Synopsis :
The plot centers around the conflict between a mother and her son-in-law.
Kasim Selamat is a musician who is despised by his mother-in-law (Nyonya
Mansur). When Kasim's wife (Sabariah) gives birth to their first child, his mother-in-law deceives him by saying that his wife
has died. Nyonya Mansur then forces Sabariah to marry a doctor (Ismadi). The doctor operates on Kasim to
restore his eyesight, not realizing that his patient is his wife's husband.
