WHAT'S MY LINE?

What's My Line? is a word/phrase game. Players don't need any client program to play, just a keen mind for phrases. The host will have a particular phrase in mind. It will be atleast 4 words long. the host will give one word of the phrase and all players can guess at the complete phrase. Then the host will give another word of the phrase and all players can guess again. Finally, the host will give a third part of the phrase and the players will have one last chance to guess the complete phrase. To score, you must give the full, correct phrase back to the host. Spelling doesn't count if the host can understand what you are mispelling. Players who guess correctly after the first clue will get 5 points. Players who guess the phrase after the second clue will get 3 points. Any player figuring out the phrase on the third clue will get 1 point. Players can only guess once per clue, only the first ESP per clue will be accepted. Please do not ESP comments to the host. If you have a question, please wait until after the last clues are accepted or ask an assistant. Here's an example:

...........................

The Host Asks for everyone who wants to play to send in a $ (dollar sign) and is notified that they are in the game.

...........................

The host gives the first partial phrase and players ESP what they think it is. In this example, the player guesses wrong.

...........................

The host gives the second partial phrase and players ESP what they think it is. In this example, the player guesses wrong again.

...........................

The host finally gives the third part ofthe phrase and players have one last chance to guess. In this example, Wert P Gumby got it correct on the third try and gets one point.

...........................

At last, the host counts down to the time out and then gives the answer to the Phrase/Line.
