To The Boatmy friend had been lucky enough to get bsb tickets. she told all the girls in our class at lunch that her sister and her friends and my friend and only one friend of hers could go. well i was dying to go. so was another friend of mine. we wanted to go so much that we were telling her we'd go as conjoined twins (a little weird huh but were talkin about BSB here!!!). then there was a slight bad part of that day. i got home from school and my sister told me that there was going to be a sleepover at the school for fccla called the lock in-the same night as the bsb concert. she wanted me to go so badly. i told her about the concert and she said "bsb? if it was nsync i'd go. but not bsb." i told her i didn't care. my friend who had gotten the bsb tickets was thinking also about going to the lockin rather then the bsb concert! i was like "ya know.....i'd rather go to the bsb concert rather then that lock in." then one day after telling her a million times not to go to the lockin and to go to the bsb concert and have fun with one of her friends, i told her AGAIN-"i'd rather go to the bsb concert tho..." then she said "well.......wanna come?" ****happiness rose up so high in me i could've blowed!**** i said "omg omg omg are you serious??? OMG!" she said "yep!" then i asked her "are you sure i'm not just annoying you so u said yes?" then she said "no. your my best friend and i wanna bring you!!" i thanked her a million times. my sister was acually happy for me when i told her that. weird.
anyway fast forward to 1 week later. my friend told me "delaine lets go to the lockin. i don't really wanna go to the bsb concert." i was crying inside so hard. and it was building up and starting to cry on the outside. she went and told the president of the fccla lockin group that'd she'd go to the lockin. i was heartbroken. i cried for days. then one day at lunch, she said to me "i guess my mom wants me to go to the bsb concert so we'll go i guess." she didn't seem to happy but again, i freaked.
the day of the concert finally came. i got ready quickly and freaked also. my friend now acutlly seemed happy about going. we were joking that'd we would make a sign that said "wheres aaron carter? did big bro nick beat him up?" hehehe. anyway we were also joking about wearing nsync clothes so that they would be like wtf? and put us on stage and ask.
when we got there, there was about 20,000 people. people started doing the wave. but we were on the floor so it'd look like bad if we did. it said no camera's on the tickets but i guess no one listened. everyone had cameras (hehe see sometimes its good not to listen to mommy and daddy now huh?) . the concert was awesome. nick KISSED THE CAMERA!!!!! i freaked. people were looking at me. out of 20,000 people there, we were sitting in front of two people at our school we knew well. what was the chance of that? weird.
after the concert. we saw camera people (this is outside now) so were like "OVER HERE OVER HERE!!!!!" course they came to us and asked us for our names and everything. i was freaking out and saying millions of times "can we meet them yet??!!" and "are you gonna be on tv?". after we got interviewed, we got too hyper. my friend and i went in the middle of the building and started singing a superstar song filled up with dances. people were looking at us but like we cared. we were on the news!!! we kept saying "you and me equal tv!!!!" and "be there at 6:00 channel 8!!" then said "it's ok.....were with the news!" like that t-shirt "it's ok....i'm with the band!" it's so cool. after we got home. my friend turned to me and said "i'm so glad i didn't go to that lockin. we smiled at eachother and went to sleep."
the next day **which was monday** we didn't have school cuz it was presidents day or something. we learned that dale had died (the racecar driver) and didn't believe it. but i'll tell you that bsb made a dream come true, and a night that i'll never forget. i'm now a big fan of them. i have over 10 posters of them in my room and 40 pics of them in my locker. i have bsb shirts, headbands, shoes that were signed by all of them, bracelets, pens, necklaces, earings, swimsuit, underwear stickers, teddy bears with pics of nick and all of them in it, picture frames of them, a bsb lamp, bedspread, and needless to say. my room looks like they're in it now....hehehe. so if your thinking of going to see a bsb concert. go. have fun. i sure did and I'LL never FORGET it. :) love ya bsb!
