Kakudai's Moves

Weak Ki

Regular Ki shot- From Satan Pistol.
Stun Baton- If charged, can stun opponent.
Net/Slug Launcher- The net can hold the opponent in place for at least 30 seconds. The Slug sticks the opponent to the floor or wall until the plasm dies out.
Blood Slash- Her P-Knife gives off a ki blast.
Concussion Rifle- A large plasma blast that can knock the opponent unconsious if hit by the plasma blast too many times

Medium Ki

Jackhammer Shot- From Shotgun.
Chain Link- Like Epyon's whip, can leave a NASTY mark on someone's body. The mark can track down the person and eventuallly weaken their power.
Domed Sphere- Once the shotgun or pistol are charged, it can form a domed shield around Kakudai, to protect her from any type of weak or medium ki attacks, though it can block two weak attacks and only one medium ki attack.

Finishers

Hand Cuffs- Once any of Kakudai's handcuffs slap onto the opponents wrists, they immediatly begin charging. Once the 10 seconds are up, the opponent CANNOT break out of the handcuffs, if they manage to do so, they automatically die since it's a finisher.
Progressive Knife Finisher- Once she charges her Knife, be warned. This finisher can slice anything in half once charged.

Weapons:

Satan Standard Pistol- An odd shaped gun, which uses ki blasts instead of bullets. Can be switched from stun to kill.
Clothing: Orange Bandana: On her Forehead Orange/Black finger cut gloves, Gold Couplets: To hold her gloves in place, Black/Violet Jumpsuit: Fits nicely over her skin, she wears it under everything else Blue/Black/White Skirt and uniform, Black Belt, One White Boot, and one Black Boot.

Story:
Kakudai grew up in a loving neighborhood, she had many friends and support. She went through school without any hassle at all, she even skipped most of highschool and went straight to Satan University. Where she excelled at chemistry and art.

Her childhood dream was being a police officer, she loved watching police shows and movies and now her dream came true, after graduating from college she enrolled in the Satan Police Acedemy. She is well liked in her squadron unit, and now is a scout. She now drives throughout the cities, scoping out crime, stopping it, and reporting it. But now things are difficult. People who hold this thing called, "Power Levels" are a threat to society. Many people have died because of these people who hold this power. Kakudai wishes to investigate these people and maybe use some of them to help stop crime rather than cause it.
