The reason why I think this show deserves some recognition is that it is very different from other TV shows you watch nowadays. It deals with family issues with so much more depth and insight, and at the same time, not devoid of realism. The show revolves around the Camden family: Eric, Annie, Matt, Mary, Lucy, Simon, Ruthie and "Happy" the dog. Every time I finish watching an episode, I can't help but start thinking about my own family... whether my own family lacks certain things or qualities that can make it even more complete, and EVERYTHING.... The Camden family is the model I'd like my own family to be.
