Cebek the Australian Pink Tongued Skink

	Cebek is in fact my second Skink. The first was from the same clutch and her name was Isobelle. But she died after only a few days, seemingly part of the standard mortality rate of the species! As it was 5 out of the clutch died in a similar way. But I got Cebek soon after and he has gotten big and fat. He's not fully grown yet but he's nearly a year old. He eats snails and occasionally cat food. Being a lizard he needs exposure to UV or full spectrum light to prevent Calcium defficiencies. As it is he gets regular supplements (eith his cat food) and I take him outside on suny days to get some direct sunlight!
He's an incredibly messy eater! While he loves his snails he is known to get frequently distracted by snails other than the one he's eating. He will make a complete mess of a snail then run off to catch another, after he eats that he'll sniff around and eventually finish off any unfinished snails!
SNAILS!!! Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside!!! When the shell is too thick to crush he will carry it around and hit it off things 'till it breaks.. or until the snail gives up and comes out quietly!
