Surprisingly, I could not find a biography to this great band!
If you can find one, e-mail me here
And since I couldn't find a decent bio, here's one I made:
Let's Go Bowling is an 8 peice modern style 2-tone ska band from Fresno, California. They grew up listening to the 2-tone sounds of the Specials and Madness. They were young when they all started, and their music still is HUGELY popular by real ska fans everywhere. Although they remain to be 2-tone, their style of 2-tone is "modernized". No, they're not punk ska, and they haven't sold out. You can sense the soul and groove when you hear them play. When they first began, they opened up for bands like the Toasters. Since then, they've played with bands such as Reel Big Fish, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, Hepcat, Save Ferris, Dave's Big Deluxe, and many many other bands. Originally Let's Go Bowling signed on with Moon ska records. But recently, they left when they're contract expired. They then went on to join Asian Man Records. From there, they put out a GREAT live album: Freeway Lanes. It contains all their singles, plus more. It continues to sell well.
