February '99 pics

My sister, Astrid, and her boyfriend, Arnaud, went skiing this Feb '99. Februrary was a really deadly month for avalanches (65 dead, and counting). This page is in memory of them.

On the brighter side of things, there was loads of snow everywhere, and even though many of the resorts were closed, Les Houches was apparently brilliant, with powder all the way!

Lucky them. I was at home working...great.
