Appearance: Dangerously attractive, medium-long length dark hair, tall. She often wears a dark cloak with a large hood to conceal herself and her face, and she has a way of remaining unseen and unnoticed when she wishes so. When she wishes to be noticed, she dresses for the occasion.

Personality: Very no-nonsense personality, a bit harsh even. She prefers to keep silent and does not discuss her personal life or past. If you cross her, you may consider yourself passed on to the next plane of existence. Fiercely loyal to Psi Corps. Also very devious and manipulative. She has a very aggressive side, which she fights to keep under control. Usually, she seems impassionate and impersonal and even a bit cold. She is known for her extreme cruelty during interrogations and her ability to manipulate almost anyone into doing her wishes. Nilani is the type who, as a child, probably enjoyed target practice with live animals. She is nicknamed "Nil" because of her ability to remain unnoticed (seem like "nothing" ) and because she leaves nothing unfinished and nothing to trace the work back to her.

Interests/Hobbies: Psi Corps, combat - she is a very skilled fighter, observation/spying, assassination.

Previous History: Started doing "dirty work" for the Psi Corps when she was 16. She's infiltrated several governments on the Psi Corps' behalf, including Earth and the Centauruum. She also was part of the team sent to Vol'Indi to assist the Telapthic Union set up its re-education programs of the Volkune telepathic population based on Psi Corps' policies. Nilani leaves a long trail of deceased ambassadors, government officials, and other dignitaries, both human and alien. When she first joined Psi Corps, she was one of a handful whose Psi rating was successfully increased under extreme laboratory conditions. This information, however, is known only to a handful of people who are her superiors. She has a personal score to settle with Captain Kaileane O'Brien, an escapee from those same laboratory experiments that increased both of their Psi ratings.
