Renewal of Membership

To renew your fan club membership, fill out an application form which is inside any of the HAPPY SWING pamphlets. Fill out the form like you did when you first applied (also giving them your FC number) and then circle "keizoku" (which means "continue/renewal"). (It's the 2 Kanji characters in the box below the box which says "GLAY Official Fan club [HAPPY SWING].")

Send this new application form with 4000 Yen in cash before the 20th of the month in which you joined. This annual payment is always due by the 20th of whichever month you first joined the fan club.
