What To Do?

Is the problem just her or is it more,
My thoughts are very foggy, I'm just not sure,
There was something before her,
Of a very different nature,
But there is still this,
And I dunno what to do.

I'm tired so can't think,
Yet my thoughts don't allow me to sleep,
I'm ill so I need sleep,
Yet my cough keeps me awake.

Help!
