I hold it all, that’s what I think,
they say I cant, and yet I try
for many years I sat and feared,
believing what they say, that I cannot have it all,
they think I need the world to be happy,
yet there is only one thing I need, one thing that could have made me happy,
I tried for many years, thinking I could do it, just maybe if I tried,
I never could, or at least I didn’t think so,
that all has become false now, for I did what wasn’t believed
that day I wanted the easy path, to just give up, but I could not, it was not me,
I had to try, because I knew it was my best, even if it didn’t cheer me up,
I tried to show him, with all my might, and he started to see, like I did, but neither could believe for our own reasons,
the reason I thought was because it wasn’t possible, how wrong I was,
I needed to use the skills I had, the ones that were strong, not those that needed practice,
I tried, to trust myself, that I did have that power, so I tried,
I had seen it in a dream to real to not be true,
so I tried, it was the best I can do,
those who don’t see it, are not truly my friends, they say they care,
but if they did a small mistake should not effect them,
yet it makes anger, and they force me to reject them.
if they want me to care, they have to care to, and I will work around there problems, and help them along,
I will use the power I found, it was my one wish, and I got it,
it was not given, it was earned, I did not do it alone, but I did do my best,
the best I can do is my best, all I can ever do is try,
I used to say this, and not believe it, but since I found my pure power I can,
you may think I could rule the world if I had pure power, but I don’t care if I could,
I can do whatever I want, but there is no more I need,
pure power comes from loving yourself,
I have found my pure power, I am all I ever wanted to be,
I never thought I could do it, but others believed,
they helped me see the way, the power that I had,
I have it now, I love myself, I have found pure power,
there isn’t anything I can’t do, for I have pure power.
