Aside from the tutorials in this site, there are still other sources of help you could go to for help on GeoCities. But please use the methods below only after you have gone through the tutorials in this site.
1. If you are having problems with the GeoCities site itself or a particular GeoCities utility, the System Status page is the first place to look. By going there, you'll know whether the GeoCities technical team is working on the site or a particular utility as well as when such work will be finished.
2. You might want to go to the GeoCities Help Guides.
3. Your fellow homesteaders might have encountered a problem similar to the one you are currently having so they might have answers and tips for you. Interact with them via the GeoCities Help Chat or Help Forum.
4. You might want to e-mail one of our community leaders, homesteaders who volunteer their time to answer GeoCities-related questions as well as to ensure that all homesteads conform to the GeoCities Content Guidelines. Our community leaders are friendly, competent and well-trained so don't hesitate to ask them questions.
- We now offer a search engine that allows you to find the community leader who is the expert in your problem or concern.
- If you have difficulty writing in English, you might want to contact a bilingual community leader who is competent in your native language.
