Welcome! This was the home page of the unofficial international fan club. However, it's about as active as Stabbing Westward is these days since their breakup.

If you're new to the art of Stabbing Westward, let me give you an introduction. Formed in 1985, Stabbing Westward grew from the dreams of christopher hall (lead singer) and walter flakus (keyboards).  What started out as a small electronic band went on to release 4 cds ("Ungod", "Wither, Blister, burn + peel", and "darkest days") and appear on numerous soundtracks (johnny mnemonic, bride of chucky, the cyberflesh conspiracy, Clerks, Spawn, escape from la, the faculty, urban legend, and more).  While some know them only as "those guys that play save yourself", their true fans know them for their amazing way to reach into your soul, and express what you have been feeling.  Chris' angelic voice tells of real life, and the band as a whole gives the story a passion that words don't describe. Currently, he is working with his new band, The Dreaming. We wish him and the rest of the band the best of luck with their lives and endeavors.
