MOM 2 ALBUM

The upcomming CD MOM 2 (Music for Our Mother ocean) will feature an Offspring song. The song is yet to be announced but is a song that has already been released. This CD is the second one that has been released by the Surfrider Foundation in promotion of saving oceans. The first CD was a great success. MOM 2 will be out on Aug 26.

Surfrider, whose advisory board members include the Beach Boys, is an environmental organization that aims to protect and preserve the world's oceans and beaches. The first MOM album, which was released in July 1996, raised more than $200,000 for the foundation and featured tracks by Pearl Jam, the Beastie Boys, No Doubt, Jewel, and many others.
