By submitting the ad you have read, understood and agreed with the following:

The Swap Shop does not apply to people seeking penpals or e-pals.
The Webmistress is not liable for any unfinished trading.
The Webmistress is not connected to any trade deals that are made. It is only between the traders.
The Webmistress reserves the right to refuse any ad that are sent in.
The Webmistress will not post the price of any items that you wish to sell.
The Webmistress will not post ads that will violate copyright laws. (e.g. Recording of official home videos, ect.)
It is mandatory that you list your email address. The Webmistress or anyone wishing to answer to the ad, will not be able to contact you. If you do not have an email, you're able to attain one at MailCity.com
The Webmistress may not be able to fulfill the date length you requested to have your ad posted.
The Webmistress may delete the ad, before the date stated or whenever.
You may email the Webmistress with your password you have stated in the form, whenever you feel that you do not want your ad posted anymore, before the deletion date.
Contact the Webmistress if any problem occurs when posting the form.
