The Big Bucket O' Miscellaneous Humor is one of the best collection sites I have come across.
Some people might not find TheSpark.com to be funny, but I do. It's got all kinds of off color humor, quizzes and interactive toys!
Dennis Miller Live is one of my favorite shows. In fact my friends and I used to cut pictures out of the NY Times during government and economics and re-caption them like on The Big Screen.
