TMTOUCH is the latest digital cellular network service and product of Telekom Cellullar Sdn. Bhd. Telekom Cellular was established in September 1996 and its service, TMTOUCH was launched later in the same year.

TMTOUCH operates on the second generation GSM technology based on the 1800 frequency spectrum. The system offers benefits such as greater security, better coverage both indoors and outdoors, superior speech quality and clearer transmission, greater capacity and data transmission capabilities.
