Ticket Home
My ticket home has left me stranded. My presence of late, has been uncommanded. My usual charm and sophistication is gone; I can no longer be blamed accordingly. My silouette no longer softened. On walks all alone no longer often. I used to be moved by a romantic nature, but it’s gone; I can no longer be held responsible. CHORUS I’m finding it easy to be cold and effective. No effort involved if I’m unreflective. Who knows what I might do, I wish that I knew. It seems that I have lost my senses, Teetering on senseless fences. My feelings of ease and graceful balance are gone; I can no longer be blamed accordingly. CHORUS Don’t ask me why. I know I can no longer be... Don’t ask me why. I know I can no longer be... Don’t ask me why. I can no longer be held responsible. My timeliness has become outdated. My innocence has become frustrated. I need to be free of my expensive distractions ‘til they’re gone; I can no longer be held responsible. CHORUS
