need is always immediately available to you. It's better to fail than to not have tried. You have to believe in yourself for others to believe in you. If you clearly don't have an idea about what to do, do nothing until best solution arises. Behind your self-righteous judgments is jealousy. We put off because we believe we are not ready- courage is a muscle you have to move to get it going. You need to help yourself to have God's help too. The two greatest causes of suffering in this world are not loving and not doing what you want to do. Not being true to yourself is always worse than the pain of failure. Push yourself. Don't think, just do it. Or just keep visualizing yourself doing it- imagine feelings of relief and accomplishment when you're done. Fear goes away as you begin. Imagine or visualize you have achieved all of your goals. Appreciate the challenges that made you grow. Negative experiences can strengthen. If a butterfly doesn't struggle it won't ever break free. The ability to react to life's challenges grows wiith age. Change your point of view from what is wrong to what can we learn. Don't worry about what others think about you. Ultimately, people do what they think is the best thing to do. We need to forgive ourselves to be and feel worthy of good things. Success requires self love and worthiness. Learn from and grow from past mistakes to avoid repeating them. To the degree you fill her (your spouse) needs you make her happy. To the degree you love her (your spouse) you're eager to fulfill those needs. Odds aren't as bad as you think- only one love victory is all that is needed. Creative hours=profit. Success is a choice, deserve it. You're not wasting time if you're trying new things, new ways to success. It's all about persistence Put everything you've got out there. Visualize/ imagine yourself enjoying reward at the end when the going is tough. The following is from Dennis Waitley's book The Psychology of Winning: "Where there is life, there is hope. Where there is hope there are dreams. Where there are vivid dreams repeated they become goals. And goals become the action plans and game plans that winners dwell on in intricate detail.-Knowing that achievement is almost automatic when the goal becomes an inner commitment. The "Robot": The subconscious level of thinking is incapable of differentiating between a real success and a success imagined again and again vividly and in full detail. Winners dwell on and hold the self image of that person they would most like to become. They get a vivid clear, emotional, sensory, picture of themselves as if they had already achieved the goal. Visualize, internalize, realize. Success is not reserved for the talented. It is not in the high IQ, not in the gifted birth. Not in the best equipment. Not even in ability. Success is almost totally dependent on drive, focus, and persistence. The extra energy required to make an extra effort-try another approach-concentrate on the desired outcome-is the secret of winning. Out of desire- the energy and will to win. As Earl Nightingale wrote:- The strangest secret: We become what we think about most of the time. Losers live in classic style. In the land called Someday I'll. Winners live each day as if their last. Not in the future, nor in the past. And someday becomes now! Stop feeling sorry for yourself. If you are alive and enjoy some degree of health, you've got it made." Chapter 16 The Journey Begins 4/27/03- Goals /motivation- once you have the Holy Spirit you still need to make goals. Remember one in the hand= a hundred in the face (doors slammed in your face). Pray for courage to withstand rejection. Work toward Passive income versus trading dollars for hours. I'm going to go out and make it happen (achieve goals). Fast/ motivate myself, no time on fillers. Just go out and fail to succreed. 5/16/03- Problem is finding places. Read marked scriptures in Pearl of Great Price quickly after spirit formula for increased comprehension, imagination, and visualization. The scriptures will satisfy hunger. Read quickly through my marked verses in the Old Testament. Just started writing and inspiration came. 5/16/03- Felt the love of God and the presence of Jesus standing near me after I had some good imaginations of the heart and good desires expressed. I ask him, "why lovest thou me Lord", and he answered, "because you are after my own heart". Also He said, "I will make you my son. I love your heart". Speaking in scripture language. Caring only to please Him, pray to Him. I trust God that he will help me through the darkness in my life. I need to do so much to try to make up for sins of forgetfulness, lusts of the flesh; and spread gospel and wisdom. 5/23/02- Remember there is a price to pay to be with Him and to have His Spirit- through much sacrifice/ work; constant prayer and supplication- fasting from 12:00 Friday night to Monday at 4:00 for Spirit. I'm more concentrated on right things now- helping people, etc.. It is only through much sacrifice that we enter the kingdom of heaven. Those who believe these words will be blessed. Don't give up hope. I feel the impression, "I have shown you the way walk there in and be saved". 5/30/02- My heart is broken and contrite right now. In response to someone saying there's more to life than God I would reply, "He is the way, the truth, and the light and my life". I would work for Him all my days in whatever profession he chooses to repay him for the miracles/ and mercy He has shown me in my life. Do it; do service to man and God. He is the way- love Him and serve Him. I'm indebted to Him for my sins. I must share my testimony to the world. We have a savior who loves and walks among us. Be baptized and receive the Holy Ghost to give you comfort- His love/ mercy, grace, and wisdom . I think I have fallen short of some of the glory and good he had planned for me. Don't give up hope of doing great, "anything is possible to him that believeth". I can do great things right where I am by helping poor, etc.. Fear not, continue in righteousness and the kingdom is yours. 6/23/03- Perfect with God - fasted 1 more day to have His Spirit and scriptures in my mind/memory. You cannot love God if you don't love your brother. Son, you must take up your cross and be an instrument in His hands. He that is angry with his brother is in danger of his judgment. The real problem is your anger, anger leads to death. You must take up your cross in this life or the next; and the next life is a pretty long one. If you cannot love your brother who is in the likeness of Jesus how can you love God? This is wisdom- this life is a battle between the body and spirit. I am blessed for enduring torment of evil spirits. I am one with Jesus- my body is His temple.Giving into lust of the flesh makes you a temple of another. The spirit formula wears off the more you sin or are exposed to sin. After I was humble and showed no anger I felt the Holy Spirit overwhelmingly and Christ said, "'come unto me". Search the scriptures. I am but a vessel- He that is in me is greater than all. Respect and love, not hate and criticism. I trust in God not medicine. Spirit filled/ word filled- one with Jesus- perceiving thoughts- growing in humility, knowledge, and wisdom. It's back- the mind/wisdom and word of God and inspiration. God did this, Jesus healed me. The greater the problems (hated by men) the greater the anointing- the greater the reward for loving them. "The cruel man troubleth his own flesh." Show respect to others whether or not you like them. Treat others the same way you would treat Jesus- with respect and kindness not hatred and oppression. Spirit says to me, "read the Doctrine and Covenants and I will show you something". I received more wisdom and inspiration. If you wait a day or so unexpressed anger and humiliation is taken away from your heart if you have the Holy Spirit. Miracle mind of the Spirit came back. I talked to Him about a problem in the language of the Spirit and receive, "you would be a light to others with like weaknesses". Because I hate the world I am a man after His own heart like David. Whatever the devil does to me when I have the Holy Spirit teaches me, and makes me stronger/ wiser. I have a song in my heart, "Lord, my redeemer. Thou hast done so much for me". Remember, those he loves he chastens. I can cope with the Spirit's help.You can let Jesus take it or let it build up. 7/1/03 - Felt Spirit say one time after I thought about a time that I had cried mightily to Him in prayer, "He didn't answer to test my love/loyalty". Felt Spirit after I read the "feed my sheep" scripture and was rewarded with inspiration. Had visions of visiting sick and afflicted and feeding His sheep. Inspiration from Spirit received- tv is an idol and lust- throw out idols. Felt Jesus's presence again and gratitude/ love for all my blessings. 7/3/03- I don't care what people say about me. Because God has a glorious ending for me (a plan). If I stay the course (visit sick and afflicted) and have a diligent hand. I like Spirit filled hymns and scriptures on tape. I need more care for God. I'm closer to God in my afflictions. When I am afflicted with bad dreams or tormented I gain his sympathy/love/help. Think nothing for myself but for others- sick and afflicted, poor, give service to widows and orphans. The only thing that matters is His love/favor/help. Nothing feels as good as being pure/clean innocent before God. I have no desire for tv. The following is a paper I wrote for work: Respecting your fellow coworkers 101- I usually don't like to come down hard on people, I would rather live and let live, but there is a problem I can see that its getting more serious and we could all use a little help with it. One of the basic lessons of life is learning to respect all people of all nationalities, shapes and sizes, backgrounds, personalities, and intelligences regardless of their position in the company and treating them with respect, fairness, and decency. To quote an ancient proverb that holds true even today, "The cruel man troubleth his own flesh," and also, "That which you send out only comes back to you.." People who try to destroy or put down others are only destroying themselves. Losers find fault and criticize. It takes a winner and a winning attitude to appreciate and reward those who are good at what they do and who put in the extra effort. Every human being deserves to be treated with a certain amount of respect and decency. We must not believe lies. We must all recognize the value of human life. We need to respect that people are trying to do the right thing and help them do better rather than judge or criticize to destroy or put them down. We must learn to respect others even if they don't have the title of supervisor. Until we learn to treat others with respect and fairness we'll never get past square one in the game of life. Fault finding stems from jealousy or dislike for another person which stems from a feeling of inadequacy. We're adults now and we have to learn to get along with people in the workplace even if we don't like them because of physical or personality characteristics. It's time to take a stand against tyranny, favoritism, abuse of power, and injustices in the workplace. Instead of finding fault with others we should look at ourselves so that we can become the best we can be and achieve our potential. Finger pointing or finding fault in others is actually a bigger or greater fault or sin than faults you can find in someone else. If we spent as much time on improving ourselves as we do on criticizing and finding fault in others we would be much better sales people and employees. God given inspiration- If you don't suffer fools, God won't suffer you. This attitude of rejecting those who aren't as smart as most is prejudice. Those who make others with different or lower intelligence levels (or anyone who is different for that matter) suffer, they will suffer and feel the pain that they have caused others in the next life. Prejudice is a form of hate no matter what type of person it is directed at- and hate is evil. We must preach against hate and teach people to love and treat everyone with decency, fairness, and respect no matter the personality, intelligence level, color of skin, etc.. This book was inspired by God. Anyone with an open searching mind and the Spirit of truth will eventually recognize the truth when they see it. This book may be revolutionary- it may or may not have an effect on the world as we know it, but one thing is for sure it has the power to affect and change lives by leading them to the Holy Spirit. I have seen and witnessed the change- searching and questioning people become wise and confidant with direction, a destination, and hope. What people need is God. Apply the Spirit Formula, you might just find God and spiritually begin your life. The best benefit is increased intelligence and preservation/ favor. The Second is flood gates can be opened and inspiration you never would have thought of otherwise given and an endless flow of inspiration and guidance for your life. Keep a journal; a man who writes a journal of his thoughts or inspiration from the Spirit leaves a legacy.
