This is the first edition of the paper, sorry no yellow journalism yet, just this here stained page The format and content is subject to rapid change though as I have my ear to the wall listening to the squeals of joy and such from the flimsy tent walls of the town. Since this is still a frontier town on the edge of the world, there is a fluttering, filmy cloud obscuring the vision of it's founders. And there are no addresses as such, hard to locate the abodes of the many here.

Mr. Bill S our city manager has yet to issue any ordinates as to the laws that will be strictly enforced within a 5 mile radius of this town, nor has any law officials been appointed or volunteered, after all I for one would not want to see any criminals come around here and murder me in me crib for whatever reason. Also we certainly wouldn't want to see anyone trying to install any type of plumbing, except water lines. Where's the well anyway by the way? Was not meant to live on Pee alone!!

Nominations have also been opened for DL, AB, ET. AL Council Persons, I for one Nominate Rolf as a DL Council Person, please submit any other categories that need to be addressed. People we need your help in these matters we don't want a crocked government do we??

Well folks we're off and running, I've cranked up this here ole press and managed to find enough used disposables lieing around near the dump to put out first special issue, feel free to make yer selves at home here and look around, but please remember that this is your paper and it won't get much better with out the support, readership and submissions of our residents. Do I hear alarm bells going off in my head or am I just dreaming this? Ah, alone at last with my press in tow along I go, to see the River Pee flow. Well, whatever floats yer boat babies, kids and parents of this here burg, we shall see what tommorow brings!
