The preseason is over, so it is time to put up or shut up for the second year of BUDWISE95's Fantasy Football Challenge. If you haven't yet signed up, this is a semi-private division in a FREE league maintained by CNN/SI. Additionally, BUDWISE95 updates a page solely for this division available at:

All participants play for fun (and of course bragging rights). Here are the 1999-2000 division members:

A number of teams return from last season including defending champion coach "Lucky" Legge, now with the P'cola Playmakers. Coach Legge is letting out no secrets concerning this season, as he has not even made his roster choices.

Also returning are last season's runners-up the West Virginia Mountaineers. The Mountaineers came on strong in the playoffs last year, but fell just short of the overall season title. They will also be accompanied by the returning Blood Devils and Remington Rams. The Devils dominated both basketball and hockey over the past few months and are hoping for a strong finish in the baseball season. Meanwhile the Rams are hoping to bounce back after a tough start last year. Also coach Greenberg of last season's DA SKINS is back with his team Superjew.

Several new teams have already signed up, including the Dalmatians out of Bedford, PA. Meanwhile, Super Negros, Omega Dogs, Goldstar, The Whovians and Team Frostburg have not yet e-mailed in to say who their coaches are.

If you are the coach of one of these new teams, please reply to this e-mail or send correspondence to budwise95@hotmail.com and let everyone know who it is they are trying to beat.

Also, be sure to talk some trash in the Board Room. A specialy designed message board available for any team that thinks they are the team to beat. Just click on the Board Room to see posted messages and to post one of your own.
