After the departure of the EA Victory and the LSC Vol, the station attempts to return to some semblance of normality.
Sairenn has chosen the opportunity to return to Minbar as allowed by the Council to bid farewell to her family and friends following her exile from Minbari society.
Tirest has left his post as Chief of Security to take his post on the LSC Vol as second in command, the post vacated by Kat Creala upon his promotion to Captain of the flagship vessel.
Kevin Torquemada has taken up V'thtashi's offer to visit her home temple to reverse some of the damge incurred as a result of the exposure to the telepathic dirges of the Klande.
The Klande and Thude refugees were offered to relocate to an isolated star system on the agreement that they never go beyond the boundarys of the system. Various members of the Allied Races have sent vessels to the area to ensure the security of the system until satellite installations can be put into operation.
Following the tragic events put in motion by the appearance of the Klande and Thude, Earth Alliance has sent representatives to re-evaluate Pax Station. It is their intention to re-take control of Pax now that it has become a central focus of negotiation and power. Their opreative remains unknown, but someone is sedning transmission to an undisclosed location in a nearby sector.
The current mission is to locate the source of the transmissions and to determine how much Earth Alliance know about the operation of the station. It is the desire of Pax Station that it's underground facility remain secret to prevent other organsiations from taking advantage of the strategic value of such a powerful weapons system.
We welcome our newest member, Tzipora. She is a practical joking Minbari religious who joins Pax as a relief to the Minbari who are stationed on Pax. Who will be the next victim to suffer from her pranks and jokes?
Pax Mission De-Brief
Congratulations to this month's De-briefer, Kevin A Torquemada!
The chaos caused by the refugee aliens was over, and the perpetrators of the offenses were given back to a large cruiser of their species. But, as things are in life, the action never stops on Pax VII. The departure of Tirest of Vorune, Pax's respected Chief of Security, was balanced out by the arrival of two new members to the station's manifest: Tzipora, a Religious cast Minbari trained in healing and equipped with an odd sense of humor, and Kethric Wilcox, a Psi-Corps doctor gifted with the power to heal minds.
The arrival of these new officers heralded the search by all of the major governments of Pax VII. Rumors of the hidden base, which contains Pax's planetary defense system, had spread like a wildfire. Lt. Commander Lanzeckii Orinari quickly hid the base from any scans, modifying the stealth capabilities of Minbari fighters to cloak the base.
While Captain V'thtashi Harun de' dealt with the arrival of a rowdy group of unknown aliens and constant bombardment by alien diplomats, Wilcox made a loud entrance, using a mastery of speech to deter an assailant and impressing Tzipora with a display of his unique mind-healing powers.
Tzipora early on displayed her gift of humor, but this happy outlook faded suddenly when she received a garbled telepathic distress cry from Wilcox, who had been taken prisoner by criminals who had escaped from Pax's makeshift prison.
Coinciding with the doctor's capture was the arrival of a transport from Vol'Indi which carried two important passengers. One was Kevin Torquemada, the Psi Corps agent assigned to Pax VII, who had returned fearing that Wilcox would report the presence of the secret base to the Corps; the other was Robund, V'thtashi's brother, who had vital information concerning Pax's security.
Even as Robund reported to V'th the suspected presence of a top agent of the DRAGG terrorist group in the station, Torquemada located and freed Wilcox from his convict captors... momentarily. Both telepaths soon found themselves working together to escape, but their arduous attempts were unsuccessful. In the end, both were beaten unconscious by the brutal criminals.
Tzipora and a large security force traced the distress cries of the telepaths and captured Tom O'Bedlam, the DRAGG leader who had masterminded the breakout of the convicts and the capture of a large portion of the station.
Through prayer, a number of Christian Scientist followers helped Wilcox regain full health, and the doctor, in turn, used his power to heal Torquemada. The station's crew waits patiently for the next imminent disaster to arrive.
