º I saw a commercial for the new album! It just said "On Tuesday May 18..." (next scene)..."Dawning of a new"........(next scene) "Millennium". Then there was a picture of the guys on some couch(??). I don't know if it was the album cover or not. I doubt it. The weird thing was the background music was "Backstreet's Back." hehehe. It was actually a WAL-MART commercial. They added the little WAL-MART logo at the end. =+)

º I heard the new Backstreet Boys song, I Want It That Way, On the radio on Tuesday, April 6. They played it A LOT. They played it every hour in fact. Tarzan Dan, (the DJ) aslo gave info about the video. I will be posting an audio clip of what he said shortly. "It's like Armageddon vs. Backstreet Boys." (Nick)

º The Backstreet Boys new single "I wan It That Way" will be released on the radio April 12. Backstreet.Net has a clip of the song. I haven't listened to it 'cause i don't wanna spoil it. I'm waiting...trying to be patient, but it's hard! The songs has been getting excellent reviews from various DJs.

 

º The Backstreet boys have been nominated for 2 awards at the The 12th Annual Kids Choice Awards. They're up for Favourite Group" and "Favorite Song." Good Luck guys! You can vote for them here.

 

º The New Year's Eve concert that was filmed in Orlando will be available on CD. It will be released April 27th '99.

 

º On Wednesday, March 24th, I was listening to the radio (Toronto's KISS 92FM), and Tarzan Dan (the DJ) was hinting that someone had been staying at his house for the past 3 days and he couldn't say who it was until then because that person was leaving. He kept saying once you find out, you'll freak out. Now I was thinking "If it's not a Backstreet Boy, then I doubt I'll freak out." I didn't think it'd be a Backstreet Boy, but the person was....HOWIE! Yep. When I heard it, I was shocked and really excited! Tarzan Dan called Howie's cell for a last minute interview before leaving for the airport. It was cool. Howie said he enjoyed the cookies that Tarzan Dan's wife made and he'll be sure to mention them in the album.....I'm pretty sure he was just joking. It'd be cool if he DOES mention them though. =+) Oh yeah, any of you been to Fairview Mall? Well he was there on the Tuesday. =+)
