The Baseball season is over and congratulations are in order. No we're not talking about the Yankees. It's time to crown our first ever BASEBALL CHAMPION:

On the gridiron, the Blood Devils continue to hold the top spot, but the West Virginia Mountaineers are on the move. Meanwhile, the P'cola Playmakers and Frederick Cowboys are hanging tough in the top four.

However, the team on the move is the Underground Cave Slugs . Moving up seven spots since our last newsletter, the Slugs have become serious contenders since starting late in week 2.

Unfortunately, the SINKING FASER THAN THE TITANIC AWARD for this month will have to go to team Superjew for going down faster than a cruise ship with a whole in it. These guys fell all the way from third place at the start of the month down to eighth at the finish. Hey Superjew, make some trades. It might help you compete. Sadly, you DO NOT win a copy of Titanic for this prize.

Many teams seem to be having trouble by taking players on teams who have a bye week. To check the league schedule and avoid this, go to the Football homepage.

Fantasy Hockey is a little small this season, but here are the standings:

  2. Pittsburgh Penguins = 111.5
  3. Frederick Thrashers = 100.0
  4. Moshville Blackdeath = 51.2
