Internet friends I have met:
- #1:
ellen aka smurfette aka toxiquin
came to see me in vienna (july 1996) and then i visited her in guildford, uk (april 1997). last year we spent a day together (with tim and enchanter along) in london where she lives. nice to see you again, ellen! *hugs galore*
- #2:
márcia
stopped over in vienna (march 1997) and it was too short ... had a good time, especially up on the roof of the technical university, right?! *S*
- #3:
geert aka gangster
- my teacher! *bow* i got to meet him in rotterdam and amsterdam (april 1997) and we had a fun night out right?! and ladies: he may be shy in the beginning, but ... well, if you know the trick, he wakes up! *L*
the third time i met him the shyness had subsided so much i could hardly stop him from doing all these naughty things! *LOL*
or would you call that shy?! *G*
and in september 1997 he took me to de efteling, a wonderful dutch theme park - what fun!! :o)
our meeting in january 1998 was cold - a winter walk along scheveningen beach - but nonetheless really nice!
- #4:
juan
- the bjřrk fan fortunately found me at the rotterdam CS (april 1997) and we enjoyed running around for that video game for his nephew ... *LOL*
- #5:
jan aka funboy aka strawberry boy aka ...
got to meet him a few times, too - first in april/may 1997 in amsterdam, and it was 'gezellig', fun, special and just perfect! :) *hug*
the third time in july was at least the same! *hug*
the other times may have been shorter, but i still enjoyed your company!
- #6:
tim aka timsta
the next one on my list ... we spent queen's day together in amsterdam (april 1997). nobody has yet found out how to shut us up! *LOL* not then, and not at all the consecutive meetings in july, september, january 1998, august and october 1998.
sometimes tim is desperate enough to talk to FISH as he showed everybody in june 1997! *L*
we have had fun going out many a time, due to the talkative fish playing tennis in an aquarium, guys stripping on leidseplein, soaps in a london shop, tommy's singing and playing the guitar, and our jumping up and down on his bed (NOTHING naughty!!! *L*) ... i always enjoy being with you, tim, and hope to add another meeting to this list soon!!
and here's proof that we really, really and truly met! *G*
- #7:
tommy aka his royal qwerty
whom i finally met on a not so royal balconeeeee in september 1997 - ever since, i have been under his spell of royalty *LOL*
actually, i always thought there was some kind of etiquette at court but he managed to prove me wrong within a few minutes only! *L* and he also convinced me that apart from being an omnipotent regent his purpose in life is stirring meat ... and stirring meat ... and stirring meat ... *LOL*
i have seen him again in january 1998, and he actually COOKED for me, and let me ride on his bike, freezing halfways to death himself ...
he was a little less hospitable in october, but made up for that by misbehaving in public once more! *LOL*
- #8:
garry aka KiwiG
who let me stay with him and his charming family in cromwell, new zealand when i was there in february 1998. i was made to feel at home immediately, and i got so spoilt there, too!
the nicest thing garry did, was eating my chili con carne ... *LOL* nah, seriously: thanks for driving me to the west coast and thus giving me an opportunity to see places i would not have seen otherwise!
- #9:
mark aka enchanter
who inspired me to write a whole lot during our time together in australia as well as in europe in 1998. we had our good times then, but life is not always a smooth road.
- #10:
lotta aka lisa
who lives in a cold cold land far away beyond the sea ... has a cute daughter named emelie and a hungry playful dog called cookie.
i went to see her and stayed at her place for a few days in october 1998. since then we are not only net acquaintances or pen pals, but real friends, i am happy to say.
of course i am jealous because of kalle, but you ALWAYS get ALL the boys, so i am getting used to it! *LOL*
Back to the meeting point.
