It starts out (intro) with G, Eb7, C, G. The first G is just basically
holding the 3rd fret on the two high strings. The Eb7 is played on the G,B,E
strings on frets 3,2,3 respectively.
The verse starts with a G, then G/F#, then F, and the C. (They're all half
notes.)
Then over the part where he says "So where you going for tomorrw"
It's Bb to C. (They're both held for a measure each.)
The part where he says "And I feeeel it..." it's a little arpeggio where
he seems to walk down the bass line... DeLeo seems to do it alot.
and way (starting on the A string):

a- 5 3 2 3
And I Feel it.... (The "Feel" is on the same beat as the
beginning of the arpeggio)
