Appearance: T'Mar is a quiet respectable leader. He is a priest in the Volkune religious order who also happens to be a powerful telepath.

Personality: T'Mar tends to be reserved around those he doesn't know well. He loves to meet new people and make friends however. He is willing to do almost anything for someone he considers a friend. He also tends to defend his friends if others treat them badly. T'Mar is very outgoing and a bit of a party animal when with groups of his friends. He tempers his love of life with religious conviction.

Family: T'Mar's father was an officer in the Space Defense League until very recently. He managed to amass quite a fortune with some very good investments. He has since invested his money in the new opportunities of space merchant. He is quite adept at wheeling and dealing especially with the aid of T'Mars telepathic mother. T'Mars are also astute politicians. Both adept at playing the political game when necessary.

Interests/Hobbies: T'Mar has studied about other races for many years. He feels it gives him good insight into dealing with other races. He has also studied the various techniques of Minbari telepathic abilities. He is also a student of various techniques of physical and mental aptitude.

Previous History: Rose through the ranks of adepts as a wise and valuable counsellor, a teacher in various techniques of religious beliefs as well as telepathic abilities. Once taught Prima Vol children before Rron's predecessor ascended the throne. Following the discovery of the heir-to-be, bourne by V'thtashi Harun de', Royal Consort, T'Mar has been chosen to serve on the Regency Council until the child is of age (usually about 13 in Volkune society).
