Lee's Moves
Weak Ki
Soul Threat- A beam of spiritual ki is fired, temporarily stunning the enemyHealing Light- This light ki, is amplified to heal people.
Psychosis Stop- This move enables Lee to stop ki in its place. Depending on his opponents power level, he might even be able to stop a finisher, depending of course on the fact that Lee is a LOT stronger.
Voidal Trans- Creating a void, Lee may absorb ki inside of the void. This works much like Psychosis Stop, on how it can be able to stop finishers. It can stop finishers if powered up for 15 seconds, for stronger people.
Faithful Persuasion- This move stops a persons thought patterns for 3 consecutive minutes, allowing time to recooperate, or power up, whatever Lee, or his ally, wants.
Medium Ki
Status Alive- This move is a statistic changer. It is mainly used on a positive effect, like cancelling out a status change (like poison effects). It is good for medicine.Light surround- a move which gathers the light ki around Lee, and fires down on his allies, giving them a health up. The less people this is used on, the more healing it may do.
Firing Squad- Taking the ki from his bullets he fires off a Renzoku Energy Dan, typed attack, firing off round after round. The strength of this depends on the bullet strength.
Holy Dimension- A ki is sent, making the person whom is hit believe they are in a beautiful, serene place, no one or thing around. It will last for 30 seconds, or until the person is hit. Whichever comes first.
Finishers
Infinite Space- Creates a void of extreme intrigue. The void swallows over the person sending them to a blissful death. The dimension they are sent to is holy and fantastic, but, there's no air, and a poisonous aura that seeps through the veins and pores of a person. It will kill within 4 seconds if in contact with a person.Omega Shot- The strongest move that Lee has. What happens is, he gathers ki inside of the two 9mm. Amplified by his power level, the ki grows, emerging into his hands from the 9mm's. He then fires off the intense ki in a large, shot that is insanely fast.
Forms
Seijen 1: (SJ1) Seijen is a form that all Dokujin can achieve. It just takes time and complete of mind. To gain this, one must have clarity of their way, and complete skill over their abilities. As you may have guessed, Lee has gotten this form. Power Level: 52,000,000Seijen 2: (SJ2) Second form to the ordering list of Seijen. Another, somewhat simple form. To gain this, one must have the same as SJ1 as well as the addition of a firmer belief in god. Lee recieved this form over time. Power Level: 185,000,000
Seiki: A holy form of chosen Dokujin. The form amplfies all the light power to its maximum, upgrading all other levels. Lee was a chosen one, granted this form, completely increasing the magnitude and power of his strength, defense, ki, even his guns are amplified even stronger.Power Levels: 72,000,000 as normal; 78,000,000 w/ Rihi; 185,000,000 at Seijen 1; 390,000,000 at Seijen 2.

Meaning of that names: Rihi translates into "Judgement of right (Ri) and wrong (Hi)"
Power Level: 3,000,000 per 10 bullets of ki, 6,000,000 when Seiki is summoned foward.
Details: The metal the guns are made of are Inryo Alloy B, as it is a strong as hell metal. The bullets inside of the guns are based on the ki in Lee. The stronger and faster Lee gets, the stronger and faster the bullets get.
Other Details: There is a tattoo of a cross along his upper right arm. There is also some scarring along his chest.
Clothing: A long trenchcoat like jacket, that is made of wool and cotton, extremely formidable. Under that he wears white khakis, and a blue long shirt.

Personality: Lee isn't evil at all, but nor is he good. His actions are very mysterious, and his objectives are also undetermined.
Story:
Lee Protes Shounin. A man of mystery, as the saying goes. Lee himself doesn't even know his history. He doesn't even know if Lee Protes Shounin is his real name. Growing up in an orphanage, with no insignia of his past except for a silver bracelet he has. The bracelet doesn't tell him anything though, that he can remember.
In the orphanage, Lee grew up under the teachings that his race were scholared in. The priest that headed the orphanage had taken a liking to Lee, taking him on as an apprentice as an Etone. Etone's are slayers of the wicked and evil, completors of holy acts, and completely accurate on missions. Lee took to being an Etone, superbly, completeing each objective with insanely high accuracy. Lee was taken in by priest Shounin, taking his last name, and being the son the priest never had.
When he was growing up, Lee grew a fondness towards fire arms. They excited him, on how unique they could be handled, and how each is different from others. By age 10, Lee had begun his training with two ki 9mm's, and within 2 years, was perfect at them. His ability to shoot was uncanny. He could, just about, shoot a fly off a cliff, 4 miles off. Due to his targeting, Lee has fantastic vision, and can sharpeye anything, with or without a sniper scope attached.
Lee has now taken on his newest objective, on Earth. Targetting an unknown foe. But this mission seems different then the others. Besides the insanely high powers on Earth, there is also a wide variety of chi. Lee's secondary mission is to stay, and maybe find out somethings about himself. He doesn't cause hassles with people, and is rather kind.
