Alexander James McLean

This flirtatious 20-year-old is considered the Romeo of the group. When he's not busy listening to his fave bands, such as Boyz II Men, Silk and old Motown groups, he enjoys writing poetry drawing, puppets and flirting up a storm. He's also a shopaholic and junk food junkie, who thinks McDonald's burgers are tops.

Brian Thomas Littrell

This 23-year-old native of Kentucky loves Nintendo and playing sports. He also loves scarfing pizza and playing the drums. He considers Brian Frick his best bud in the whole world. And he's not ashamed to admit that he's almost painfully shy around girls.

So he wears Gravity cologne to help him in the confidence department.

Howard Dwaine Dorough

Howie, who's the youngest of five kids, with sibs who are all in their 30s, loves the great outdoors and such activities as water skiing and racquetball. The self-described hopeless romantic also loves going to movies and dancing.

His favorite artists are Boyz II Men, Jon Secada and Bobby Brown.

Kevin Richardson

Kevvy, as he's known to his buds, is an accomplished swimmer and basketball player and is the comedian and ham of the group. Kevin, hwo is Brian's cousin, is very close to his parents and older brother, Harold.

When he's on the road, he admits that he misses his mom's cooking so much that she often sends him some of her homemade meals. His favorite sports are basketball and golf. And he admits to one nasty habit: He bites his nails!

Nick Carter

The baby of the group at 17, Nick loves Boyz II Men, Journey, Nirvana and Michael Jackson.

He also loves animals - (his family has three cats and one dog), and playing the drums. Because he's underage, he must be accompanied by a chaperone when the band is on the road. He has four sibs, two of whom are twins.
