3. SUPER VILLIAN-NESS: Handy is the Human Ton's hand puppet. An evil hand puppet is bad enough, but put him on 2,000 lbs. of pure nasty and it's an all-evil slumber party! Handy also likes to read, which is a fine thing for all boys & girls to do...but it's just plain twisted for a hand puppet!
4. THE BAD PLAN: Handy and the Human Ton, conspiring with this century's greatest criminal mastermind The Terror, helped take over The City by capturing the Mayor. But, luckily Arthur was able to defeat Handy by removing him from The Human Ton's hand and stomping on him, over, and over, and over again
