Origin: Pluto- Charon Kingdom- 978 AD The fighting began, in the garden, stirring the silence. A few screams heard, the clatter of swords- but not heard over the music from the ball inside. The violinists played, pianos chimed, the fighting grew worse. Princess Setsuna and Setsusami were dancing eloquently on the ballroom floor, spinning around in circles- almost like in a dream. At once, the happiness was broken as Guardian Helios Kinjar stormed into the room, bursting through the doors, letting out a cry, “Under attack! The palace, it’s under-” his speech was abruptly stopped as he fell to the floor. Minako Aino was standing behind him, a devilish smirk on her face- sword extended, and stained with blood, Helios’ blood. “You should know better than to fight back, Helios...if Endymion were here you wouldn’t have done that...lucky I finished him off...He’s on MY side now...” Raziel, at the time, was in the garden, fighting recklessly to win a losing battle... Setsusami, hearing that her close friend was killed, and worse, turned evil- Endymion, grabbing a sword from a nearby officer, lunged at Minako with wild swings- each being parried or blocked. Setsusami managed to get Minako out onto the palace balcony, thrashing as hard as she could with her skill, as Setsuna made her way from Helios to the balcony. She arrived just in time to see Minako’s sword impale her sister, and saw as Minako carelessly threw Setsusami’s body to the ground. “You have as much common sense as the mutt over there.” Minako stated...then glanced over to Setsuna- fighting behind were between the Plutonian/Timarians and Shadows. Setsuna drew the power of time and space, as a staff appeared in her hands. Minako knew what was going on and began her attack... Hours passed as they fought with all of their strength against one another. Then- in a lucky swipe- Setsuna gashed Mina vertically down her left eye. Screaming in pain, Mina returned the fire with her sword to Setsuna’s stomach- stabbing, then ripping the sword out to the right. They both fell. Setsuna woke up in a dark, foggy place. A few shrubs of trees, and a large eloquent doorway that was standing still- no walls. She looked around the baron abyss, and noted that her stomach was almost healed. She knew what was to happen, and a shadowy, dark figure approached her, and told her of her mission. “To not let a soul pass through time and space. To not let time be tampered with. To not leave this specific place. And never...never to stop time or fall in love- The penalty for such crimes are death.” Setsuna was told by Chronos...knowing her home was gone forever, she agreed, and stayed there- never aging (from 18) and no one to talk to. Mountain Region outside of Satan City- Victorian Home- 1679 AD Leaving the time gate to be called to fight, Setsuna left. She was sent to another planet she had heard of- Endymion’s planet- Earth. Setsuna acquired a large Victorian home, a large garden, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Most of all, she acquired Helios back- Time energy had allowed him to live. Helios had a new partner given to him- his sister(unknown to him for a few years as being his sister)- Himiko Efantaru. Setsuna, Helios, and Himiko lived in this house for a while, until she discovered all of the fighting the people on the vast planet- earth. She also discovered that being from the time gate- she could not age. Seeing the wars, she was destined and knew, and turned her home into a hospital, that was used throughout battles through the many years... The Same Place, Victorian home outside of Satan City- 2000 AD Setsuna met many people over the few years- more than she could count. She became friends with most of the fighters on earth- Ragnorak, who came and left, which left a mark on her respect towards him; Citan, who helped her get stronger through training, and an array of others she met along the way, taking them to heart as family. She continued keeping her home as a hospital. At this time, Himiko had been fatally injured in a battle, and passed away right before Setsuna’s close and loving friend, Darker, died. After his death, she felt there was something now missing in her life, but she couldn’t pinpoint it. Maybe it was there were 6 graves now...instead of four, or maybe it was something else...Now all that remained were herself and Helios...at least that’s what she thought... Until her lifelong enemy arrived- Minako. Again, the same place, 2004 Setsuna was in many battles- faced with the return of Minako. Four years of fighting made her stronger, but she missed all of her friends. Helios loosened up, and became more of a fun guy to be around. Something chaged in her life, though- Darker returned to life, and destroyed Minako. It was then that she realized how much he meant. Setsuna’s Hospital/Her, Darker, and Helios’ home, 2005 Setsuna and Helios are professionals in medical works, Darker retired from fighting, and they are all living happily. The occasional enemy makes their round- from demon birdhumans to Kitty Cat people. Around 2 in the afternoon, Setsuna sits at her computer, then gazes out her window, noting it getting darker in mid-day; stating, “An eclipse.” Sighing to herself and going back to her work, she comments, “I fear this happiness won’t last for long...” |
