I started queuing for the concert at half past two, although we knew thatwe wouldn't get in until half past six. When we finally did get in, there was a mad dash for the front row. Myself and my three friends made it to the front row and the evening kicked off. Travis were excellent, but the atmosphere was always one of "Hurry up and finish, we want Oasis".

When the lights went down and the "Be Here Now" curtain dropped, the crowd went berserk. The keyboard part from the beginning of the song "Be Here Now" played and a black man dressed in a green suit and top hat walked onto the stage. also on the stage were a giant red telephone box, the white Rolls Royce from the album cover and a bar from a bub with the Be Here Now clock above it. The man in the green suit walked to the front of the stage and encouraged the crowd, then pointed at the clock which was spinning backwards furiously. As the clock struck midnight, the man opened the door to the phonebox to reveal Oasis. The band walked forwards, Noel demanding the crowd shout and Liam sniggering to himself and pointing at the crowd.

They eventually opened with "Be Here Now" and went through other Oasis classics like "D'you Know What I Mean", "Magic Pie", "Live Forever" (dedicated to Princess Diana), "Supersonic", "Roll With It", "Some Might Say", "Wonderwall" (before which Noel played a short guitar solo before proclaiming "suppose I'd better stop pissing around"), "Don't Look Back In Anger", "Champagne Supernova", "Stay Young", "All Around The World", "Fade In/Out", and several others from the new album, before finishing with "Aquiesce".

During "Magic Pie", "Champagne Supernova", "Fade In/Out" and "All Around The World" a circular screen descended from the ceiling and a series of images were displayed on it, such as giant eyeballs, various unknown faces, a spinning globe, a rollercoaster and a message proclaiming "Oasis - The greatest show on Earth". Oasis were top quality, the vocals sounded like album quality and all five members were on top form. Although I couldn't hear, speak or walk after the concert, it was still the best gig I have ever seen.

SONGLIST: (The ones I can remember)
Be Here Now
Fade In/Out
Live Forever
Supersonic
Champagne Supernova

D'You Know What I Mean?
Magic Pie
Roll With It
Some Might Say
Wonderwall
Don't Look Back In Anger
My Big Mouth
It's Getting Better (Man!)

There may have been others that I can't remember. This list is not in order, although I can remember that they opened with Be Here Now, closed with Aquiesce and did Don't Look Back In Anger straight after Wonderwall.
